Returned our puppy a week later in a perfect health condition just as the day we have picked him up. But the breeder has refused to give us the refund. Trent has resold our puppy a couple of days later, based on the notification we have received from the microchip company, where we have registered the puppy originally as owners. The puppy is not particularly cheap, and we even suggested the breeder keeps the deposit and refund us the balance. But there is no refund whatsoever, not from this breeder. We should not be even asking for our many back, the refund should be processed without saying, because it is simply the right thing to do. Unfortunately, not for Emerald Valley Doodles. Unethical and shameful business practice that shell be avoided at all costs.

It's great for all ages and a great way to get up close with, pet and learn about a variety of animals. They regularly get new animals so it's always nice to revisit and see what's new. They always have staff monitoring the animals and cleaning up after them to keep the enclosures clean and tidy. The owner, Janine, is incredibly friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The prices are very reasonable and annual memberships are available that include animal feed with every visit (or feed can be purchased individually). If you enter the main enclosure with food, be prepared to be swarmed! Some of the most notable features of Big Reds is you can hold a giant boa constrictor, pet baby goats, see a Bird Eater spider (one of the largest breeds of spider in existence), see land otters, ferrets, baby wallabies, pigs, cockatoos and the always personable Elroy the Llama. Some of the animals are only available for a limited time so it's a good idea to check in regularly to see which animals are around. Some of the animals are sourced from people in the community and they visit Big Red's to socialize with people and other animals. It's a great cause, a lot of fun, and a well run, clean, establishment at an affordable price. I highly recommend a visit and supporting this business.
