Best housing experience ever! These town homes appeal to traveling business people & any one looking for an alternative to long term hotel/motel accommodations. My wife & I stayed at Turning Leaf for 2 months while looking for the perfect house. When you arrive you feel immediately welcome and excepted by in my own words a ZEN of tree's, bushes, and landscape (it is so beautiful). These town homes really set the bar. We couldn't believe the attention to detail, there was even all new utensil's like a veggie peeler in the kitchen, a sponge, dish soap, and the list goes on. Tasteful paintings and interior decor which really give the 'at home' feel, everything you need is here. All you have to do is walk in drop your bags & feel so at home. Walmart & Home Depot is 3 blocks away, the neighborhood is safe, and Turning leaf does back ground checks on potential tenants which was important for us because we have 2 small children who also loved playing in the perfect manicured grounds... This review is shamefully so late in coming. I'm sorry Jerry! Jerry, the site manage was absolutely incredible. Me and about 20 others stayed in both Turning Leaf and Maple Manor anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks last Aug/Sept of 2017. Jerry and the team were ever so accommodating. Anything we needed, anytime we needed it... (I even had to call him in the middle of the night when I got locked out of my room.) They treated us like family. There were smiles all around. The grounds and each room were maintained with dignity and pride. Access to laundry, the gym, the BBQ. The townhouses were both cozy and appropriate for an "extended stay" accommodation. It was my first time away that long on business, and I'm so glad I ended up here. read more

Our experience at Turning Leaf townhomes was excellent. We were there for a month while closing on our home. The resident manager, Danny, was extremely helpful and ready to accommodate us. The grounds are very pretty and clean. Our townhome was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. With your laundry right next to the unit, wifi, included, you don't have to worry about keeping all of your business and personal life in check! The townhomes are very close to grocery stores, shopping at the mall, downtown Spokane, and the colleges. We will definitely recommend them to all our business and personal contacts. read more

Lee, their manager, was great. He was friendly, informative and answered all of our questions. The townhouse was clean, comfy and had plenty of room - with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and good TV. WIFI was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. They have free parking and free laundry on their premises. Lee gave us a free pass to the Spokane Fitness gym just across the street - didn't have to miss a workout. It came with a free mailbox too where I had my mail forwarded for a few days. Good value for your money! read more

I have had nothing but a positive experience staying at this location. What was originally supposed to be a one month stay has turned into 9! The location to everything in the area is perfect as I can walk to Walmart or McDonalds or anything In less than 5 minutes. Very clean and awesome layout for the room. Management and maintenance are always on point and are very quick to fulfill your needs. Would definitely come back in the future and stay a couple days if I move out of area. My family and I stay there everytime we visit Spokane. It's a very homey little cottage feel and tucked away In a quite area. Anything you need is right there. Not just the room. The area is great. Your near so many convenient places or attractions. The staff there and on the phone are great. It's always well taken care of outside on the property. Every room we have stayed in has also been in great condition. It's nice to have onsite washer and dryer and well. read more

Love this place. Three bedrooms for less than the Red Lion hotel down the road. Has a living room with big screen TV, kitchen with dishes, and big bedrooms. The site managers are great. Jerry is amazing making changes to the reservation and corporate contacts get back to you right away. Had a minor issue with the bathtub drain being clogged, somebody was over to the house quickly and solved the problem. Great place to stay! read more

Great place to stay! All the amenities, smelled/looked/felt clean, great customer service and on top of that.....a loft!! Just enough privacy for parents. Customer service was great, they told us ahead of time that the pool and spa were across the street at a gym, which was also amazing! Check in and out were a breeze. They are super pet friendly. Room was very clean with no noticeable odors. You wouldn't guess you were at a pet friendly place. The staff were very nice and seemed genuinely glad to have both us and our dog as guests! Stayed for over a month. There are better rates for long term stay if you are going to be there several months. If you have the budget, this might be easier than apartment hunting. read more

The free pass to Spokane Fitness Center was much appreciated. Body pump, Zumba, spinning and other classes were no extra charge. Olympic size pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, tanning, personal training...a hotel can't beat that! Jogged the neighborhood with my dog every morning while I was there. Good, safe neighborhood. This very unique loft 1 bedroom apartment was so much better than what I thought I was getting. For less than a mid range hotel room I got a fully equipped and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with pool, hot tub, and gym access. I really liked how close it was to grocery stores, fast food restaurants everything was no more then 5 minutes away and Dutch Bros was right across the street. The free use of the fitness center was really nice and the kids enjoyed the big pool. The Town home was a little small, but was very clean and was well worth the money spent. Turning Leaf is cozy, friendly and well located. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. With a queen bed upstairs and a fold-a-bed downstairs, our family of 4 and 2 dogs had ample room. Convenient location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and parks. This place is great if you are on a budget and want a nice place to stay. Overall, top notch! read more

Came to Spokane for my daughter's surgery, which landed us here for two weeks. Jerry, Josh and the entire staff were very helpful, always there to help when I needed anything. I prefer staying here as it feels more like home and less like a hotel. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Although my stays here have been short, this would be perfect for an extended stay. Will stay here again, if ever needing to. May even make a stop this summer while on vacation. read more
