Sunday, I was in Cleburne so I hit Jack in the Box on Henderson Street for a quick bite. ( I've never tried this location ). Drive thru of course and only 2 cars. The attendant was very clear and kindly took my order. Very quickly I was pulling up to pick up order. Once again the young man was pleasant and attentive. Even asking if I needed condiments or napkins. Rarely are you given this choice. When he moved to the side I looked through the windows at their floors, countertops, and organization of products. All Thumbs Up !! Everything was clean and looking fine. (Even the attendant) he was very nice and smiled. I paid for order, received it, and parked to eat. Curly fries were fresh out of the fryer !!! LOVE IT and burger was hot and extra tasty! Of course I got my Root Beer on ! THANK YOU JACK FOR A SUPER MEAL. I was impressed.... Keep up the good work. I do recommend this location. Have a great day and dont forget to run by Jack's for a quick meal, snack, or a tasty Root Beer. read more

I'm sick of these restaurants advertising these enormous meals only to get Subpar food. The Cleburne Jack in a Box is a Joke. For the price and how they serve it, don't waste your money. Fast food chains are wondering why they are loosing money, because quality and customer service are dead. Good restaurant on Katherine Raines Blvd. adjacent to Albertsons near Home Depot and such. Love Jack here...!!! Good food and good people service on the two occasions I have visited. Always fresh and hot...not thrown together like a sandwich at a high school cafeteria. If you don't know, it is a lot to ask if a Jack in the Box to offer fresh food, where otherwise you might get a hamburger patty, or chicken patty that has sat under the warmer for 42 hours. So far, this place does not upset what should be a standard in fast food. Hats off to the folks there...!!! I will continue to visit and I hope to bring more good reviews..!!!!!! Jack in the box is known throughout for after hours dining. After bars. After dancing. After dates. This one has no concept of that culture. The ads talk about 24 hour dining, but evidently the hours of operation end at midnight at this location, even on a weekend night. Stopped at 1204 am for some tacos, and nope, closed at midnight!!! I ordered #13 chicken was dry looked like it has been sitting there no lettuce I asked for mayo nothing just bread and meat ordered 12 tacos got 6 no lettuce in them. No FF with that combo ordered a breakfast sandwich wasn't in the bag. Waste of $30 .. read more

I am from out of town and looking for a quick decent meal and decided to try this Jack in the box, I went thru the drive thru and ordered my meals and had after a bit they asked my order and after not understanding her and repeating myself I placed my order and went to add 2 Oreo shakes but she had already hung up so I drove to the window and waited several minutes to even be acknowledged, finally the window opened and Still no hello or greeting only it will be $27 I asked the person to please add 2 Oreo shakes and I was told I could not order a shake at drive thru and before I could tell her to make the shakes and I will park and walk in she quickly shut the window! Mind you there was nobody behind me in the drive thru, so I came home and unpacked the food and to my surprise the regular fries were half full and cold and lumped together (disgusting) the curly fries were half full too! (If I wanted a small size I would have ordered small), the deluxe chicken was as dry as cardboard (ate 3 bites and tossed out) the we tasted the unsweetened iced tea and got sweetened tea (dumped them both out! The girl at window asked the manager when I wanted the shakes and she was the person that made the decision to tell me I couldnt order shakes at drive thru! Overall it was a pretty bad experience and I normally would have talked directly with the manager but I assumed the manager was the person that said no to the Oreo shakes so I decided to post. This jack in the box has a terrible access drive thru from side street and the breakfast combo If I eat here is not always good they have burnt the eggs a few time and hardly ever have fresh hash browns in the afternoon comparing our other jack in the box this one doesn't have as good food ,alway have to ask for easy ice or you get a full cup and a sip of soda read more

Have been there a couple times and the first time was okay nothing special then went there a second time to just get a simple burger and the lady taking my order I guess couldn't hear me well enough. Then proceeded to scream at me through the microphone. After I pull up 2-3 minutes go by without even taking my money yet. Then finally answers the window and takes my money and gives me a water down drink. Then another 5 minutes pass waiting for food and she finally opens up the window and doesn't ask me or say anything and tosses me my food and closes the window fast. Very disappointed in my visit there. Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl, was told they were out AFTER I paid for it. Did not want anything else, after waiting a while for someone to give me a refund, was told I could NOT get a copy of the credit card refund receipt I signed. Should have been told they were out before I paid, but apparently they have very poor communication among the staff there. read more
