Today i was looking for some craft beers for a February bottle share. My main issue today is that there was so many bottles and 6 packs to choose from, it took me awhile to make my selection. That's not a bad problem to have at all The owner is very knowledgeable in his field and helped me make a few of my selections. I even seen Jester King beers which are very hard to find in the DFW these days. This place has such a cool vibe too. Fives stars for vibe, service, and drinks!…read more We've come here a handful of times since they opened, and we love it! It's fairly small, mostly quiet, upscale, and a good vibe overall. The staff are always super super-super friendly. It's very laid back, O&E is still small enough to get a unique experience you'd never get at another bourbon bar. There's a handful of bourbon options, and a sizeable list of cocktails (bourbon and not bourbon) so great place for a little date night drink. They also offer a bourbon customization experience where you sample quite a few options to create your perfect combo (I think they said there's like 180 variations or something) They don't really have food offerings, so plan around that accordingly. Overall this place is fun, add it to your list of to-dos when in clearfork.

Every other one pales in comparison to the coffee led, rich undertones of this delightful drink. I should not have even bothered with the usual old fashioned afterwards, as there was no way not to be disappointed when I started off so strong. I arrived right at open so I had to be let in (thank you, I was so cold) and got to quietly watch the two bartenders busily doing quite a bit of open prep work. There wasn't much conversation but I imagine they were taking full advantage of a slow early afternoon to get ready for what other reviews say is a very busy evening in the little distillery. Their decor was warm and beautiful with truly unique wood ring art lining the side walls and orderly rows of countless bottles above and within the back mixing area. The bathrooms were also spacious, clean, well lit, and single occupancy.
