A few days after the traps were set, I saw the rat traps were the old fashioned ones available at hardware stores for less than $8. I was being charged $150 a month for that! Additionally, the traps had no bait. When I contacted the business, he quit! The next day, they called back and acted like nothing was wrong. When I called them out on quitting, they said it was a language barrier. Really? The owner had no problem selling himself to me and setting up my program. I bought 8 rat traps for $40 and caught 4 rats the next day. I've caught a total of 7 rats and found where they were getting under my house. I filled the holes and the rats are gone, all for $50. Fast-forward to 2025: I had finished building a new home in 2024, and after a year my tenants started hearing rodents in a wall. I was worried that they would destroy the new home. I hired Haderle again because they are true experts in rodent exclusion, and once again they delivered.
