Lake C'oeur d'Alene is fairly laid back. You likely won't have much of a view of the lake from this property. It was spacious and nicely equipped. Friendly staff. Perfect for us retired folks. Teens might not have a lot to do. Nice eateries in the area. read more

This used to be a wonderful place. These are gorgeous condos and the lake views are stunning. Very peaceful previously. However, sadly, worldmark decided to sell or lease the lake access to Gozzer Ranch (owners include celebrities) and worldmark owners and guests can only access the lake via one small spot that is not maintained well. It's a muddy slope and the few lawn chairs are cheapie and covered with bird poop. You really feel like it's the haves and the have nots between the worldmark place and the gozzer ranch lakeside lodge. We aren't allowed on the dock and the former restaurant is now only for gozzer ranch. Celebs buzz up and down between the lake and gozzer ranch in their side-by-sides and they aren't watching for little kids on the road and it's loud. I think it's sad worldmark decided to eliminate literally the only thing to do - why would you go to the lake and not plan to actually use the lake? You are a pretty long drive from anything other than the general store (which is a cute store). The only amenities for recreation is a pretty utilitarian indoor pool and when we've been there it wasn't working most of the time. There is truly nothing to do but stay inside your room - if you want to look at the lake, read a book, sit on the deck - it's great. But worldmark needs to invest in things for its owners to do since it gave the best part away. We used to be able to catch a boat to dinner, have dinner and or drinks in the restaurant, there was a sandy beach - all gone now. read more

Very nice condos. The grounds are beautiful and World mark owns a portion of the condos and the others are private. Be sure to bring all of your food as the nearest store is a good 30 minute drive. Finally, the only upside I've found in the Covid pandemic is that Worldmark didn't hound me all weekend to listen to their high pressure marketing presentation. read more

If your looking for a place to get away from everything, this is a beautiful place to go! The room we got is very spacious, specially the bathroom! We have a partial view of the lake, (Building D looks like it has the best views, we're in building B) and all of them have full kitchens, stackable washer dryers, a grill outside, and everything else one can want. The main drawback is the closest thing here if you want a bite to eat is around the lack and through the woods to grandmothers place i go lol, seriously though- its a good drive to the city of Cour d;Alen, not much else here- so I would suggest getting your groceries along the way here, I would certainly recommend this place if you have access to Worldmark resorts. read more

We are owners of WM above platinum level choosing instead of purchasing a second home in 2000. Since purchasing, Wyndham has taken over management of this one time very fine timeshare. Wyndham now controls every detail. Sad part is they have let newer resorts deteriorate because of their poor maintenance and reduced services. Wyndham is managing WM like they do their motels like travel lodge and super 8 as well as others that are generally dirty and unkept. They take our annually increasing dues while cutting services and pocketing our dues. Wyndham keeps raising purchase price per points used to make reservations. Normally all my reviews are positive, but for this place if I could give negative stars I would. I booked this property on Feb 7th for my birthday week/wknd (April 6th-9th). I was contacted by WorldMark on 3/30 to let me know they would have construction going on and I was only allowed 1 vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk was kind and helped me with some questions I had regarding the condo. It seemed everything was good and they said they'd see us in a few days! We flew from San Diego, Ca to Spokane on 4/6...traveling all day. Got off the plane, grabbed our rental car and a bite to eat. We arrived in Couer d'alene around 6pm (it's an hour drive form Spokane airport). We went to the grocery store and stocked up on food/supplies for the 3 night stay at the 2 bedroom condo because they advised us they were located in a remote area and the nearest stores/restaurants were about 30 minutes away. We got out of the grocery store at 7pm. I pulled up my email to get the address for GPS and saw that Expedia emailed me THAT afternoon to tell me Worldmark couldn't honor our reservation!! I was horrified! I immediately called WorldMark to find out what was going on. They advised me that they overbooked their condos and there was nothing they could do about it and to contact Expedia to get relocated. We sat in a rental car in the parking lot of a grocery store for 2 hours (and it was cold) while Expedia tried to find us something comparable. I had just spent $150 in groceries that were melting and going bad in my trunk and we were exhausted from traveling all day. How can someone cancel your 3 night reservation literally the day of arrival after traveling 1500 miles to get there!!? It was also Spring Break so everything was sold out and Expedia couldn't find us anything comparable. We ended up settling on a room for 1 night at La Quinta nearby so we could at least get out of our car, shower and get some sleep. They could not find anything that compared to what we had...a 2 bedroom condo on the lake. Expedia did end up finding us a 1 bedroom condo in the city of Couer d'alene where my adult son ended up sleeping on a pullout couch instead of having his own bedroom as planned (and booked months prior). As I mentioned...it was my bday trip and I had been so excited to stay at a place with lake views. So I was still really disappointed that didn't happen. I will NEVER book with WorldMark again. They should be ashamed of what they did. Extremely poor business practices. I highly recommend you don't book with them just in case your entire trip gets ruined by them overbooking. It sounds like that's been happening a lot lately per my conversation with the front desk that night. And lastly, I would like to say that NO ONE from management at Worldmark reached out to apologize or try and compensate us for their blunder. They really don't care. read more

Not enough polite words available to say how disappointing this place is. The website is totally misleading indicating there are multiple pools and hot tubs. There is only 1 indoor (very small) pool and no hot tubs. They consider a lake view room a room that might be able to glimpse the lake if you stand in the right place in the corner of the window. We had 4 families get 4 rooms to try and spend spring break with grandparents and in-laws. The rooms were reserved 9 to 12 months in advance and we requested we be next to each other, or at least in the same building with lake views. They couldn't guarantee we'd be next to each other, but assured us we would have a lake view and in the same building. But when we showed up, they had all 4 families in different buildings and only 1 could see the lake. Then one of the families had to listen to a renovation take place in the room next to them the entire time there were there. They even started working one of the days around 7 AM. By the end of the second day, my mother-in-law was in tears. Gym was way up the hill. Kind of like it was an afterthought so they stuffed it into a storage room and called it a gym. I can tell you I'd never buy into WorldMark if this was my first experience with them. And I'd never pay to stay at any of these units through any other rental agency. read more

Let me preface by saying 10 years ago, my family and I visited this very resort and it was a great time had by all. This time however, our experience left us disappointed and a little peeved to be honest. We arrived at this gorgeous lake resort for the 4th of July only to find out that the website was completely wrong when it told us there were spots to moor our boat and store our trailer. Apparently the site is outdated and they have no plans to update it any time soon. Gozzer Ranch has literally taken over the entire resort. When we checked in we were told under no uncertain terms to stay away from the first class resort and it's residents, which was a little difficult seeing as the luxury resort owns all the lakeside property and parking. Kim Kardashian was here on the 4th, so security had their hands up everyone's butt to keep Kim away from the unwashed masses. there is also nowhere to play in the water besides a little section of swampy mud that they call a swimming area.Gozzer Ranch didnt fail to let us know at every opportunity that we were second class citizens staying on the outskirts of supreme wealth. The staff questioned our presence anytime we got near them, which was within out rights because we wanted to go to the pool and get to our boat we paid $30 a day to leave in their crappy unmaintaned section of marina we were deemed worthy of using. The condos were fine. The rooms were small but cozy. The view was decent because we were in the only lakeside building worldmark has. There was someone on the 3rd floor (owned by Gozzer) who received room service about every 6 hours day or night with the transport carts rolling loudly. Suffice it to say Gozzer Ranch has ruined this worldmark spot. Nothing against worldmark, but we 100% will never stay here again. read more

I have been to this resort going on four times. I have to give Arrow Point 5 stars! This is just a beautiful location, right on Lake Coeur d'Alene! The resort is beautiful as well. The grounds are immaculate. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and if there's any problem in the condo unit they're there immediately to fix whatever is needed. The units themselves are completely contained. All you need to bring is food. I always bring foil, plastic wrap, baggies, and my preferred condiments (there is a spice rack in the kitchen cabinet as well). The condo size is very large! The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and the linens very crisp and fresh, attractive duvet covers as well. The master bath is very large and the closet spans the length of the bath. I swear, you could put a kayak or small canoe in there it's so long! The minimum size per unit is 2-bdrms. There is plenty of storage space. The working fireplace is a really nice touch and adds warmth if you need it. The cable tv has an excellent assortment and each room with a tv has a DVD player. The balcony is large with pretty variegated stones and it has a large bbq. The view is stunning! There is an indoor pool but I didn't use it. It was occupied by quite a few kids enjoying themselves. PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that you either bring your food or go shopping in Coeur d'Alene before you head to the resort. There is no market nearby. Coeur d'Alene is a 20-30 minute drive, depending on how fast you drive. Everyone local stresses to drive slowly as there are a lot of wildlife crossing the road. Believe me, that's really true. The deer cross frequently in front of you! It's a beautiful drive to and from Coeur d'Alene so time passes fast. In nearby Harrison are bike rentals and paths, hiking, kayak rentals, boat rentals, etc. There are a couple of cafes there also. There is snow skiing nearby as well in the winter, 1-1/2-2 hrs away. Roads are kept clear. Arrow Point is just a fantastic place to vacation! Come check it out! read more

Beautiful accommodations and nicely appointed. I visited in winter, so didn't get to take advantage of all that it had to offer, as the bar and restaurant was closed. Gym was located so far away from the units that I didn't even bother visiting it, but then again, I didn't come here to exercise. Looks like it would be a blast in the Summer, as it's located right on the water. If you are using it as a base for exploring CDA, then the 15 minute drive along a winding, twisting lake-shore drive just to get to I-90 can wear on you if done on a daily basis. All in all though, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely return. read more

We had a beautiful view right on the lake as we were in building F. However, most of the Worldmark condos are up on the hill and set back from the lakefront. The pool is small and indoors and there is no hot tub. There are very few chairs in the book area and no tables if you want to sit and watch the kids. There is a porch by the pool with tables and chairs but the doors are locked and you cannot get to it from the pool. The staff is friendly, however getting to the office is a long hike or a drive up the road to the top of the hill. Wyndham has FINALLY gotten its act together on housekeeping after years of horribly cleaned units. This unit was clean and met our standards. However, they are taking more and more things out of the supplies. The provided coffee is not very good. The tea is Lipton. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again if in the area. read more
