This location (Cleburne) is no longer open. It's such a shame, because I really love their food!

What can you say about a schlotzsky's, except for this one the fountain machines for always broken. No. For reals no. Thrills, a clean establishment, most of the time I went in there I had to wait for the staff to come out from the back. The soda machine issue was not a big deal, they did give us bottled sodas as a substitute. Substitute I charge us the same price as the fountain machines. read more

Every time I come here they are out of something. This is in fact my last time to this establishment. This time they only had 2 different kind of chips and none of the hot sauce for the sandwiches available. Of the 2 sandwiches we ordered, one of them the bread was so stale I wasn't able to eat it all. The cinnamon rolls look like they are from Friday. read more

It was filthy , the tables , the floor the staff were all filthy they were not busy as a matter of fact their wasn't but 4 customers in the place the food was expensive the service was terrible just an awful experience for two sandwiches and drinks to cost $27:00 then have to clean your own table , dining dollars can be spent more wisely elsewhere. How many are fed up with the wrong order??? Drive thru should be renamed screw thru. No chips that I ordered added tomatoes that I asked to hold. Cheese on my wife's sandwich which was asked to be held off. Simply asked slow down and double check the order before handing it out. So difficult read more

Zero stars! (it made me pick one in order to submit my review, but not deserving of the one!) Stopped here for lunch while in town for a softball tournament. We went inside to order to go and it took 40 minutes to get our food. There we're only two people ahead of us in line. After waiting that long, our Order was wron! The iced tea was awful and I had to por it out and get a soda instead. It tasted just as bad. Horrible service! Terrible food! We us love Schlotskys, but this location was a huge disappointment!! We had been craving Schlotzsky's since our move a couple years ago so anticipating this lunch stop is an understatement! We were so disappointed with our sandwiches at this particular location. First off the order was incorrect with the wrong bread...can overlook that because of the great service to correct the mistake. However, when the sandwiches were barely warm and not toasted is when we were officially let down. Just disappointed all around as the reputation of Schlotzsky's should be at each and every location. read more

I sadly have to say I won't be coming back to this location again. Management has been cutting corners to make a penny an its gotten bad. This week they started charging for cups of water. They forgot to put a pickle on the plate I asked for one and was told I needed to go up to the register and pay for one.The food has taken longer every time I have come. They now have a bucket next to the soda machine to dump your drinks into that was filled with fruit flys. When I complained I was told to blame management and "you don't want to know what I think of the shit they are doing" guess they treat the staff the same as the customers. read more

Well I was craving something tasty but healthy today, and stopped in to this Schlotzsky's. Looking over their menu, one of their salads looked great, the Turkey avocado Cobb one. So I ordered it to go. I don't live super close to this location, about 15ish minutes away. It did not take long and they were already bringing my to-go order out to me. I hopped in the car and headed home. Did not think to check the order, as I trust that the staff know how to do their jobs. I get back home and open my salad container, to see that it is missing the Turkey, the egg, and the garlic bread slice. Wow. That is all the protein that is supposed to be in the salad. So I figured I would call up and explain what happened. I called them twice, and neither time did anyone pick up. I did not really feel like wasting the gas to drive all the way back to the restaurant, to ask them to remake it. I ended up eating the few ingredients that were mixed together, but don't think I will be going back to this location any time soon. Disappointing. read more

Very disappointed with our meal. We got a southwest chicken salad and turkey club to go. We live 4 minutes away. We weren't sent with any utensils for the salad, no dressing, and no garlic bread (which was listed on our receipt). The lettuce looked ok on the salad. I also asked for no tomatoes and my salad had tomatoes. The chicken was oddly crunchy.. and very tasteless. The sandwich bread was soggy, which I would understand if we had a further drive. Excellent. This is one of the few locations I've encountered that toasts the sandwiches to specifications. Lightly toasted soft bread. Was in from out of town and saw it. Glad I stopped by, nicest and most spacious Schlotzskys I've visited. Very clean. Beverage bar clean and well stocked. May never be in Cleburne again and what a shame because this is a nice place. Ordered placed online and was told order would be ready @11:57a. Arrived at the store on time and was told the order just printed. Fast forward to 12:30p to when I had to ask about my order because other patrons had ordered to go and got their orders. The kid told he'd check on my order. I asked him if they had started the order yet and he said no. I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. He told me he could not refund my money since it is an online order. Well I have a ate at several several Schlotzshys and overall have a great experience. And I applaud those locations. This particular location had great customer service. Very friendly. However the food quality was probably the worst I've been too. The tea was soured at 7:00 when I ordered. They made my sandwich wrong which is no big deal they fixed it without any hesitation. Now the pizza was a sorry excuse for a pizza. It had stacked pepperonis which meant only 1 per slice. The sauce was so overwhelming that I finally took the half melted cheese off and scraped off the sauce. Just very poor food quality read more

Ordered a fiesta salad, everything was pre made. Only had 1 black bean, lettuce was still frozen. Sprinkled a little cheese and called it good. Worst salad ever. Guy in the kitchen was touching everting with same pair of gloves. Cashier taking everyone's cards for orders grabbing silverware to put in bags. We recently had Schlotzsky's Cleburne location cater dinner for a board meeting. They delivered everything I ordered and on time. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and everyone enjoyed them. Will definitely order from them again! read more
