I built my own bowl with white rice as the base, ahi tuna and spicy salmon for my proteins, then added edamame, cucumber, corn, avocado, seaweed salad, surimi salad, and onion crisps. There were so many toppings to choose from! I wasn't sure which sauces to try, so I asked for samples. The lady accidentally mixed the sriracha aioli with the sweet shoyu, and while the combination was interesting, the sriracha aioli was a little too spicy for me. The bowl itself actually tasted really good, but unfortunately, my stomach had a different opinion. I'm not sure what didn't sit well--the raw fish, the sauce, or maybe a combination of both. Either way, I didn't feel the best afterward.
