Each drink stood out and had its own unique flavor profile. They are light, but strong at the same time. These are excellent drinks if your looking to hang by the pool or share some laughs with friends while taking in the breathtaking views of coconut grove, the ocean, and Miami epic skyline. We did order 2 appetizers, the conch fritters and hummus. The conch was crispy and perfectly cooked inside, the aoli sauce complimented it perfectly. It came with 6 fritters and they went down very well. Not greasy or under filled. The hummus was delicious and the baked pita bread complimented it well. Sip Sip is an oasis in the desert. The hostess and waiter gave us Prosecco on the house and an appetizer. It literally took us three hours to have dinner here. Let me say again. I'm sure there was a problem somewhere in the kitchen or something because nine people cannot ask for steak, , medium well and all of them were rare maybe they had a gas problem. It should be noted that, on the night we came they had a different wine (a pinot noir from Spain) rather than the one usually offered with this special. The server allowed us to sample the wine that usually comes with the parrilla and I'm glad they had the other bottle available on the night we were here as we much preferred it.
