The Chilean sea bass is a standout, perfectly cooked every time. The seared scallops are wonderful, with a beautiful crust and tender inside. I've had the salmon multiple times and it's always nicely seared on the outside and wonderfully tender and flaky. For appetizers, the pear & Brie crostini is a must-order sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and service more than justify it. This is a busy spot (especially on weekends), so reservations are highly recommended. From start to finish, everything about Christina's feels special. Attentive service, beautiful plates, and food that tastes like it was made with care. If you're in Granbury, make the time to eat here -- you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back again soon!

My first visit to this location was yesterday, a Wednesday. Two of the people there were the bartender/owner Jacoby, and Mary who was in charge of the selections. Their beer offering was not a printed list, but a list displayed on three big screen TVs. There were 40 taps and only ONE "stable", the Guinness. A few non-Texas beers, but mostly they were Texas crafts. I actually liked that because that was their goal/model. I was able to sample 7 beers I have never tried before. Considering my purchased record at my home store is 707. That being said, if you're looking for a "stable", go next door to The Filling Station. BUT, if you're willing and want to expand your pallette, and you're in town for whatever reason, this is THE place for that. All of their pints are $7-8, a very reasonable price. Came tonight because it was "pint night" featuring Cowtown Beers, four of them. Fired off a flight, enjoyed them all. $10 for all four. Oh yeah, the best part, at least for now, they have the Chimay Cinq Cents on tap for $9.50.

I like this place. I do, honest. But today they annoyed me. I was charged $1.89 for a refill on my coffee. I kept telling the high school girl I wanted a refill. Nope. I showed her the cup from the first cup. A big no go. I surrendered and paid. Besides I am a geezer and every other stop at the place my coffee has been complimentary with no questions asked. That is the first cup, every cup. Not today. It was $1.89 for a refill. And I wanted a biscuit, butter and jelly too. No, those end at 10:30am. Why? Because that is when breakfast ends. I would have thought biscuits would have been an all day thing. Apparently not. Who wants to be blindsided with an 'up charge?' Who indeed? On another occasion, the girl at the counter chewed me out for bringing in my (visibly almost-empty) Starbucks coffee. "Sir, we don't allow outside food and drinks". I have always ever bought multiple drinks for myself and my family, and they know that. Very jerky people. No wonder it's always a ghost town when all the other restaurants are slammed.
