There are several family members with campers; the resort offers tent, partial and full sites to accommodate everyone. There is a lodge with wonderful rooms for everyone else (where we stayed). There is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a huge hot tub. Also offered is a game room, a great library, a gym and outdoor activities such as shuffle board, volleyball, basketball, frisbee golf, etc. We found trails to walk around to get some outdoor exercise. The lodge is well maintained and very clean; my wife and I very much enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Jeff and Tracy were wonderful and took good care of the entire extended family that was there. It's a little out of the way, but worth the trip. We shall definitely be back.

We listed our home for rent with Ex-cell last year. They were full of promises but so-so on…read moredelivering. They did find us tenants very quickly. We had requested no pets on the property but the tenants they found had 2 dogs and a cat and Ex-cell convinced us that these were very responsible people so we should rent to them. We did but we regretted it. Pets are hard on any property. We had to ask for our property to be inspected even though they promised to do it twice a year and to give us written copies of the inspection (we never got anything written). They just said over the phone "everything looks great". When we finally got into the house to do some repairs we discovered some problems (pet feces in the yard, extra pets etc). They were great on paying us (direct deposit) but seemed bothered if we called to ask them questions. We had to ask for a copy of the 1 year rental agreement and when we finally got it we found out they had "pushed out the rental term to 13 1/2 months" so it would come due in the spring instead of the winter. We could do nothing about the already signed agreement so we had to honor it and delay the selling of our house 1 1/2 months. They never discussed a longer term with us just made the agreement with the tenants without our knowledge. Overall, we felt this company lacked professionalism and their office staff seemed less than anxious to help us with our questions when we called. We would not use them again.
