Naturally, that ruined it for all of us -- once you see that, you don't want to eat anything else from there. We had already spent $28, and none of us even wanted to touch our shaved ice after that. What made it worse was the staff's attitude. There was no apology, no "sorry," no sense of concern at all. They acted like it didn't matter, and that lack of basic customer service was just as disappointing as the ants themselves. Between the unsanitary Shaved Ice and the complete disregard from the employees, this was a terrible experience.
