From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Danny, our waiter, who made the night unforgettable. His energy and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. The meal began with a delightful amuse-bouche -- a little surprise from the chef that hinted at the creativity behind every course. A burst of umami and perfectly balanced flavors set the tone for what was to come. Meatball & Burrata: The first appetizer, a combination of tender meatball and creamy burrata, was a masterclass in Italian simplicity. The rich tomato sauce complemented the velvety cheese, making every bite both comforting and indulgent. Pulpo a la Parilla: The grilled octopus arrived with a perfect char, tender and flavorful with every bite. Accompanied by citrus and herb accents, this dish was a standout, delivering a bright, fresh taste with smoky undertones from the grill. Porterhouse (MP): For the main event, the porterhouse was served with style and precision. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Sharing this dish felt ceremonial, with every bite showcasing the kitchen's attention to quality and technique. Wagyu Fat Potato: On the side, the Wagyu fat potato was a revelation -- crisp on the outside, impossibly soft inside, and infused with deep, savory richness. It was indulgence at its finest, and the perfect pairing for the porterhouse. Triple Chocolate Flourless Cake: To end the meal, we indulged in a triple chocolate flourless cake. Dining at this recently opened restaurant was a delightful surprise. The restaurant had only opened its doors four days ago on August 31st, explaining its absence on Yelp. The restaurant's interior seamlessly blends modernity with style, featuring an open kitchen that immediately captures your attention upon entry. To the right, there's a dedicated meat section, and an impressive wine selection is prominently displayed at the front. Our dining adventure began with a delightful twist - their signature house drinks. Kevin, our attentive server, passionately shared the history of each concoction. The "Golden Fashioned" was a favorite among the guys, prompting a double order, and the "Kentucky Monkey" garnered its fair share of compliments. Meanwhile, my girlfriend relished the "Fat Espresso Martini." Upon Kevin's suggestion to share dishes, we opted for a diverse selection. For appetizers, we savored the "Pulpo a la Parilla" (grilled octopus) and the "Charred Scallops," both of which were exquisite. Moving on to the main course, we indulged in the Black Angus Tomahawk with truffle fries and the lobster mac and cheese, all of which were exceptional. We went to this restaurant for drinks and ended up staying for dinner on an early Saturday evening. The place was much bigger than I expected, and I loved the design and overall vibe. As the evening went on, the restaurant gradually filled up and developed a great energy. The menu is relatively simple, but in a good way--concise, well thought out, and full of appealing options. The drinks were very well crafted and consistently excellent. We sat at the bar, and service was one of the highlights of the experience. The bar staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Damn, I forgot the name of the girl bartender, lol. She was fantastic. The entire staff genuinely cared, and everyone seemed to work together as a real team. You could tell they enjoyed working there, and that positive energy carried over. The food was outstanding. The empanadas were one of my favorites--crispy, generously filled with meat, and packed with flavor. The tuna tartare was delicious as well. For my personal taste, it had a little too much seasoning, which covered some of the natural flavor of the tuna, but it was still excellent. The small pani puri served with it was absolutely mouthwatering and created a fantastic combination of textures and flavors. The picanha was cooked perfectly and exactly as ordered. Honestly, everything we tried was impressive. Price-wise, I think it's very fair. It's not cheap, but it's also not outrageously expensive, especially by Miami standards. They also offer experiences such as happy hour and tasting menus that are very reasonably priced and absolutely worth considering. Overall, this place is a definite yes for me. Great food, excellent drinks, genuinely warm service, and a fun atmosphere. It definitely has a spot on my regular list of places to visit, and I look forward to coming back. read more

I will say before I start that our waitress really was tremendous and we don't fault her for anything, we understand when the kitchen makes mistakes and it's out of her control. I took my boyfriend there for his bday and we were very excited as we just got back from a trip to Mendoza. We started with a bottle of wine and the ossobucco croquettas which were both great. We then picked out a special 45 dry aged ribeye that was a premier cut for $99 as we were celebrating and requested medium rare - so red and rare center was expected. We finally got our steak after waiting a very long time and they torched it in front of us - great show. We finally started eating since it was already sliced and we started scarfing it down as we were STARVING. We realized halfway through as we could barely chew the steak that it was so over cooked and medium well we immediately became devastated. We called the waitress over and showed her that we couldn't even finish it because it was so overdone and not medium rare. She did end up comping us a dessert (it was a bday so I assume that would have been anyways) and our bottle of wine. The lobster Mac and cheese also had zero lobster, very disappointing. The manager came to every table but ours and even after he saw we had a problem he still avoided us like the plague- pretty rude. I wonder if as the only English speaking table there, things would have been different. Anyways disappointing all around. Great waitress - horrible kitchen and manager. Will not be back. I appreciate the free wine but I don't care about free things, I just wanted a good steak for my boyfriend and to at least be acknowledged like every other table - all customers are equal. read more

We started with the osso buco croquettes, which were delicious, and the bone marrow, which was outstanding. The steak and eggs appetizer with caviar on toast points was a real standout, while the steak tartare was slightly too tomato-forward but still worth ordering. The 50 oz cowboy steak, ordered medium rare, was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, though a bit fatty. The lamb chops were incredibly tender, practically fork-cuttable. For sides, the broccolini was average, but the mixed carrots with their sweet tang were unforgettable. The dirty martini with blue cheese olives was perfection. At around $125 per person, the pricing felt fair for the quality and in line with Miami standards. We left full and happy after sharing plates.
