My work and my next door neighbors have been using TJ for many years so I was familiar with him already. He is always polite, professional, tidy, and no nonsense. In the spring, my deck broke out in spiders. There must have been a million. I caught TJ on his rounds and begged him to help me out. He was so kind and sprayed my entire deck and perimeter. The spiders were GONE!! YAY The thing was, my elderly grandfather would get bit every time he sat on our deck so this was especially important. It doesnt end there, my other neighbors across the road evicted a tenant who was I guess a hoarder with a rat infestation. Guess where the rats went? YOU GUESSED IT! When he came to inspect I was a wreck and nearly hysterical and crying. I would have contacted him sooner but I had my hands full with my grandfather (Who has since passed away sadly) I hadnt slept in 3 months due to chewing, water lines leaking, appliances blowing up, you name it. TJ was super kind and didnt make me feel crazy. I was crazy though from the stress!. The rats chewed all the wiring in my entire home, ate my water lines, chewed holes in my walls. It was only a matter of time before I burned the house down and started over! After months of sleep deprivation and a mental breakdown I reached out to TJ again and begged him to help me with the rat issue and not only did he get nearly a dozen the first round but he was diligent to educate me on safety. I was terrified of them and in no time, TJ had sealed the entire home, and crawled around all over under the house, under the deck, and all around the eves. He did an amazing job and no more rats, possum's, skunks, coons, or spiders all over my home. I highly recommend him for your pest issues. My husband and I bought our property in in July 2022 and found out there were rats in our garage and the lower level of a rental unit on the same property. We hired Clark to come out do a walk through and they provided recommendations (tear our some of the insulation, clean the attic area and set up traps), we hired the company they suggested. This review is long overdue as I've got my hands full with a toddler and another on the way! But, I wanted to make sure I left a review for Todd. A number of months ago, I started hearing rodents in the attic. I initially called out a local pest control company, who starting coming out once a week to lay and check traps...all the while catching almost nothing and the noises continuing to get worse. Then the company started coming only once a month. The problem was getting out of control, and driving me and my family insane. They were chewing through our ducts in the attic and the house was starting to smell like rodent urine. I came across Todd's info and called him. He came out super fast and immediately knew the various ways in which the local pest control company was failing to address the problem. He helped locate and address entry points (that's the key!). He also laid out tons of traps. That first night, we caught almost an entire litter. Turns out we had a rat infestation, the likes of which Todd said he'd never seen in an occupied home! I have had intermittent signs of rats in cellar and laundry room for years. I have an old house with a dirt cellar and irregular foundation, and somehow thought it couldn't be rat-proofed. When I saw signs of rats, I trapped as many as I could (including one huge Norway rat) and figured this was my life now. Every morning I dreaded going to check my traps.
