Run down and dirty is the best way to describe this hotel. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards, nothing wiped down and basically just gross. decided to try this place based on it having a kitchen, but left immediately because it was just unacceptable. Besides being filthy and run down, the mattresses were terrible, the cheapest possible option I'm sure. No free on site breakfast and parking is also an issue if you have full size work trucks. Do not recommend at all.

Very reasonable for a 1 bedroom suite...As long as your ok with, no food service on premises, maid service is weekly, basic amenities of a hotel, virtually noon...This is perfect if, size & space is more important then those other things....The room is about 500 sf, Full bedroom, limited closet room, large bath, perfect size living room & a small yet full kitchen... It rates a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars..

We stayed here after researching a lot of different options for coming in on the weekend. With the two little guys, it made sense to have a place with room to spread out and for them to have their own space. It allowed us to avoid holing up in a bathroom while the kids try to sleep each night! The place is located in airway Heights, which is about 15 minutes west of downtown Spokane. It made for a little bit of a drive each time we went in, but overall the inconvenience is made up for the fact that we had plenty of room. The two room suites, are set up with a kitchenette, a good size bathroom and two individual rooms. There's plenty of space in each of the rooms, and a nice living room area. The TV in the living room was a 50 inch flatscreen and they have digital cable. We haven't had cable in a lot of years, so it was nice to be able to watch family guy in the evenings! There's also a DVD player (the nearest Redbox is down at the Walmart). They do not have a pool or hot tub on site, but they do have grills that are available outside, as well as some common space on the grass with some picnic tables and shaded areas. It's nice to be able to grab your own stuff and then make it. Internet is free and while it's not super fast, the coverage is good The office has slightly odd hours, as they don't open until nine in the morning. They've got a legit coffee machine with dark brew, espresso and hot chocolate options- it'd be nice if they were open earlier! They also make cookies each evening at 5 pm. It was always good to have something for the little dudes to look forward to! All in all, this was a solid place to stay with two little dudes who love to be up early and two parents who very much enjoy not having to hang out in the bathroom after 7:30. Not exactly where the action is, but a quick hop to downtown and there's plenty of stuff in the area nearby. Worth staying here if you've got kiddos and like a little extra space!

Cigarettes above the front door!!! Wtf??

Quick check in, clean, but had no hot water in the morning. Good location as it is close to the airport and casinos.

The concept is really good, friendly staffed, nicely furnished but dirty! People outside my window fighting and yelling in the early hours.

My son and granddaughter had a room and my husband and I were in a room across the hall. Both rooms were in my name. While there my son and granddaughter were swimming at the pool and someone erroneously assumed my granddaughter was kidnapped by my son and reported it to the police. No idea why other than the fact that my son is white while my granddaughter is half Salvadorian with dark hair and eyes and my son has blue eyes and light brown hair. The police came to their room and pulled my son out of the room to question him and another male office went inside the room with my granddaughter to question her. Both of their stories satisfied the police that she was not in fact kidnapped and were there for a funeral. However, my granddaughter was left scared and unsure why this happened in the first place. She brings it up several times a day -now 2 days later, as a way to reassure herself, I'm sure, that it was perfectly ok to be with her father swimming at the hotel. She thought they had broken a rule or something and was scared that my son still will be arrested. The person turning them in had to have followed them to their room to know where they were. The room was in my name and they had to have had a hotel employee tell the police what room he had. At least the police knew enough to apologize to my son and of course had to follow up on the call, but NOT ONE PERSON AT THE HOTEL apologized or recognized how awful this accusation was. I believe after reading Wyndham's website about inclusion they should be notified about the racism we encountered while staying at one of their hotels, but I was unable to contact them. The complaint never could be submitted. We of course don't know who decided that my happy go lucky granddaughter swimming in the pool and calling out to her dad was kidnapped, but the fact that whoever they are can traumatize my granddaughter and go on their merry way while making an already solemn occasion worse, without repercussions and we don't even get an apology for mistaken assumptions is rather galling. The least they could have done was send someone - anyone - around to apologize for the mistake that someone leaped to with no facts or basis or skills to read a situation and see that my granddaughter was not kidnapped. I guess we should be thankful that ICE wasn't called.

Surely a staffing issue, but the breakfast area was a mess. Counters smeared with waffle batter, floors littered with crumbs and dropped buffet items. Dining tables weren't wiped down between guests for the time that we were downstairs. Coffee ran out before someone thought to brew another pot. Lots of choices for hotels in the area. I'll try a different one next time.

It smelled fresh... not air freshener fresh. Just actual clean fresh. No allergy problems here. No worrisome stains on the carpet. My room was just so cozy and comfy and nicely appointed. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have a great airport shuttle. They are close to the airport but with lots of luggage having a ride is so wonderful and it saves money not to have to call Uber. Iris far cheaper than the competing hotel that is literally across from the airport by the parking garage. That hotel was $100 more last time I stayed and they could not be bothered to have a grab and go breakfast for my very very early flight. This hotel has early early grab and go breakfasts. They also were shuttling people to a local restaurant off property. Their snacks are actually REASONABLY priced. They have a pool table too. Of course there is breakfast and it was good and fresh. Very comfy, convenient, pleasant, and a good value. I will be back.
