This place has so much potential and is full of items to satisfy most of your Mexican cravings. The food is great and the place looks impressive. Unfortunately all of this is overshadowed by the extremely crawling service and lack of cleanliness by the staff (witnessed the same person handling cash handling fruit by hand). I wonder if there is any management at all here. At any given time the line is 10-15 people long with slow service, often left to one person left to satisfy the hoard. I hope to return to this and see a improvement in both areas. Despite the appeal of the food, it is hard to overlook the service and cleanliness.

This was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. I've meaning to try the one in Camp Bowie but discovered this one opened up so I finally popped in for a delicious treat. The price is comparable to other shops like this one and my strawberry smoothie was yummy delish. I savored every bit of flavor and my daughter loved it as well. The workers were sweet and the place is clean and spacious. It definitely was well worth the wait for me!

Wow great snack with a kick. I been coming more often and glad their menu is growing with smoothies, juices and fruit salads. Some are your Mexican cravings like corn in a cup and others out of the box like Cheetos street corn on the cob. My favorite is the Chilindrina, with extra spicy or chili I add. It's a salad with a crunchy tostada but... just try it... sometimes you have to be a little adventurous.

Just left here with my kids. My daughter and I got the Pina Colada and omgeee it is so freaking good... So refreshingly cold and sweet! My son got a piece of cheesecake ( he had been asking for one for a while now) and he loved it. We will definitely be frequenting this spot more often!

Escamocha with squirt...So good and refreshing!!

The establishment is clean and cool!! It gives u an island vibe!!! I have tried a mangonada, escamocha, and elote. I will be returning to try more things from the menu. Everything is fresh. And they have plenty of options.

Drove 40 minutes from Dallas just to try this place out. So worth it! Very good and fresh quality fruit. They had a variety of fruits to choose from. The staff there were also very kind. The place itself was big and is a cool chill spot for a group of friends.

The waiting time is too long, it took us about an hour to wait for some crepes and a mangonada.

There are also a lot of Mochi donuts and cookies to choose from in the glass case. Arrive early to ensure all baked goods are still available. They sell out quickly. The shop is adorably kitschy. The loud vibrant colors aren't overshadowed by the loud vibrant music. LOL! It is a cute place to hang out for a bit. It's more of an energy recharge than chill spot. The Nutella Biscoff cookie was good, not great, but good. It was surprisingly not too sweet and a nice mid day dessert. There is plenty of parking as this place is located in the Montgomery Plaza shopping center. I will come back to try some more drinks and a donut.

We were getting a drink after lunch, I got their milk tea and added black boba, my husband got a lemonade and our kid got a s'mores cookie. We originally had an issue with the cookie that we bought, but we discovered it while we were still in the store and the staff quickly addressed it and replaced the cookie. They have a shared parking lot. So you may have to walk a little ways and they are conveniently located around a lot of different stores. We would definitely stop back by when we are in the area.

The Hubby and I were on date night continuing our "Eating the Alphabet" around the DFW area (check…read moreus out on YouTube: HowWeDoHWD), and even though it was chilly outside, we couldn't resist stopping by Melt on Magnolia in Fort Worth. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, sunshine-filled space that smelled absolutely divine--fresh, homemade waffle cones baking and filling the room with happiness. The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and even offered samples (yes please!), which made choosing a flavor both fun and deliciously difficult. After a few tastes, I landed on Sweet Cream and Cookie Crush--and wow. The sweet cream was classic and comforting, instantly reminding me of my grandmother's homemade ice cream. The cookie crush brought bold flavor: rich, house-made dark chocolate cookies folded into salty vanilla ice cream. The perfect balance of sweet, salty, and indulgent. Pros: Warm and happy aesthetic, heavenly cone smells, and super friendly staff. Cons: The inside is a bit small with limited seating--but during warmer days, the outdoor patio offers plenty of space to enjoy your scoop. I will absolutely be returning to Melt. It's cozy, nostalgic, and full of flavor--definitely worth the stop, no matter the weather.
