It was my first time staying at Hotel Indigo, it's located in downtown Spokane. I booked through the IHG app, got checked in and there's a $100 incidental hold that you get back. Due the homeless population downtown I opted to pay $30 for valet parking that way I knew my vehicle was safe. They made check in super easy and the staff was super first which I liked. The room was pretty cozy and spacious. The pillows went a little flat at times but when you're tired it doesn't matter lol. The bathroom was a descent size and their hand soap as well as the shampoo and body was smelled very good and felt clean. The lamp in my room was not attached to the ceiling and I forgot to mention that to the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo and would love to return on another trip to Spokane. Anyone needing an awesome hotel check out Hotel Indigo.

We loved our stay here! It was only for a night but everything was spectacular. Our room was clean, cozy, and pet friendly! The building is remodeled from the early 1900s or something like that - there are plaques throughout the building that gives information and it's very fascinating! I would also highly recommend purchasing the valet parking - you get unlimited access so if you come and go 10 times in a day they will park and retrieve your vehicle every time! Next time I hope we can try the breakfast bar and lounge! Overall, I am very impressed with the building and our experience here. I brought my review down to 4 stars solely because our room wasn't quite fully stocked - missing tissues and the room was low on TP. It didn't necessarily affect our stay as it was only overnight but I think it's standard to have full stock of amenities. Thanks Indigo! Until next time.

I stayed here in a business trip last month. When my friend and I arrived, we were a little worried due to the police activity nearby. My family was able to come along and the hotel staff was very accommodating to us. The room we had was huge. One morning, there was only one person manning the kitchen area for breakfast. He didn't let it stop him. He was the waiter, cook and server, and managed to fill each role with near perfection. The hotel was very clean with a beautiful vintage vibe. The room was arranged in a way that made sense. Sadly our room was missing a few lightbulbs from the lamps. Lastly we were a little disappointed the pool lacked a pool. All in all, we had a great time there and will keep them in mind for any future out in that area.

Hotel Indigo is located in the heart of the Spokane theater district. It offered easy access to the theaters and a short walk to the riverfront. The hotel itself is charming and unique. Though owned by a hotel chain they strived to ensure a different experience from the cookie cutter hotel experience. From the reception area to the rooms the hotel has a special charm to it. It incorporates the history of the hotel and the history of Spokane. The rooms are open and airy giving the guest plenty of room to relax and put their belongings. The murals on the walls of the rooms reflect different parts of the city's history which is a really interesting perk. The room itself was super spacious with two queen beds a little nook that had a desk and armoire and then a very spacious bathroom. The beds are comfortable which was great for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean and the shower was really nice looking. The hot water was hot and the cold water cold, so always good things. It was by train tracks but the noise didn't bother me. Especially since there weren't any train horns. They combine a modern feel with a boutique charm. It allows guest to have a different experience from a traditional hotel stay. I would recommend it for either solo travelers or a couple. It could be ok with kids but it's not super close to kid friendly things. I would be happy to stay here again.

This is such a cute hotel! We got the breakfast included which we will rate based on the restaurant in the morning. Supposedly with the breakfast option we get $20 per person for breakfast which is great! The hotel itself is over 100 years old. It's very quaint. The rooms are very comfortable modern. I really liked the hotel and staff had great customer service! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was so clean and the room smelled and looked pristine. The staff was super friendly and the valet service was great! It's just down from the Fox Theatre and The Knitting Factory so a great location for going to shows and then staying overnight. We love historic hotels and this one is absolutely gorgeous, but also has very modern updated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. We have tried many different hotels in this area but we will be making this one our first choice from now on!

The hotel is a neat, historical like hotel that still has the "old time" but modern feel to it. I unfortunately didn't get out to see the surrounding area as when we got there, the homeless population was pretty dense and it was getting dark so decided to stay in. Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean, the staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and "cute". Bed was super comfortable and the heat/Air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature that you select (which is hard to do in some hotels). The biggest downside is if you get a room on the outer, south side of the hotel and are near the train bridge, the trains and helicopters landing at the local hospital are very noticeable. There are NO train horns, the but sound alone is unfortunately rather loud. A friend of mine stayed on the other side and said he hear nothing at all. So maybe a nice request might make a difference in the stay?? All in all, great place to stay the evening!

    Love the room doors!

Excellent stay! This hotel was so fun. Loved all the touches in the lobby and our room was beautiful! Everyone at the front desk were so nice and friendly. We opted for the valet parking and were happy with the service. My only complaint is that the area is pretty shady. There were homeless camps set up not too far under the trail trestle and grown men riding around on bikes.

View into the bathroom with a super nice beautiful shower!

10+ plus stars hands down!! Newly remodeled, clean & beautiful place! This is a newly renovated hotel that we stayed at for our 2 night anniversary staycation. We booked on the same evening that we checked in (after leaving a horrible place!) We were so relieved that the hotel turned out to be amazing and the front desk attendants were super helpful and accommodating! It did seem that they were a bit short staffed but made it all work. The hotel offered valet parking, which we did, since it was located within walking distance to the mall, restaurants and Riverfront Park. We enjoyed the walk on Friday evening and all day Saturday; there were many other people walking the streets too so we were comfortable with walking all of downtown Spokane. We had dinner at Magnolia our last evening there; this is the restaurant located on site. We didn't realize reservations were required or recommend (considering they were only open 25% capacity due to covid) and the restaurant is also open to the public as well. The General Manager was very accommodating and we were able to get a seat. Food was super yummy and prices were great and not expensive at all. When our service realized it was our anniversary, the dessert was complimentary. Very nice of them.

The hotel is so beautiful. The staff is incredible and are so helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is amazing for breakfast and the wait staff was so nice. The rooms upstairs are incredible. The beds and pillows are incredible. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom is so spacious. Heads up there is no parking structure but a valet system. All in all, this was a great hotel.

Unfortunately, their experience was genuinely awful. They dropped off their luggage and went out with friends. They were told someone would come up with fresh sheets. When staff finally arrived, all they brought was a single top sheet -- wet and smelling strongly of bleach. The employee left before my parents could say anything else, and no additional bedding was provided. They had no choice but to put the damp, bleach‑smelling sheet on the bed and try to sleep. My mom ended up with a rash that lasted four days from that sheet. They have tried calling multiple times since to speak with someone about the situation, but no one has returned their calls.

We stayed on the top floor facing north with a view below of the First Interstate Center which is a short journey using the covered skywalk. It wasn't busy at this time in early February and the common areas were quiet, though we've been there during New Year's Eve when it's pretty bustling. We usually book the Penthouse King Suite with fireplace, which is as spacious as a small apartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette/bar area with mini fridge. Rooms have always been spotless. The bed is super comfortable. Robes are provided as well as extra blankets. We always bring our own Firestick with us when we travel, but we've noticed in every room that we've ever stayed at here that the TV input is not able to be changed to accommodate plugging into the HDMI port. Table 13 restaurant was closed for renovations, but the dining lounge was open and we get consistently good service and food at a reasonable price there. Room service breakfast for two cost about $70 (including service fee and tip) for a full breakfast entree, a fruit plate, and a kid's plate of pancakes. I wish that parking was more economical. At $28 per night, it's a bit steep. For comparison, we stayed the next night at the nearby Montvale Hotel where parking is $10 in their lot. Overall a very nice hotel and conveniently located in downtown Spokane.

Located on the south side of the river and what appears to be the heart of downtown, it was relatively easy to get to, and literally across the street from where we were seeing a show. The place is really large with something like 14 or 15 levels, and a room that we very much enjoyed! The beds were large, the mattresses were really nice and the view was lovely! The shower was also quite solid. It was one that did not have a door, but was fashioned such that you didn't get water all over the bathroom floor. It also had one of the best showerheads we've ever experienced! It was like getting sprayed off with a warm hose. It was a bummer that they didn't have a pool and hot tub here, but the workout facilities were really nice, and if you are looking for a pool, staying here, you get access to the pool and hot tub at the sister hotel downtown. We didn't make use of it, but it's a nice offer. We were about five minutes from downtown, and walked to a couple of restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy with an option for self parking or valet. The parking garage was connected to the building, and overall made things very easy. I really went back-and-forth between a four and five on this property, but overall it was a really nice spot with nice amenities and the pool was really the only thing that was lacking. It gets the five star bump!

But rest assured, there were no spirits haunting our unit! Our room was adjacent to the Events Center and the building is structured such that we didn't hear the noise from the event going on at the time unless we put our ear to their door down the hall.
