I'm pretty sure it's locally owned. Hotel is nice looking and extremely clean. Beds are comfortable (sheets are super soft) and the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast which is included is very good. They even served individual chiobani yogurts. I got to chatting with an employee named Kate who was super friendly. Would 10\10 recommend this hotel to visiting family and friends.

The house is gorgeous and each suite is unique and spacious and comfortable. We felt at home sitting on the luxurious couch in the main living room in front of the fireplace with a view of the lake behind us. They had a Keurig machine with different kinds of coffee/tea/hot chocolate/hot cider to choose from. That was my my first experience using a Keurig and I had so much fun trying different kinds of coffee and tea and having it hot and ready within seconds. I enjoyed taking a hot cup of coffee and sitting in the gorgeous living room and just relaxing with my husband. They have 3 levels and you are welcome to hang out in the common areas on any floor. There are DVDs to watch and cable TV in each suite. I loved the huge tub with the jets in our suite--I took 2 long baths and we were only there one night. Breakfast is served in a lovely dining area with views of the lake. We had several courses--the first being a delicious fruit salad with pudding and a coconut sprinkle on top. The little shortbread bar with strawberries on top was delicious. The main dish was a french toast/bread pudding type of deal with blueberries and was warm and delicious. They refilled our juice and coffees as needed and were very courteous. I plan on going back to stay here in the summer so I can experience staying there in warmer weather. If you want a nice relaxing weekend away from home I highly recommend this place!! You will not regret staying here! P.S. We stayed in the River Suite--it was spacious and comfortable. Next time I'd like to stay in another suite that has views of the lake.

We stayed for 3 to 4 nights, and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the elegant design and smart layout of the rooms to the friendly service and upscale amenities, this hotel truly left a lasting impression. Beautifully Designed Rooms with Purposeful Layout Our room was compact but brilliantly designed with clear attention to functionality and aesthetics. A large headboard behind the bed separated the sleeping area from the spacious workstation, allowing for both rest and productivity. The bed faced the window, so we could wake up naturally to the sunlight--a small touch that made a big difference in our mornings. One clever detail was the TV placement--instead of being mounted directly in front of the bed, it was placed on the side wall. This turned out to be perfect for watching TV while lying down, since it naturally aligned with our position on the bed when lying down. Behind the bed, the workstation included a hidden mini fridge, a sliding closet for jackets and bags, and ample desk space--enough to comfortably fit two people working side by side with laptops, keyboard stands, and more. Though there was only one chair, a rectangular bench next to the desk worked perfectly as a second seat. The room's design details were impressive. The drawers had a texture reminiscent of a leather-woven Italian wallet, and the wallpaper echoed Aztec or possibly local Spokane patterns. We later learned the artwork around the hotel pays tribute to Spokane's universities and local culture, which added even more meaning to the space. Luxurious Bathroom Experience The bathroom was a true highlight. The water pressure was incredible, giving the feeling of standing beneath a natural waterfall. The hotel provides PURE-branded toiletries, which were refreshing and high-quality. A standout feature was the Bluetooth-enabled mirror with built-in rim lighting--perfect for listening to music while showering and ideal for applying makeup. The mirror was large enough for two people to use comfortably, and the sliding door design added a modern, space-saving touch. We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of TEN towels of various sizes and a designated makeup towel--a small but meaningful detail. Thoughtful Lobby & Complimentary Amenities The lobby was gorgeous and inviting, with a stylish bar area, a middle coffee station, and a small essentials store. The complimentary coffee station in the morning was outstanding, offering fresh spices like nutmeg, cardamom, and cinnamon, as well as syrup options like hazelnut, huckleberry, and vanilla. There were three types of milk, including non-dairy choices like oat and almond, and even alternative sweeteners.
