Excellent selection, delivery is always on time and they get the order right. I love going into the store, the staff is very helpful, but delivery is sometimes more convenient. read more

I absolutely love coming into this store!!! The staff is so upbeat and eager to help! Which makes the customers act just as friendly. It's not about the alcohol, the vibe in this store is VERY "enthusiastic" which is quite different from other well known stores, for example. They may seem the same since they all sell alcohol but it's like an inconvenience to ask for help at other places. I don't think I have ever seen a TW&M employee without a smile! It's totally opposite at other stores. Plus TW&M has some incredible wines that you cannot find anywhere else! read more

My fiancé and I just had the most wonderful experience at total Wine. The employees who helped us were extremely knowledgeable from wine to Japanese whiskey. We truly enjoyed our experience shopping and learning alternatives to popular brands we typically buy that are cleaner and most were more affordable. It was obvious each person who helped us had a passion for what they do and extensive knowledge, thank you. read more

We have taken a few wine classes here just to learn more, and DJ has directed each one. If you ever need any help in the store I HIGHLY recommend asking for DJ! He is very patient, helpful, and truly wants to find you something that you'll like. 10/10 take his classes! read more

This location is way out of the way for me, so I have only come for a couple of their classes. Recently for their Tour of Italy wine class. I love their classes. They have a private room in the back, it is a two hour class where samples and snacks are provided. It is always a good time. The layout at this location is a bit different than some of the others, but I thought it worked for the space. The classroom seemed bigger and it was nice to spread out a bit. read more

Love this place . They gave everything you need and it's cheaper than a liquor store.

My wife and I have been shopping at this location for many years, and we have bought a lot of wine here. Today I had a very negative customer service experience with the manager. She was completely dismissive and unhelpful. We will take our business elsewhere. I tried calling the customer service number to express my disappointment, but I was placed on hold endlessly. Do not ever waste your time calling the customer service number. If this location cared at all about their customers, they would have engaged with me directly. They need a change in management. read more

This is a huge store, and it's not even their largest one. Warehouse size store with somewhat discount prices. I frequent the place for craft beers as well as whiskeys. Today was a whiskey day. They have 2 aisles of whiskey, from local bourbons to Scottish and other foreign brands. The prices on them tend to be a bit less expensive than the smaller stores are. However, the one thing that keeps them from being a great 5 star is the lack of stock on the popular yet pricier whiskeys. The mainstream daily drinkers they always have in stock. If you want a Blanton's, Buffalo Trace, or even the simpler Weller's brand, the rarely if ever have them in stock. They save these for the "club" that they have to request liquors, but seem to only be able to get them if you spend a lot of cash there. I however, have found small mom and pop stores that does carry these on a frequent basis, so to those stores is where I go when I run low on the really good stuff. The craft beer section is a big one. They have an entire aisle just for Texas brands. Other areas, they have a lot of wine that has a wine tasting and class area. There is also a humidor and food shelves. I do like the store very much and will continue to go for trying new brands for less money. read more

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Went in this morning and bought a large order of items. When I got to the car, I noticed one item specifically on my receipt was not the price I saw in the store. I went back and confirmed the prices were not matching with a sales associate. I met with the manager who was very blasé about the whole thing, but agreed to fix it. Look, the total difference was $3, but at that point I don't trust them because they've already attempted to charge me more on one item. Now I'm faced with an awful decision, I spend more of my TIME walking around the store and making sure each item was priced correctly or I just cut my losses and leave (which I did). The "manager" could not have cared less about my options. What she should have done was apologized and said, "You go home, I am going to personally check each item on your receipt to make sure it's right. Then I'm going to give you a (insert nominal amount) credit for your next visit for the inconvenience." But no, she would rather act like it's no big deal and lose a customer for life. The moral of the story is to check your receipt if you decide to shop here, because you can't assume accuracy. read more

Total Wine and More has all your alcohol needs! Just about every wine and liquor you can think of and more that you didn't know existed. I've enjoyed the sampling and purchased items because I was able to sample them. I've been to the Alliance and the Hulen locations and I hIghly recommend both! read more

My go to place for specialty and local wine and spirits, and the prices are very reasonable always helpful

I have a local Total wine that I buy all my liquor from and they have great service. I wanted to buy a bottle on the phone and pay for it for a friend in FW. A guy by the name of Shane answered the phone who informed me that i had to order and pay online and he could not do it on the phone. I accepted that but asked him to check availability. He put my on hold for about 5 minutes to pick the phone back up not remembering that he had put me on hold and asked how he could help me. When i said i was on hold waiting for him to come back he said "oh". So i am going to reach out to a store that wants to take money. Total Wine in FW, You should practice the same hiring process as your store in Kennesaw GA. Everyone in there is helpful and friendly and wants to take care of their customers. read more

This place reminds me of Specs in Houston except there's more wine. Everytime I come here I'm surprised at the variety of items here. You've got your wine of course but you also have your scotch, bourbon, tequila, vodka. Make your 6 pack of craft beer. You name it, they've got it. You want a only a pint? There's a whole back shelf with pints and small bottles. Not hidden behind the register where you can't see (looking at you Specs) You want the big girl tequila bottle? They have that too. I have been for about 3 of their wine and beer tasting classes. Awesome! If you get the opportunity to attend one of their classes, definitely worth the 10-20 bucks. Very informative and always great snacks to go along with it. Did I mention they have an actual classroom in the back? Set up like a kind of bar for their classes. Check their website for the tasting classes. Specs is right across the street from me but I go out of my way to come here. Gets no better than this read more

Total wine has everything you could ever want from a liquor store. So many selections has you feeling like a kid in a candy store. Their customer service is definitely superior to that of a place such as Specs. Will definitely be back. read more

Not very friendly here. Hard to get someone to help. I guess I have to do research before walking in. Received no help.

Reliable place for a large variety of wine, liquor, and beer. It's fun to come here and browse. My family and I buy our wine here - the deals are too good to pass up, and I've also been able to try wines you can't find in grocery stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you can't find something, ask - they can show you or recommend an (often better!) alternative. read more

We recently purchased beer, wine, and liquor for a wedding from this store. We're not wine experts but we were guided by information in the store such as "Favorites" in order to make good selections. We put in an order on Saturday then picked it up on Wednesday, they loaded everything for us. Of course we overbought in order to avoid not having enough. Once wedding was over, we were able to return unopened bottles of beer and liquor with ease. I would definitely use this store again for large purchases. read more

I am no longer going to this store.... I am a young (21 obvi) girl and i get shamed for buying certain alcohols because they are seemingly "overrated" brands and the workers talk down to you if you are a girl trying to have a little drinky drink fair warning to all my basic bitches.. they will be mean! ....my roommates have had similar experiences too! read more

Great service and great prices. The employees are well trained and extremely friendly and helpful. They can help guide you to make the best selections for any event. Plenty of inventory each and every time I have been in the store. It is very helpful to have opportunities to try things before you make a purchase. I also found out they offer wine tastings / classes as well during my last visit. Sign up for the member reward program, it's free and tracks purchases for you. If there is any negative I would say the beer department could improve with easy and help of locating specialty items like Boulevard :0 read more

Horrible customer service,if y'all are gunna be id people at the register why don't y'all just do it whenever we walk in? I told the cashier I had a picture of my Id since I didn't have it in hand and she said "sorry lady's I can't ,I have to have them on hand" but yet didn't ask any other customer for their ID and not only that the other lady at the register said "it is texas" what is that supposed to say she wasn't even in the conversation so why would she even say anything while taking care of another customer? Also If I wasn't 21 why would I be shopping in the store . I'm confused about all the negative reviews. Since the pandemic began, Total Wine has used a curbside approach for pick up for those that want to avoid the crowds. The service is quick - in and out and done. They ask where you want your order and place it in that location without a hitch. Not only is it safe for the customer, it cuts down on waiting in line and having to search for what you want in the store. No asking where things are - they will be in your car when you get there. I hope they never get rid of curbside. read more

I'm a member and just changed this to my preferred location, because I just moved here. When I walked in I already knew what I was looking for. After the manager, who was restocking bottles, saw my preferred selection he asked if I was finding everything alright and offered assistance if I needed it later. Eventually I asked for a recommendation on an Cab and a vodka, which turned out to be well liked by the company I was providing it for later that evening. Aside from the selection, the customer service was up to par with my previous location (which set the standard for me). It was also a cleanly location with large selections of pretty much everything. I have recommended the establishment (brand) to friends and family for years, and any time I have company I can always find something new here. I like the chain and haven't had a problem with this specific establishment. read more

cheers up!! I mean great selection on all their products; wine, alcohol, cigars and beers. Correcting course. To err is human; therefore, one of the most important skills we can develop is course correction. It's crucial to recognize when a mistake is a mistake, to learn from our indiscretions, and then to change course and move forward a better person. An employee at this location gave the wrong order to our door dash driver. Due to some insane policy, they were not allowed to send a new order and simply canceled ours. We were getting ready to leave for a Halloween/ Birthday party, so needless to say I was not happy. I called the store and they said I could place a new order and pick it up. I asked for a manager. I spoke to Rose and she said she would call me right back. I told my wife (and I quote) "I am so sick of bad customer service and store management, in my days of retail I would have just grabbed the order and delivered it myself!" Sooooo...Rose calls back and ask me to place a new order and said one of their managers would deliver it personally. WINNING!! Keep killing it Total Wine! Course correction and handling problems are the cornerstones of good management. read more

I had an extremely negative experience on 03.21.2019 @15:00 due to salesperson Michelle. The cashier was friendly and stock-person polite, but that was the extent. I approached Michelle and two others in uniform standing on the sales floor chatting with each other with a question about a new rum. I was directed first by Michelle to another saleswoman who replied that she was on her lunch and would not help me. I then asked Michelle again who gave me a curt reply then told me verbatim "Done with conversation" and walked away without another word. The male with these two women looked apologetic but said nothing. Despite my experience I purchased the bottle and left without a word, but I will not be shopping here again. Off duty and out of uniform aside, I should have been given the same minimal respect as any other customer. In addition to the above one might expect that any of the six employees that walked right by me up until this point might have offered assistance but none including the man stocking did so; though he did excuse himself as he passed me. read more

Can you say kid in a candy store? Ok maybe a wino in a liquor store. Although this is a liquor store it's not like any other one I've been to. Total Wine is more of an experience. Total Wine is not the traditional liquor store with just straight white metal rows of booze. The shelves are more like dark wood cabinetry giving the place a classy atmosphere. They have several areas for samples from wine, liquor, or beer. We've tasted some great products there and have bought many of them. Now the important part, the prices. They are the lowest cost of the stores I've checked prices on. For liquor, my favorite 12yo Scotch Whisky their price $29.99 vs. $41.57 at two local chains in the area. Just for that one bottle that's $11.58 per bottle savings. I've checked the prices on several other bottles and they are in the same price savings. As for wine, I'm a firm believer that a bottle of wine should not cost more than $10. They have a huge select of wines from all over the world in my price range but if you want the higher dollar stuff they have that too. The selections are HUGE. From Wine to Scotch you have more choices than you can imagine. Oh and I forgot to mention the beers. You just gotta see for yourself. read more
