I have some favorite wines: Tempranillo Red Zinfandel Tempranillo was my favorite but I think it might be the red Zinfandel now. My wife likes sweeter wines or off dry wines and there are plenty of those also. They have tastings and plenty of other events on the weekends. They often have live music and when we went during the winter, there was a fire pit that was so nice! There was a food truck the last time that was phenomenal! I had reserved a tour for 3 (I highly recommend that you do the tour and if you choose to do a tour that you make reservations in advance as they sell out) and initially I did 2 with bottle fills and one tour. The tours come with a ticket for a drink so that was a nice little extra. As the tour started Ryan & Diego (our fabulous guides) gave us some history of how the company started and as well as the process of how the vodka is made. We got to mix our bottle (as we got the lemon) and fill our bottles. We also got to put the caps on the bottle and see how the line works. At the end of the tour, we also got to taste some vodka. After the tour we decided to go get our drinks and the staff inside were just as kind as the staff taking us on the tour. There are so many drink options that I wasn't sure what I wanted as they have so many flavored vodkas. I was told I could sample the vodkas which I was grateful for as it helped me make a decision. My cousin got the raspberry cobbler and the Bloody Mary - the raspberry was sweet but good and I don't like bloody Mary's but I'd drink this one! I got the blueberry lemon, the prickly pear and the front porch . . . All were good to me. When we were there they had some guys playing music inside which was a little loud but sitting on the porch, it was nice to hear. They also had a pizza food truck outside and my cousin said the pizza was really good. If I could make a suggestion to the establishment I would ask them to PLEASE sell flights! We did the "Wine Tasting, Bites, Dessert and Christmas Lights Tour." The tour began at a nice,…read morequality wine tasting room; however, our tour guide was unprepared and provided a self-serve charcuterie board without providing sufficient plates or utensils. From here, we boarded a bus to a singular dessert stop where we got one brownie each in spite of the tour description stating that we would visit "several dessert venues". Once dessert was over, we got back on the bus to see the nice Christmas lights in Highland park. While on the bus, we played some trivia for chocolate prizes (Hershey chocolate kisses) and drank wine provided by the tour (would've been nice if they didn't run out within half an hour). All in all, there is potential in this tour. However, the lack of multiple dessert stops, needing to self-serve the charcuterie, and lack of enough wine caused it to drastically underwhelm for the price point.
