PROS: The line was long but moved quickly. Also, the drink was very good! I got the Malibu Barbie a perfect tropical mix! CONS: The setup of the line was very confusing. It opens on both sides and when it piles up you have to remember who was here first in between cars on both sides. Also, I mainly rated them only 2 stars for the lack of sanitation, masks and gloves! I'm so sad! I love Eskimo Hut and I try my hardest to come here every time that I am in town. My issue is that no one was wearing a face covering, yet they came right up to the driver's side door. They also did not have on gloves. I did not see the guy wash his hands between touching/returning the person ahead's debit/credit card and coming to me to take my order and payment. Basically, if the person in front of you has the cooties, it was transferred to you. Also, if the mask and gloveless employee, who is within 1 ft of you is positive, we are all screwed because no matter if we were wearing a mask or not, transmission at such a close proximity is high. I had my mask on and gloves, but I still had to roll down the window to get the drink and sign the receipt, which is another issue. . Let's do better and not put your customers nor employees at risk. These practices are the exact reason why COVID-19 is running rampant throughout the DFW area & it's why you will eventually have to shut down. I know alcohol is considered essential, but that can change at the drop of a dime if you keep keeping on like this. . Let's get it together Eskimo Hut. Pretty freakin' cool... Not sure why I did not recall it was drive-thru, but that made it all the better. Service was friendly and super fast. Only reason I can't go 5-stars is the artificially flavored syrups used for the "daiquiris" - If these things were actually blended with some real fruit, or real fruit juices, it would indeed be amazing. So now my only question is, "Why are there not more of these around town? Is Eskimo Hut grandfathered in?" A buddy of mine says they have been here a while, as in pre open container law time. PS. My lord.... drive thru (non-virgin) daiquiris. The best idea ever. Here's the catch... they heat seal the cups with a plastic bag so you are technically not driving with an open container. How do they taste? Great! I've had a few and they have a good mixture of syrup to alcohol flavor. You can taste just a bite of the alcohol for a ordinary order, but you can always add more shots to you liking. And a bonus is that the ice is usually very well blended. They offer 36 different flavors and are willing to mix the drinks however you want. Personally enjoy the creamier flavors (my girlfriend enjoys the fruity ones) -that sounded bad, I know. The only bad thing I can think of is finding the blasted place. It's a beer barn that's so tucked away that you can completely pass this place if you're coming from the West. (going away from Bryant Irvin Rd. going towards Hulen St.) The only advice I can offer is to watch your left and remember that it's only two-three blocks down from Bryant Irvin Rd. Man... Of course you are paying higher prices for convenience, but for a quick stop in when you don't want to step out and trek through the grocery this is the ticket. When you pull up to the open garage, you'll be motioned to pull in. One of the staff will greet you and ask if you need a menu. The menu lists what frozen drinks they have, the different flavors, and the different combos you can get. It can be a little daunting so don't be afraid to ask questions. The frozen drinks start out at 10% alcohol and you can add shots. There are shots specials each day on the white board above the beers. You can order a mixed drink in S-XL sizes too. I've tried the daiquiri and tequila sunrise with a shot. Both were really refreshing, a little on the sweet side, but did the trick. 40s are cheap, bottles of wine run a little higher than average. Service is good. They cover your frozen drinks with plastic and seal them for the ride home. Cool concept!!! read more

It looks like you are driving through the middle of a store which I got a kick out of and it feels naughty to have a drink in the car (even though it is in a sealed bag). There are so many flavors (some of which you can see on their website) I tried the Starburst flavor (strawberry, pina, banana) which was delicious, and the Hot Mama (cherry, pina, cream) which was pretty good. Hubby had the Bob Marley which was kiwi and something... and it was yummy, probably my favorite so far. As of right now, a small is $4.25, medium is $6.25, large is $8.00 and gallon is $28. My boyfriend and I wanted some spiked slushy goodness last weekend so we drove through and piked up a Hawk (pina colada, banana, and kiwi) and a water mocassin (watermelon and margarita). That night we got two jello shots for the price of one so when we were asked if we wanted to take part we had to say yes! The drinks were what you would expect - not too strong but definitely had booze in them and the flavors were pretty good! A bit expensive for what it is but for convenience, it's not bad. I did the math, for two margaritas at a local bar/restaurant, your getting one in a sealed bag to go-- and then some. I've been here multiple times, and I always enjoy my experience. However, the last time I went the employees charged my card 4 times instead of once. Also, directly after this my card was shut off due to fraudulent charges. When I contacted the store the first time the employee was rude and handed the phone off to another employee saying "talk to this f***ing customer" then I was told to call back the next day. You drive up, they hand you a menu, and you can order any of a variety of frozen drinks served in a vacuum sealed (but not really) bag. My favorite is the pink panther.
