Love this spot for both dine in and to go orders. The small pizzas are great because everybody can get what they want for toppings, but I still never managed to finish the whole thing. They also have lots of other options on their menu from subs to salads to pastas. My family likes the turtle cheesecake as well. We come here at least once a week- either dining in because it's a fast option in Granbury and not as busy as some places or I will call ahead and pick it up on the way home from work and they make that process seamless. Order is always correct and I can feed 3 folks for less than $40 with left overs. Win to me! read more

Ordered three small pizzas. Chicken bar b q was the best as we all agreed even the dog. They have a dog friendly patio. The veggie was my personal second and the Mediterranean came in third in the competition. We ordered Caesar salads and felt they were a little on the small side but it was ok we had enough veggies with our pizzas. The two servers we ordered with and that delivered it to our table were very sweet and full of smiles. Not much for ambiance but that patio works when you want to take your dog out to dinner. Had to order online as I was w my dog at the hotel. However I can say the staff really did a great job preparing and packaging my food. They close early so I ordered early as it was my last day in Granbury and I wanted to try a couple of local shops today. Even w me eating later the chicken parm was still moist even after rewarming in the micro. The Greek pesto bread was yummy the Caesar salad was average but decent. All in all excellent. Wow hands down some of the best pizza in Granbury everything was really fresh and if you sign up just to receive specials you get a free appetizer. Prices are good considering the quality of the food and it a Was out quick. Don't think twice this was an easy choice for lunch today recommend by a friend service was awesome great vibe inside. The food is always fresh and delicious. Everything we have ordered from here has been so good. Even the Italian sandwich is one of my fave things there. Their chicken Alfredo is so good, it can definitely compete with other Italian restaurants in our area. Hubs always gets the spaghetti and loves it. A delightful little pizza cafe in Granbury. Ironically enough we didn't order pizza because they had other traditional Italian dishes that caught our eye. Upon walking in the cafe is very clean and well decorated. The dinning room has many tables and booths for patrons to sit at. The Chicken Alfredo was okay, I was not a huge fan of the chicken. It tasted like chicken you would get in a store bought salad. But the noodles and sauce had great flavor. The garlic bread and the salad was absolutely delicious. My mother in law had the meatball sandwich and she said that it could have used some more flavor but enjoyed the sandwich overall. I've been here several times and it's excellent. The gyro lunch special is off the chain good for the price. $21 for two to get a gyro, chips, salad, and a drink. You can't beat that in Granbury. Great customer service. Natalie is especially good. read more

I have eaten at this location at least once a week for the last 4 years. The food is always good. The customer service is exceptional but only because of the amazing store leader Miguel. In 4 years I've never been greeted without a genuine smile and a hello no matter what he is doing. Giving this brand 4 years of my money you'd imagine there has been a time or 2 that something went wrong. Without missing a beat Miguel made it right. I will always be a loyal customer. I'll be leaving this area from working soon but I'll drive all the way from Weatherford just for the customer appreciation I feel at this location! read more

Food was good as well as the service. We eat there about every 8 weeks and it's always consistent. The prices are very reasonable.

Overall the food is okay. Nothing amazing, but okay. The lunch specials are good in idea and are filling. Unfortunately the pizza though is very small and thin, with less toppings. The salad was okay, but I had to ask for croutons that they put on other people on my party's salad. Service was underwhelming. The employees were not positive or outgoing, but they did spend most if the time eating and sitting around the restaurants, and I mean all the employees. They completely forgot one person's food in my party, but did bring it out after we reminded them and apologized. The assistant manager did also offered a dessert to help make it right. Decided to give this place a try since we were touring Granbury. We ordered a large cheese bread, XL Pepperoni Pizza and XL Meat and Cheese Deluxe, Baked Mac N Cheese, small Pepperoni, Mushroom, Onion and Spinach Pizza. The young man who took our order was absolutely the sweetest. Everything was good until we ate the Meat and Cheese Deluxe. It tasted sour - as if one of meats had gone bad. I went back to the register and one of the cooks said he would taste it. In the midst he seemed to find it funny to approach the other cook and laugh about the situation. Food that taste like it's gone bad is truly nothing to laugh about! He came back and said he couldn't see anything wrong and laughed it off. We definitely will not be returning. read more

I do love Palio's more than any other chain pizza restaurant. The ingredients seem fresher and the options put together make a good, satisfying, tasty meal without meat options if you choose. Ate here with my hubby for lunch. We really liked the Molly's pizza. Ingredients tasted fresh and clean eating not heavy. The crust is just as I like it thin and light. The chicken il palio pasta was good although we prefer a thicker alfredo sauce and he didn't care for the artichoke hearts but that's a personal preference. The watermelon black tea is addictive! From the second I walked in, I knew I should have turned around. But, the wife and I finally agreed on a place, so fellows you know I couldn't change my mind now. So, we ordered from a lady who appeared to have rolled out of bed and wearing her pajamas. I overlooked this still, and sat down to enjoy the food. The salad came with the salad dressing packet on top of the salad, and it looked as if the packet was dropped on the floor a few times. My calzone arrived and looked/smelled great. I was hopeful when I saw this place. It's nicely decorated and well laid-out. The food was good, and everything was enjoyable enough, except for the service. More than once we asked for something and were told "it's over there," the table was dirty, and food sat on the service counter while staff chatted behind the counter. Servers laid packets of dressing on top of my wife's salad and the waiter dropped food on the table without a word. I went here with a friend on our way out of Dallas one afternoon. The best part of Palio's is the food. The pizza was delicious and served hot and fresh. I found the veggies on the pizza especially fresh. The service is standard, nothing over the top, but also by no means lacking. The ambience in this Palio's in particular was very pleasant. So, New Years Day and so few places are open but we drive by and, thankfully, Palio's IS! So, we decided to try it for the 1st time. Wow! I'm so glad we did! We got "The King", as my husband likes the meat pizzas. I got a small cheese breadstick, which also comes out in a pizza pan. The crust is so substantial and real, no chemical-ee flavor whatsoever, and super flavorful! The marinara is chunky and real and the atmosphere is pleasant with some nice jazz and a game playing quietly on a big screen over the warm glowing fireplace.
