So I visited this place within the first few weeks of them opening and I hadn't been back until yesterday. Let's just say they have improved their recipe. When you go definitely try to Uh-O or O-Yes donut Sunday's. I ordered one with a chocolate and peanut butter donut. Chocolate donuts are only available on Mondays. The whole dessert was divine. I would eat it every day. Filling also. I went with family. We had a large order, a few sundaes, shaved ice and donuts. It took a while because there was only one worker and a few orders after us but it was worth the wait. The facility is clean. The service was great. And the shaved ice wasn't too sweet. I have always said, you can have the best food available, but if you don't have good customer friendlystaff to serve you, the enterprise won't last long. I was familiar with Duck Donuts from Duck NC, so after passing "O's' since they were open, I finally stopped in, and bought a dozen one Saturday morning. While it took about 20 minutes to get my order, with only one person ahead of me, the wait was worth it. The donuts were rather smaller than Duck, but very tasty. So weeks later, again on a Saturday, but in the afternoon, I spotted their bright sign and pulled into the parking lot. It was about 2:15PM. As I approached the door, the young lady inside rushed to the door and locked it. Telling me through the glass they were closed, then turned off their sign and walked way. Ok, I chalked this up to someone who really wanted to get out of their..... and thought this is an odd time to be closing on a shopping day??? Again this past Saturday, I spotted their bright sign and all the lights were on inside. I approached the door and it was open and I was greeted by a woman behind the counter with "WE'RE CLOSED". This time it angered me. I said your sign is on, lights on and door unlocked. She then offered some assorted premade donuts from a case, that didn't look that fresh. Another woman behind the counter, tried to smooth things over, when a man popped out of the back and asked "what's the problem", and began to argue with me, which made me even more angry. i finally told him, I didn't appreciate his attitude, and he ordered me out of the store. I try to patronize our local Ghent businesses as much as possible, but it's attitudes like this that will drive me to Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme. Not what they use to be. Even prior to covid their donuts started looking this way. Their donuts use to be thick and full, round and brown. Now they are flat and somewhat undercooked. They've been this way since prior to covid this isn't new. I just assumed the last few times it was just a bad batch or the person making them. I miss the way they use to be made. Never thought I'd say this but I think these donuts beat duck donuts by a level or two. The maple frosting with powdered sugar might be my new favorite. What a great concept! I stopped in to grab a dozen to take to the office. I had no idea how it was supposed to work when I got there, and after a some quick guidance on how to order, I still just left it up to them to pair up the coatings and toppings. The service was quick and friendly. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to pull the order together considering the customization that happens to each one. When I got them to work, I couldn't believe how quickly they were gone...even the co-workers who usually pull the old "no thanks, I'm watching what I eat" crap, or just cut off a small piece of a danish, were devouring these donuts. One of them did refuse until he heard me telling someone they were O's Donuts, at which point he was all about it. This tells you that they aren't just your regular donuts. Delicious! I went last year and they have definitely improve. I went around noon and I saw the doughnuts being made. I bought a half a dozen with my friends and we all loved our different doughnuts. I worked for Kirspy Kreme for a summer and the prices are great for a whole and half dozen, not for a single though. Also, these doughnuts are cake doughnuts not yeast like others. I was disappointed. Saw this place and could wait to try it. The doughnut itself is warm lil crust on the outside with nice flavor to it. The coating are kept warm and the sugar consistency is grainy not a nice feel on the palette. Think keep it warm is what ruined the sugar in the coatings. i'm hoping it was just a bad day for O's Donuts. Yesterday afternoon I tried to order donuts online. However, because the store was closed, the website doesnt accept orders. So, this morning I called the store and spoke with a fellow who admitted he's new. i indicated i would like donuts delivered to our office. he was unsure of the process; he asked if i could call back in 10 minutes when his manager was in. Normally, I wouldn't call back (who would!?!?) but I felt for the new employee. Several minutes later, my phone rang and it was the fellow from O's Donuts. I understand we all have caller ID, but that doesnt mean it's ok to call back a customer without their previous consent. it was a little creepy. I was then informed I needed to order ahead of time to get donuts delivered (that's what i was trying to do) and that the earliest donuts could be delivered was this afternoon. Today, O's Donuts did its best to not accept my patronage and they succeeded. Please dont have an ordering website for donuts if it's only available during your working hours. Please dont tout delivery when you may not truly have it. A chain donut shop received my money and patronage today. read more

Very pleasantly surprised. Comparable to Duck's Donuts but a bit less airy and fluffy in a good way. Despite being a little bit more dense of a donut, it doesn't sit heavy in the stomach afterward. I had the chocolate coated and cinnamon sugar coated varieties. Their coffee was surprisingly flavorful and paired really well with the coffee. The donuts are made to order, so they're warm when they're served and stayed warm for at least 20 minutes (I say at least because they were gone by then). Very friendly staff! As soon as I walked in the older gentleman (owner, perhaps?) and his co worker greeted me with smiles. Some people may not think it's a big deal but to have a positive attitude so early in the morning meant a lot to me. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts, including their Apple pie, lemon and powdered sugar, and maple with facon. When I arrived to my office, I was worried that the donuts would get soggy from the coatings after twenty minutes of driving. But I was surprised to find out as I bit into one that the actual donut remained soft on the inside and crispy towards the inner "O" part (which is a plus for me!). So I would to give this place 5 stars but I got only one donut which was the keylime with coconut, and it was delicious! However it was very sticky I'm not sure if it had to do with the flavor, but the donut was practically glued to the bottom of the bag and I had to rip it apart piece by piece and still it would stick to my fingers making it difficult to fully enjoy, but overall it was a great donut, and I would come back here to try different flavors! read more

When I tell you they were both soooooo goood . It was freshly made and it was still warm when I got home .
