The noise level is perfect, you can have a conversation but it's just as easy to throw in some headphones and drown most of the ambient sound out if you want to read or something. Lighting is bright enough to see but dim enough to be relaxing. Service is always great and I've heard that the owner is incredible to work for so they don't have huge turnover in employees. She won a Best of Cleburne award for being the best employer, so it makes me happy to support her business. I love the coffee, it's consistent and delicious and they don't mind modifications to my drink (I always get the JocoLoco, no cinnamon, extra brown sugar) and sometimes bring my daughter and they have great options for her too. There are games and books so it's kid friendly. They usually have homemade croissants, chocolate croissants, and other treats. Their homemade croissants are my favorite. They don't mind if you sit and stay a while, several people I know will go in with a crochet or embroidery project and sip while they work. Easily the best coffee shop around.

Man, I'm so glad we did. I'll admit that I'm usually skeptical of specialty dessert shops because they can be expensive. I love supporting local businesses, but many places I've tried in the past didn't quite live up to the price. This experience was completely different. My husband and I ordered a scoop of the salted caramel ice cream, and it was absolutely incredible. It was so good that we immediately went back for a second scoop! Yes, it's on the pricier side, but some treats are worth every penny and this was definitely one of them!! The flavor was rich, creamy, and unforgettable.
