Exceptional Service During a Stressful Time We stayed in a…read moreVacation Rental Authority (VRA) property in Dalton Gardens earlier this spring while we were temporarily displaced from our home due to an insurance-related issue. It's never ideal to be out of your own house, but VRA made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. The rental itself had a few issues right out of the gate--things like the dryer not working and the hot tub needing attention. What truly impressed me was how quickly and professionally VRA responded. Their team was on it immediately, getting people out to the property and resolving problems without delay. No runaround, no excuses--just fast, effective solutions. From start to finish--communication, responsiveness, repairs, billing, and overall customer service--VRA was top-notch. Issues happen with any property, but how a company handles them is what matters, and VRA absolutely delivered. Their attention to detail and commitment to taking care of their guests really stood out. I can't say enough good things about the Vacation Rental Authority team. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares and shows up when it matters, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We also had access to the pool and fitness center operated by the property owners association; it is quite nice. A couple of questions came up while we were there. Each time, a text to VRA was quickly answered. We would definitely stay there again.

Literally a few blocks from anywhere you want to go. Nice little grocery store, liquor store, and coffee place nearly right across street. The things that could be improved or addressed - mostly for an extended 4 night stay - are having a dresser or small table in the room. There's literally no place to store/stack things. There is no daily linen or towel service. This is impt to note bc if you do any walking/hiking in the area, you will get dirty. We didn't realize how much so until our first day when we placed a backpack on the bed. THAT said, Jen did have our bedsheets changed out so kudos to her!

The only negative that I would give North Idaho Inn is a very awkward, tight and tiny parking lot that can be very tricky to maneuver in, especially if you have a full size truck. Other than that, it's a great Inn, that you will not be disappointed in staying at. We weren't aware of the extra parking, but we will definitely stay here again, we absolutely loved it, thank you.

WorldMark Arrow Point - That nice lodge is off limits to worldmark owners... as is the lake access.

However, sadly, worldmark decided to sell or lease the lake access to Gozzer Ranch (owners include celebrities) and worldmark owners and guests can only access the lake via one small spot that is not maintained well. It's a muddy slope and the few lawn chairs are cheapie and covered with bird poop. You really feel like it's the haves and the have nots between the worldmark place and the gozzer ranch lakeside lodge. We aren't allowed on the dock and the former restaurant is now only for gozzer ranch. Celebs buzz up and down between the lake and gozzer ranch in their side-by-sides and they aren't watching for little kids on the road and it's loud. I think it's sad worldmark decided to eliminate literally the only thing to do - why would you go to the lake and not plan to actually use the lake? You are a pretty long drive from anything other than the general store (which is a cute store). The only amenities for recreation is a pretty utilitarian indoor pool and when we've been there it wasn't working most of the time. There is truly nothing to do but stay inside your room - if you want to look at the lake, read a book, sit on the deck - it's great. But worldmark needs to invest in things for its owners to do since it gave the best part away. We used to be able to catch a boat to dinner, have dinner and or drinks in the restaurant, there was a sandy beach - all gone now.

WorldMark Arrow Point - We hoped to watch fireworks on the 4th but the gozzer building is just tall enough to block out any view of the fireworks.
