Oh rats! Literally…read more I found West Pest on yelp with their amazing reviews. Matt came out and quickly identified where the rodents where getting into crawl spaces under the house. He showed me images and quickly walked me through how he would resolve. I received an emailed estimate. Once I signed the follow up was quickly scheduled. Not only do they secure the access points they return to ensure capture of the rodents. At the first follow up he reported back that the female was captured. I would highly recommend Matt and West West.

I had a rodent problem in our crawl space. I called Ryan and he thoughtfully walked me through the…read moreprocess over the phone. We set up a time and he came over to my house to take a look. Ryan explained everything in great detail and educated me on things like where rodents could get into the house, what they like to eat, the difference between mice and rats (who knew rats were so intelligent), different kinds of traps, etc. We walked around the house and identified spots that should be sealed up. He offered practical solutions like chicken wire and expanding spray foam (typically used for insulation). He asked me if neighbors were setting out poison because he saw several dead critters in my crawl space. It turns out, a week later I did see a poison trap set up a few houses away from me. His down to earth approach on problem solving resonated with me. There's no black and white answer when you have rodents. Ryan was very patient and made sure I understood all of the options. It's been a month since he came out. Since then, I caught one mouse, sealed up the obvious spots around the house, and haven't seen any new activity. If the rodents do come back, I feel much more prepared to deal with it the next time around. If I can't, I won't hesitate to call Ryan again.

After his initial treatment and follow-up, we haven't had a single mouse since. The ants eventually came back, but that's really a reflection of where we live, not the quality of his work. Our area is well known for persistent ant problems, and John was upfront about what to expect. What really sets John apart is his professionalism and approach. He's kind, personable, and takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing in a way that's easy to understand. Rather than just spraying around the house, he focuses on locating and eliminating the colonies while also creating a double barrier to help keep pests from returning. He also stands behind his work with a six-month guarantee. I also appreciate that he's environmentally conscious and provides clear instructions to keep pets and other animals safe during and after treatment. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Haderle Pest Control.

He arrived, realized he didn't have the access code to enter the property, and instead of doing the obvious--texting or calling to request it a couple times --he left a single voicemail, made zero additional effort to reach out, stayed for maybe two minutes, and then left. When I returned his call (45 minutes later after finishing a scheduled meeting), he immediately snapped, saying, "I'm done. I will not be disrespected!"--then hung up on me. Let's be clear here: he was the one who showed up late, made no effort to communicate past his one phone call, and failed to take even the most basic steps to get access. And somehow, he spins it around and accuses me of being disrespectful? The level of arrogance, lack of professionalism, and sheer incompetence is mind-blowing. If this is the kind of person this company sends out to represent them, it speaks volumes about their standards. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.
