I'm really big about posting pictures but I actually didn't get any food. I got drinks! I was really craving boba and didn't feel like driving to fort worth. I ordered a Chai but the lady thought I said Thai and the menu doesn't have every option that is offered on the inside menu vs the drive through. Unfortunately, Corona has had other plans to keep us out of restaurants and I'm okay and totally respectful of it. ANYWAYS. I paid for the drinks and realized from the color of my drink, this was not Chai but Thai. The lady at the window told me she couldn't take it back, so I asked for a replacement drink. It was some type of strawberry tea. It was really good, but I didn't mind the Thai! I took a sip out of it and truly enjoyed it! I gave the tea drink to my mother instead. The only thing I would change about my experience is that the online app doesn't let you order tea bar drinks. I would have liked to just order my drink of the menu but its okay. I ordered Panda Express from Grubhub the other night. It was my first time ordering from them in a very long time, and I don't remember how I ordered from them the first time. This time I ordered small entrees and a side of chow mein which looked like lo mein on the menu, and a side of cream cheese rangoon. The Chow mein was awful, it tasted nothing like lo mein so if you are expecting that you will be very disappointed. I ended up throwing it away. The small entrees we ordered were extremely small they say they are 8 oz. and they are probably closer to 6 ounces when you consider 1 cup is 8 ounces. I have heard the medium is 18 and large is 24 ounces. Although I would expect them to be a little smaller. At any rate, We ordered the bejing beef, the mushroom chicken, the honey walnut shrimp and the honey sesame chicken breast. Of those my favorite was the mushroom chicken. which contains zucchini, mushrooms and chicken in a brown sauce similar to a happy family sauce if you have ever had that in a chinese restaurant. 2nd to that was the beijing beef which had a little spice to it. 3rd would have to be the walnut chicken which is tempora shrimp and candied walnuts. and then least favorite would have to be the honey sesame chicken breast, which I thought I would like a lot more because it has pineapple in it and I like pineapple a lot. I would be more likely to try the so called "super greens" if they told you what greens were in it. Since their menu had no description of any of their food I had to look up recipes to even know what I would be interested in eating. The pictures are great, but I need a few words to go with them. The food is good, but the portion sizes leave something to be desired. The sizes should also list what a small medium and large are so that you know when you are ordering what you are ordering. read more

It has become a pattern at this location. The worker taking the order spoke so fast and acted so put out that you had to ask them to repeat everything so that you could understand. Once I ordered our dinner , I was informed that they did not have the egg rolls ordered and that I could wait 7-10 minutes and go through the drive thru again. Are you kidding me!?!?! By this time there were 6-7 cars in the drive thru. And they young ladies were not even nice or polite about it. The service at this location had usually been rude and bothered that they have to deal with the public. Doubt we will be back to this location. The girl at the window seemed to be bothered because my wife and I were there ordering food. Every time I asked for something it was not available and was rude when saying it would take 10-15 minutes to have it ready. It seemed like she did not even want to work. She was more preoccupied with flirting with her coworker rather than taking my order. When my two choices I was allowed to make was ready, she pretty much just tossed the bag at me and that was it. Every once in awhile my husband and I enjoy going out to eat and he absolutely adores Panda Express. But every time we come to this specific one, it's seems hard for them to understand what we want. Our order is always wrong and we end up having to wait even longer for our food. I'm honestly just tired of coming here. I wouldn't if my husband didn't love it so much. I can't complain too much though, because each time I have complained, they've always given me some sort of accommodation. Although that's not what I go there for, I still like they should work more on repeating an order to be more accurate on their customers orders. Updated Review: Tried going back again because we got a gift card. Just before 11am they told me there would be an hour before they had any white rice ready and 15 mins for mixed veggies. We had this issue 7 months ago and they told us they'd be better about it... They haven't made it any better. She was very informative and politely told my what they were out of. She apologized way more then expected for the inconvenience. I told it wasn't her fault!! Better food at other locations. Asked for side of just string beans and they brought us chicken onions and 6 string beans It tasted burnt. Not sure if the multi tiny black flecks were pepper or some spice or burnt wok scrapings. Fried rice and orange chicken were good. Normally I don't post a negative review without first talking to management, but the problems we experienced tonight have happened so many times, this shows it was not just an off night, but the way this business is run day in and day out. The running joke between my husband and I is "what will they be out of tonight?" Tonight at 6:30 we were told they were out of white rice and wouldn't be making any more tonight--at 6:30! Next we ordered fried rice and were told we would have to 10 minutes for that at which point we left. This is a Chinese restaurant so how do you run out of rice during the height of the dinner hour? This has happened to us so often, being out of common items or being told we will have to wait until more is made, that this may be our last visit there. Can't imagine going back. The service has gone way down here in Cleburne,Tx. My family likes a few basic menu items and we have been frequent customers since it opened. We noticed a shift downwards pre-covid that has only gotten worse. So much that I now will only order entrees and just make rice at home along with drinks. (Would take business elsewhere in town but that's for another review). My main issue is they don't seem to ever have their complete menu ready and can't seem to be able to fill orders correctly. This is a trend for chain restaurants in Cleburne. They start off good then go down quickly. Then everyone wonders why we don't have more choices. Someone from corporate should come down, clean house, and save this location. read more

My first experience ordering from any panda restaurant. Everything was perfect, except that I was missing my order of rangoons, which I ordered last minute. I made it down the road when I realized it. When I pulled back through the drive thru and let the assistant know, she apologized and immediately rectified my problem, even going so far as to grant us an extra order of rangoons. So very many times, restaurants don't acknowledge the extra time it requires to turn back around to pick up an order. This was huge to me. 10 stars for excellent customer service. read more

Spent over $40 on family meal had to wait for kung pao chicken which I am ok with considering it was made fresh right then. Also got teriyaki-chicken and orange chicken. The first bite of orange chicken was so hard that my daughter about broke her tooth. The chicken was very dry been sitting awhile. Then the teriyaki chicken was the same way had a crunch to it. This food had to have been sitting for a while to be that hard. Fried rice ok, chow mein very dry and shriveled up. Not happy. The only thing good was the freshly made Kung Pao chicken. I did call and talk to manager and she was really nice but to offer me 2 free entrees which Im not interested in returning for some more dried out food.
