So my cellular provider, T-mobile, has this thing called T-mobile Tuesdays. Each Tuesday you get free stuff. Today it was, "Feast on a free medium Hook & Ladder sub with any purchase from Firehouse Subs. Loaded with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham and melted Monterey Jack, the Hook & Ladder sub is one stacked, flavor-packed sandwich. No substitutions." Now in the past I've passed on these offers, because you have to download, and use, the merchant's app. But we (wife also is on T-mobile) missed that this time. We learned it when we got to our Granbury Firehouse Subs. Not wanting the trip to be a waste, we both dl'd the app, and followed the T-mobile instructions to get the sub to our app. Done. Above sandwich loaded into app. Sandwich ordered. It was up in minutes and brought to our table. Thuy and I both agreed it was a tasty sub. It was served warm, and I think that's a Firehouse thing. So 5 stars for service, 4.5 for the sub, and 4 for the dining area. There's a TV, and that at least distracted us from the screaming kids. So ambiance on this visit wasn't so great. Until Granbury gets a Jersey Mike's, this is the next best thing. read more

second time ordering we had a pick up order was correct we got two large Italian they were so good and really fills you up it had enough meat and veggies and the employees were nice use to go to subway but Firehouse is so much better it is a little more money but definitely worth it read more

Just had my first ever Firehouse Sub. I was so stoked when I saw they carried gluten free bread, I knew I had to try one. I will say I was absolutely surprised at how good it was!! Some of the best gluten free bread I have ever tried! The staff was so accommodating when it came to my gluten allergy as well. Excellent place to try!! read more

We had a Engineer and a Spicy Italian sub sandwich on Friday afternoon lunch and by late that evening and early Saturday both of us were pretty sick with food poisoning. This was the only meal we ate that day. Have read a couple other reviews that had same issues read more

Ordered the Meatball Sub again only this time with double pickle. Great again! Wife ordered her Italian Sub again. She said it was better than the last one. Place was busy with take-out and dine-in orders but we were in and out with our take-outs in just fifteen minutes. Staff is well-trained and fast. Will come again! read more

Our initial visit Hubby ordered the Meatball Sub, I ordered the Club and everything was delicious! This time hubby ordered the Engineer and I got the Club again. However, this second time we were both very disappointed that on both our orders the entire underside of half of our sandwiches were completely wet and soggy. We were so hungry and didn't want the hassle of packing everything up, driving back, waiting in line, to address it so we put it out of our heads the gross possibility of why it was so wet and ate the other half which was good. Considering the cost of 2 lunch combos is as expensive as a sit down restaurant with table side service, this was not worth the price we paid to have half our sandwich wet especially when a drink and small bag of chips is inexpensive so most of the price tag is for the sandwich itself. Always good and the service was excellent. Bought the eighteen pack subs for a party and they were a hit. Six sandwiches cut into thirds.

This place has the best of the best sandwiches, even better than subway. Recommend trying if you never had it.

Food was fresh and service was prompt. Shop was clean and employees thanked us for our business as we departed.

My dad got was in the hospital. While we were waiting with him we started getting hungry. I placed an order and went to pick it up. He opened his box that the sandwich came in and saw tuna on it(He's allergic) I called them and asked if we could have the sandwich Remade and explained that he was allergic. They told me no. I didn't understand. I was going to pay full price for the sandwich and they just said no. I'm very upset because they acted like I did something wrong when there ones who screwed up. read more

It is really nice to have a new sandwich place to choose from in Granbury. We visit firehouse subs often and I have only gotten one thing that wasn't good. One of the last times were visited I got a salad and it is prepared with the dressing on it. When I took the first couple bites I noticed an off flavor but just assumed it was the dressing. After several more bites I could definitely tell that it was the lettuce. The whole bowl ended up being soured. I had to throw it away. The manager offered to make me another salad but I declined. That was the only issue we have ever had there. This is my daughter's favorite place in Granbury to eat. She loves the meatball sandwich and my husbands favorite is the BBQ & Cheddar. I usually order the turkey bacon ranch. We haven't been in awhile but wouldn't hesitate going at any time! read more

My family and I have been to this location numerous times and LOVED the service .... But this time it was not so much.... the manager was taking orders as normal. The other employee that was supposed to be making the sandwiches seem to be upset because the manager was taking orders and not help him make sandwiches. He would not make a sandwich without her. She was doing the best she could to do her job and take care of the customers while the other employee seem to care more about making a scene than doing his job. My family and I will be back because the manager is always so nice but hopefully the other employee will be in the back and not around customers. read more

Good food, good service, and the company seems to genuinely care about the community. Just recently, they awarded something like $70,000 in grants/donations to Hood County Fire/Rescue/Law Enforcement to buy equipment. Pretty awesome. They are still working out the kinks of being new so beware. When everyone is new, something always goes wrong. I was a big fan of Firehouse about 10 years ago so I will go back once they have settled in. I had The Italian, not bad. Much more ham than there was salami and pepperoni and the ham was very sweet.
