The tonkotsu was super flavorful and I loved the bits off corn and I added minced pork for extra texture in the soup which was a great choice I would do again. The noodles were thinner than other ramens I have tried but still were very yummy and cooked well. The miso was a thicker soup with thicker noodles and the spiciness wasn't overwhelming.
