Third time at new location. First time, meh. Second time with MIL, it took 50 min to get food and it wasn't busy. Today, terrible. 2 tables besides ours. 2 Pizzas were raw and cold in middle. Pizza was sent back to cook more and came back burnt and still raw in middle. Waitress claimed cook didn't speak much English and didn't understand. All the while, tables all around us were dirty, two ladies got up and left because their server never appeared. The guy that's always at the counter on his computer had the girls around him and never said anything about the state of the tables but chatted them up. Waitress walked up and said "oh, do you want drink refills?" Well, yes. Our food hasn't been delivered and our glasses were empty......sighhhh They were out of pizza boxes so we took home 3 pizzas in 6 styrofoam boxes to take home a cook. Still soggy. Did we get a discount? No. Never returning read more

We enjoy tasty, well priced margarita pizza. Service at front is much improved w young gal in leopard crop top. No uniform or restaurant T-shirt. She was polite on phone order & pizza pickup. Loud environment w kitchen noise & Saturday night live music. Online order system is long, confusing separate company taking orders. Tried to call-but no answer on busy Saturday night. We wanted to buy in house beer draft in can, yet must purchase 4. Only wanted 2, so I passed. Plenty of parking. read more

First time to eat there and we really enjoyed our meal. My husband got the Jalapeño Popper Burger and the house made chips and I ordered the Javelina Honey Pizza. Our food came out fairly quickly and was fresh. The burger was very good and the bun was super soft. The chips were okay but they were already cold and not seasoned at all. The pizza was very good and honestly would be enough for two people. I was only able to eat two pieces myself. We will definitely visit again! read more

I'm an absolute fan of PCBC - hands down, the absolute best cheese bread. Pair that with some wings and you have yourself a meal! Although I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have the specific dough to make my cheese bread this time, the waitress was so kind and attentive and suggested a pretzel which was also delicious. We love coming here with friends and all the kids so they can run around and play outside. Given the weather conditions, the outdoor area was closed down for everyone's safety due to ice. The hostesses were SO generous and gave the kids coloring sheets and crayons to keep them entertained. (Picture of said wings - I had already ate the majority before I remembered to snap read more

I just wish they would get a handle on their poor service. We literally were 3 feet away from a booth were all the employees gathered. We couldn't get service or silverware or drink refills. And it is this way every single time you come. read more

First time here and we had a nice family and friend dinner. Nice layout and friendly staff. Patio as an option pending weather. The pretzel app was comforting and yummy beer cheese. Kids meal chicken nuggets was a nice portion and good quality. The chickens wings were standard with decent flavor (garlic Parmesan & Bourbon Whiskey BBQ). The double smash binder and sweet potatoes fries were delicious! Our friends enjoyed their sweet & savory jalapeño pizza. We finished the night with thin custard caramel dessert pizza. Loved my blackberry pomegranate sour. My hubby enjoyed his 4 beer flight. The Oktoberfest was also refreshing for our friend. A fun & tasty spot for all! read more

Full bar, good service, good Neapolitan pizza. I wish they kept my favorite beer but they didn't. Oh,the burger is good too.

One and done ! I chose this place over the Taco Shop across the street . First , there were 3 young ladies at the front hostess stand . Not one greeted me as I walked by and I said I will sit myself at the bar. The bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed with a half way full bar customers but at least she was nice and welcomed me. I chose a beer to my liking and this is where the wheels really fell off for me . I like my beer as cold as possible in order to enjoy a rich crisp cold taste on a hot day . Unfortunately mine was rodeo cold with the glass just above a cool feel. The beer was definitely at temp that most people would agree of it not being cold . As far as the taste it was not bad and the temp could have been definitely made it very enjoyable. With that being said I passed on the food as there was no reason to order another beer . read more

Thursday afternoon lunch visit, sat at the bar. Had a beer and a couple items. Here is what we liked: * The beer. Had the Oktoberfest and 1879 ale. Both cold and delicious. * Ordered a slider trio: the Brisket slider and Chicken slider were quite tasty. * Stuffed mushrooms, the Misses loves them but hates seafood which is the usual stuffing. Not these lil guys, bacon and cheese with a jalapeño on top. She thought these were quite good. * Bar tender was knowledgeable and good hearted. Ask about the cilantro tattoo. Liked how he said cheers when he delivered each drink. * The general vibe was just a cool place to hang out. * Appears they were dog friendly as there was one in the patio. Good to know for future visits. What could of been better: * The meatball slider was good but think it needed a marinara sauce to make it great. *She loved the mushrooms, I think they would be better if broiled at the end and get that cheese golden brown and gooey. Overall a nice visit, one of those ratings where 4.5 seems fitting for this visit but not quite a 5. Will visit again when in the area. read more

Pretty sad come here to watch college ball because they have multiple TVs. They refuse to turn it on in another game other than a Texas A&M game. All I asked was for the side TV to be put on another game. Last time I ever come here on a Saturday. They should be more open to playing other games other than only Texas AM. The bartender was very nice, management very questionable. read more

I love this place. Great beers. Great pizza. The ambiance in the new location is fantastic. I like to sit at the bar. Sheri, Gabi, and Savannah are the bomb. They keep my glass filled. Incredible service. read more

This restaurant was close by & convenient to get to. We brought a group of about 10 & received excellent food & service. Their pizza was unusual but excellent--not your traditional Domino's or Pizza Hut. We will definitely be back! read more

Great food, great service and a great value ... hard to beat .. this is out favorite beer and pizza go to in Parker County!

A little pricey, but everything was good, but they won't fill a growler. I remember that from pre covid when Texas didnt allow beers to go.

Beer. The service is nice it was a little empty today I don't know because they say on here that it's closed or what. The new interior is nice reminds me a little bite of Rahr downtown Fort Worth with the play area Big bar a lot of selections for a micro brewery I might not be buying Parker county peaches but I'm drinking peach blonde. read more

Came in tonight to try a few happy hour cocktails since I don't drink beer and I was not disappointed. I was ecstatic to see they had a full bar & the quality of food seems to be better than the old place. I highly recommend going to see Ashley B (she said there's 2 Ashley's)!! She even hearted her name on the check so I could remember. I will be returning with the family soon. Atmosphere 10/10 as well. read more

We held a music release event here, and I recommend Parker County Brewing Company 100%! Trent went out of his way to make sure we had the staff available to tend to all our guests. 90+ guests! The food was fresh and hot and our guests had continuous drinks and food. It was a fun event, with the perfect outdoor setting, and without their help (even in decorating) it would have been impossible to creat the perfect celebration. I appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help us. I would do events here any time! read more

The pizza and bruschetta are my favorite thing. Ashley M was a very helpful server and took great care of us.

I visited Parker County Brewing a few days ago while I was in Texas visiting family, and had a great experience. Ashley was our waitress and she was fantastic--super attentive and friendly. She gave us some great food recommendations that really hit the spot. The vibe was relaxed, the service was top-notch, and the food and drinks were solid. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! read more

Best pizza in the area and great cold brews! The atmosphere at the new location is awesome. One of my new favorite local hangouts.

We're in town for the weekend and decided to try this place over Cork and Pig just because location made it easier based off of where we are staying. Pulled up and the parking lot is full. It's a Friday night so not unexpected. There's a pile up at the door. After about 10 minutes the four hostesses got to us. They said there is a 15 minute wait for the two of us or we can go sit at the bar. Bar it is. It takes 15 minutes for anyone behind the bar to even acknowledge us much less hand us a menu or take a drink order. In fact, at one point a man standing to the side of us waiting to order a drink pointed out that we had been waiting and the waitress responded, "I know, I'll get to them." Order our drinks and apps. Drinks take about 10 minutes to come out, apps about 20 - not too bad. Drinks were good, we ordered the jalapeño artichoke dip. The dip itself was good. It's served with toasted baguette slices that were absolutely saturated with oil which made for an unpleasant taste. Silverware would have been a plus. Our waitress was just rude. She would ask if we needed something and then walk away from us as we were trying to speak to her, short with her answers, and not at all attentive. We were planning to enjoy several drinks and make an evening of this, but it was impossible with the service we had. Finally managed to order our entrees. Got those 40 minutes later. Jalapeño popper smash burger was good. Spicy chicken sammy wasn't anything special. We did notice a lot of people ordering pizzas so if you're willing to deal with the service, that may be a good option. The fries tasted unseasoned. We then sat not eating, and empty drinks for 30 minutes before we were asked if we needed anything else. At this point we've managed to be served one drink, our food, and it's been over an hour and a half. Ask for a to go box and the check. Waitress never comes back with either. A waiter walks by and we get those from him. I went to the restroom as my boyfriend paid. Two of the hostesses went to the restroom and walked out without washing their hands. Maybe they used hand sanitizer at the hostess stand, I don't know, but it's a bad look, honestly, and makes me wonder who else isn't washing their hands. I get that things are busy on Friday evenings. But by the time our appetizers came out, the rush was over, and by the time our entrees came out the place was slow. When we asked for our check the first time, there were five people sitting in a booth rolling silverware. This wasn't about workers being overwhelmed, it was just poor service. So, if you're heading down I20 looking for a place to stop and grab some food and a drink - make sure you have several hours to spare. read more

Elizabeth handled our order and chaos like a boss. Yummy food and fun environment! The bruschetta and honey javelina pizza are my favorite and the strawberry thyme 75 puts it over the top. read more

It's strange to me that a lot of the 1 star reviews are rinse and repeat. I normally wouldn't leave a review, but this place has terrible service. My wife and I stopped in to have lunch, the hostess seemed nice and we were sat immediately. She told us who our waitress was and 15-20 min. go by without anyone even telling us " I'll be right with you" a girl waiting tables in our section made eye contact with my wife , but that was the only interaction we received. After seeing another gentleman with his kid seated 10 min. after us get his order taken we finally decided that was our time to leave. I can't comment on the food or drinks. Never got the opportunity to try them. Sad service. Won't ever go back. read more

Old west rustic atmosphere, good food, house brewed beer - just what you were (probably) expecting. And just what you'll get. We had a $10 flight of house brewed beer (no other beers available here). While they compare tastes to popular brands when describing them, they do not taste the same (thankfully). I disdain IPA, so I tried a golden ale, pilsner, blonde ale, and a bock style ale (their 1879 redemption ale). All were decent, but the 1879 was definitely my favorite. And all may have been a bit more hoppy than I prefer, but none were spit out or sent back :) My wife and I shared a bruschetta plate and a small charcuterie platter. Beware: when the menu says the small will serve 1-3 people, lean towards the 3. It's quite a generous platter, and everything on it was very good - pepperoni, salami, three kinds of cheese, olives, pepperoncini, nuts, crackers, mustard, jelly, and pickled jalapeños. The bruschetta was also very good, served with a softer garlic bread (not the usually toasted, crusty rounds). Highly recommend. Four stars - I'd go back, even be a regular if I lived close by. read more
