The Yellowjacket and sweet potato fries - A breakfast plate includes sweet potato fries, a fried egg with bacon strips underneath, and a biscuit. The meal is served on a metal tray with a paper liner, accompanied by a glass of ice water and a bottle of syrup. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment with a wooden table.

Delicious food at this cafe! My son recommended it to me. The cafe is pretty large for a local small business, with a patio and quite a few tables. Our server was very attentive. I loved the country western decor and the location has beautiful views. The food was great. We started with the mozzarella sticks & fried pickles. I had the Yellowjacket. The bacon is thick, burger cooked perfectly, fresh veggies, tasty bun and yummy sauce. My family each got different burgers, and all were fantastic. Thank you!

Chicken Fried steak, fried zucchini and onions, and garlic potatoes with corn pancake. YUM!!! - A meal featuring chicken fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and a side of sautéed zucchini and onions is presented on a blue ceramic plate. The dish is served at Jaspers Cafe in Bluff Dale, Texas, with salt and pepper shakers visible in the background. The plate contains a crispy fried steak, creamy mashed potatoes, and cooked vegetables, arranged on a wooden table.

NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG!!! Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Ambience is very appropriate for the setting. Food... had the chicken fried steak, grilled zucchini and onion, garlic potatoes and the corn pancake. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!. My wife had the same thing, so only one view on food. Serving looks small, but it is more than enough. Too full to try the dessert. Looking forward to going back but may just reorder the same thing. Well worth the 90 minute drive from Fort Worth. If visiting the area, you can't go wrong. Didn't bother with updated menu but worth every penny.

10 Oz Patty melt with fries and onion rings.

Bloody's were very good. Not sure what was in the pitcher, but they were not made by pouring out of a bottle of Zing Zang. (which I do like btw) This is in a very rustic, hastily put together space, and now that the problem child is gone. it is time for some upgrades and a makeover - as John has suggested. You have your proof of concept, now just dress it up. A suggestion on the sound. It was pretty much inaudible upstairs. I could hear that ya'll were talking - just very hard to make out the words. Which was a shame because I really wish I could have made out the Q&A Session better. I saw speakers everywhere - they just were not sending words to me. Not sure if it was better downstairs.

Once I arrived I knew I was right by the amount of Harleys that were outside. Some Custom some Stock. Even the parking out front was reserved for Bikes. If you like riding to Strokers in Dallas you will love Roadhouse. If you are in North Texas and you head here you will not be disappointed. From what I understand the establishment is under New Ownership. Management, from my experience is killing it. The menu has a lot of options and literally everything wa appealing. I'm a Wing guy so that was a given. Big Wings cooked and seasoned perfectly served with what might be the best hand cut Onion Rings I had in a long time. If I remember there were like five flavors and I'm sure there was no bad choice on flavors. There is also a Steakhouse from what I'm told serves a very good Rib Eye. I should also mention the Burgers were said to be the best around. The Bartender Jennifer was very nice and made some tasty Cocktails. They also had a very good selection of Beers and some that seemed to be Texas favorites lol. I had a chance to talk to the Manager Reggie who was a nice guy. He said they have live Music some days. The place was.complete with a Stage and an area for Dancing. He said Ted Nugent was there recently. Definitely it my thing but to each his own. It's off the beaten path but as I said a great place to go to get away for a few Hours. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'll probably go again. Especially if I find a business that Rents Bikes. Still thinking about those Wings. Lol. Yallhollatchaboy'.

DELICIOUS! I actually heard about this place from a Reddit post about places to stop on a road trip…read moreacross Texas and I'm so glad I listened! It's home cooked food, calories-not-monitored, but worth every single bite. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I knew it was going to be good when we saw the parking lot was overflowing into the grass. Luckily there was still an open table inside and we were welcomed by the sweetest staff and our waitress was just as wonderful. So many things looked good on the menu, but I couldn't resist ending this road trip with another taste of chicken fried steak to compare to Mary's (and they can definitely compete because it was AWESOME)! We also tried the chicken fried chicken (delicious), sweet potato casserole (amazing), Mae's potato casserole (tasty), cheese sticks (good), and the hamburger and fries which was obviously delicious enough that my picky daughter almost finished it - which says a LOT! We were very glad that we'd ordered the "smaller portions" for lunch because it meant we could grab a few of the desserts to go to snack on for our final leg of the road trip and keep enjoying at home. We tried the toffee cake (incredible), peanut butter cake (sinfully good), and the coconut pie (very light and creamy)! We also snagged some items to take home with us from their coolers and I can 100% recommend their pork tamales and summer sausage. If you get the chance to stop here, you won't regret it at all! Delicious, great service, and good portions!
