This review is not toward the food, but the "convenience" of the Mobile Drive-thru. Previously, I would order on the app and pick up my order inside to make it easier and quicker on myself. However, my food was NEVER ready-so after 3 times I decided (the best out of 3) I wouldn't use this option any longer. NOW, with the new MOBILE APP drive thru-I think to myself, YAY!! Now this is convenient! Well, needless to say-I order on the Mobile App. By the time I have scanned the code-there are 3 more cars in front of me that ordered thru the actual drive-thru and I still have to wait to pick up my order-to which it still wasn't ready. placed a pre-saved mobile order for in store pickup, an 8ct nuggets meal, medium fry, medium half sweet half unsweet tea with 2 Polynesian and two ranch, they gave me polynesian and chic fil a sauce. left my parking spot and drove back to the store to get the ranch, sat and waited at the mobile pickup staring at 4 different employees all doing random things on the counter and floor in front of me, like spot cleaning and things that you'd be doing in your down time, even after making eye contact with the manager while waiting. (i had already spoken with him personally when i first came in to pick up the order because i asked for honey barbecue and they said they didn't have it, so i asked for chic fil a sauce instead, before i had realized they'd already given me chic fil a instead of ranch--- so i figured he would at least put two and two together they had already given me my food, and therefore i probably needed help with something else, but no. he just continues doing whatever he was doing on the floor after making eye contact with me.) it wasn't until finally one guy in the very back working drive through (out of other the 3 in front) asked if i had been helped, that finally the manager got up off the floor and helped me. gave me the ranch, but by the time i got back to my car of course my food was cold. finished my meal, went for a sip and it's unsweet tea. this will be my second time leaving from my parking spot to drive back to chick fil a to get yet another one of their mistakes fixed. 0 stars for service. read more

Their food may be the best fast option in town, but their service needs some major improvement. I present my two cases: A) Stopped by after about two weeks of their grand opening. We rolled up to the drive-thru on a lazy Saturday afternoon and ordered a tray of chick-n-minis (20) to go. They told us we'd have to pull over and it would be a 8-10 minute wait. No problem, right? Fourty-five minutes and three trips inside to check on it later, we left with our tray. Each time I asked someone how much longer it would be, they couldn't find my order. Unbelievable. B) Again, we stopped for breakfast. This time on our way out of town on a slow Monday morning (around 9am). We were the only ones in the drive-thru and the place was empty inside. Here's how the order goes: Kevin: "Hi, we'd like a 3pc #2 with a fruit cup instead of hashbrowns." Window girl: "That comes with a coffee. Would you like sugar and cream in that?" Kevin: "Sure, yeah. And we'll also take a small granola yogurt and another coffee, with sugar and cream." Window gal: "What size?" Kevin: "Umm, whatever size that comes with the meal is fine. Small I guess." Window gal: "Great, that'll be $8.23" We pull up and she hands us two small bags, one coffee and says "Thanks!" So we had to remind her that we had another coffee. She apologizes, but when we drive away with our second coffee, we look and it's black. Le sigh. Until they pick things up around here, I'll have to give up my cravings for Chick-Fil-A. read more
