So rude!! The wine guy Gale is an idiot. Doesn't knows anything but his nose up Dana's ass. Mr, Schick is rude to women in general and the vendors that come in the "wrong door" to deliver supplies. I've been doing business with Schricks for years and will NOT do business with them any longer because they have regularly towed cars that park in front of the business. The parking around these businesses is crowded and convoluted and when adjacent business employees make the mistake of parking in front of the business they tow the vehicle. Just to let you know these are low wage employees who have not been warned by their respective business they work for. They are victims to the circumstances. Why not walk next door and tell them the employee needs to come move the vehicle. They have done this half a dozen times. The new employees don't know any better. A new Dutch Brothers employee just had their vehicle towed on their first day of work because they didn't know better. They always call Millers and it's $320 to get their vehicle back. These are $10 an hour employees. I used to spend $750 a year at Schricks. No more. I'm going to Specks. Who has better prices anyway. F Shricks. I'm M F ing them the rest of my life. Update. Just found out they have been towing customer cars too. So if you're a Schricks customer who by chance stops by and parks in front of Schricks to run over and get a Dutch Brothers coffee they might tow your vehicle as well. read more

Oh my gosh. I love this place. Staff treat you like family and so helpful! If you go on a weekend, there are usually people doing Danone tastings-it's so awesome-like an event! I felt like everyone truly cared about me as a person not just someone buying something! And the selection of liquor and wines is amazing. read more

Schrick's Liquors is an EXCEPTIONAL establishment not generally to be found outside places like NewYork City and European capitols. Their selection and expertise is absolutely on that level ! Very unprofessional! They refused to sell us anything because we had our 10 year old daughter with us, What kind of person asks to see a 10 year olds ID!! They basically pushed us out of the store! It blows my mind! I'll never go back. read more

I would give this place zero stars but can't I went there with my daughter and got what I needed and the man at the front deck would not sell too me because my 10 daughter does not have a ID. We called up there and the guy said I was not old enough to have a kids. I'm 25 and darker skinned person and other people in the store we're white and had no problem buying stuff with there kids with them. Stuff is very rude and racist. read more

I needed a liquor store while headed out of town for the weekend and Schrick's was the only one in the area that I could locate with easy access off and back on to I-20W. We went in and noticed how small this place was. The selection is meadiocre at best. If you're looking for something that's not in the top 10 or so brands for that type good luck. Prices were expenetially higher than what I normally pay for the same products else where. Now that could be because they have a VERY captive market or just because they are smaller and don't have the buying power that larger stores do have. Either way and lesson learned, I'll be supplying myself prior to leaving from here on out. read more

Do not rent their margarita machines! We rented 2 from them for my Daughters wedding and they delivered them without setting them up. One of them did not work at all, and we ran out of margaritas the first hour. When I called the store,they gave me the number of the owners Son,and he was extremely rude to me,and said it was the bartenders fault! He said that there was nothing he was going to do about it.How can people get away with this? When I called back to the store,who by the way, gladly took my money for this non working machine, they would not accept any responsibility at all. They said that this is a separate business, and they would not refund my money! I think this is a pretty sad way to do business. I will never set foot in this store again! Don't let the exterior fool you. We stopped here for some champagne for a gift. Once in the store, I saw they had a great selection. They had plenty of champagne options (yes, from France, not the sparkling California variety), and their wine selection looked extensive. An employee made an excellent suggestion for my purchase (You'll like it better than the Clicquot he said) and they had cute & unique gift bags to boot. This was a good choice! read more

WOW!!!! This is wine MECCA. Someone told me that this place had over 5,000 wine selections. Since I drive through Hudson Oaks 2-3 times per week, I always looked at the store from Fort Worth Highway and chuckled that someone could have said something like that........until I stopped in. My first experience guaranteed that I would be back. Dana Schrick is the owner and proprietor of the place, and her wine knowledge rivals that of your best sommeliers at a high priced restaurant. You would never think she was a wine know-it-all, but all you have to do is ask her what her favorite three bottles in the store are.....and you better make sure you have time for the answer. You'll leave there with a true appreciation for good wine. This store has everything from Antinori Solaia, Harlan Estates, rare wines (such as a 1996 Beringer Century III Cabernet Franc.) Dana will find you whatever you need. We have been introduced to so many good wines it's ridiculous. The prices for the wines are a slight bit higher than average. I'd say "slight bit higher than stores like this" but there really ISN'T any other store "like this." The nearest store you could compare Schrick's to is Goody Goody Liquor off of I-20 and Hulen in FW, but the quality of wines that Dana stocks is peerless. Yes, I understand you have a million bottles of wine in your inventory, but I also see a full palette of Franzia boxed wine over there!! With Schrick's, it's all about quality and she will not steer you wrong. It takes me 40 minutes to get there from my doorstep, yet I will gladly make the trip for one bottle of good wine. read more

Very RUDE people! Got horrible service tonight! Heard the door opener guy whisper they could have got beer at walmart! It was like they didn t want us in there. If they didn t want us in there or was closed they should have locked the door and turned the sign to closed instead of keeping it unlocked and talking and laughing at the counter!
