Anthony is the best, highly recommend. He is responsive by text and very professional.

West Coast Pest Control has helped us twice now--once for ants and again for wasps. He came out right away, was efficient, effective, and reasonably priced. What more could we want? Highly recommend! read more

Anthony is very reliable and helpful. He is doing a great job and knows what he is doing.

Great company, highly recommended! We asked Anthony to inspect our property and he went above and beyond what I expected. He is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was very insightful. He walked the perimeter, checked the attic, looked for signs of activity, places of entry, and fresh tracks. I greatly appreciate the fact that he was able to recommend another local specialist for an animal that is outside of his coverage. I typically don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share it as a company with good customer service deserves support. read more

Anthony is the real deal and a super nice guy. He thoroughly inspected my home to identify where mice were getting into my crawl space. Before long, he was able to find two holes they were using that another pest control company missed on their recent visit that didn't resolve the problem. He patched the holes right then and there. Anthony's rates are very competitive as well. I'll definitely be calling him the next time I have any pest control needs. read more

Ok let me say I'm am very impressed with the service I received from West Coast Pest Control, and the price was more than fair. I initially contacted a different company to get an estimate and they wanted so much personal information just for a general estimate. Then I contacted this company with what needs to be exterminated and the square footage. He got back to me within a day with a price. He was on time and very professional. He came back a couple weeks later for a re-treatment to make sure he got it all. I highly recommend West Coast Pest Control! read more

These guys are awesome. They came out super fast to do a free estimate. They identified 3 places where rodents might be getting in. Two other pest control companies were unable to find access points. They came back and patched up the holes with incredible attention to detail. They meticulously put concrete on the foundation, replaced our crawl space door, and even repaired a few foundation vents that weren't related to the issue. They were also very responsive to calls and texts. read more

We had rodents in our attic for years. I talked to many people who made suggestions that didn't work until I found Anthony at West Coast Pest. He did an initial inspection where he identified 5 entry points into our house (including 2 left by a previous pest control worker who hadn't sealed grates properly). For a reasonable fee, Anthony plugged the entry points, set traps and agreed to check them a fixed number of times. A week later, he located a 6th entry point. It was clear that Anthony was willing to continue to check the traps until the problem was solved even though the contract set a limit to his responsibility. And sure enough, he did solve the problem giving us relief from a problem that had been bothering us for years. What I understand now is the key is knowing how to find and plug the entry points. Other pest control people focused on killing the rodents which doesn't solve anything if more keep getting into the house (they can detect the entry point by the odor of the previous rodents). Many years later, the rodents returned. I called Anthony and he quickly came out. He found 2 new entry points (grates which had degraded over time due to the damp weather in PG) which he promptly fixed for a very modest fee for returning customers. Anthony really knows what he is doing and he really wants to solve the problem for you at a reasonable cost. It's such a relief to find someone like that when your home is being invaded. read more

Anthony and partner came and did a thorough inspection, pointed out signs of rat prints on car engine and wheel well! They filled a small gap in house vent that could have been a problem, set some traps and suggested putting out a test piece of food to see if it's still here, great idea for piece of mind! VERY REASONABLE fee on top of that, and so nice. Highly recommend! read more

I lost track of the day when Anthony did the spraying both inside and underneath of the house, nary an ant has entered since. He arrived in good time on the morning that I called, that is from his office to my house that is a few traffic laden miles. His charge of doing all of this was very fair. read more

Quick to respond, and come out to home. Great service and support with rat issue, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Anthony! We had an ant infestation after all the rain this year. We never had ants in the house before and it was a nightmare for months. We were using a large company to help control it but their efforts were not working. Looked up Anthony and he came out. The 30 day guarantee was nice because these ants were coming out of walls , medicine cabinets etc. I had some peace of mind with the guarantee. He was very knowledgeable when explaining they were probably in the walls and could be multiple colonies. Eeek! Anyway we highly recommend him! The ants immediately started to be less and less and I got to relax again. read more

Great! came on time and followed up as required. Several other companies either didn't reply or wanted too much personal information.

Very easy to work with, they listen to my requests, show up on time, and the pricing is reasonable. Thanks!

Anthony was great with his communication, arrived to our home as arranged and was on time for the appointment. He performed a Pest Management Service and did a great job! We signed on for regular services because he was very thorough, helpful, and professional. read more

I was thoroughly impressed with everything about the business. Having a major ant problem, I messaged them on yelp. They replied within an hour and informed me they could provide me with same day service and gave me a quote over the phone. Bryan arrived just ahead of time. He was very easy going, respectful, and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and did an excellent job spraying inside and outside my home. A day later, I have zero ants inside or outside my house near the perimeter. The next time I need any type of pest service this will definitely be my first call. read more

I reached out to Anthony after reading his reviews and hoped he serviced Santa Cruz County and lucky for us they do. It sounds like he is up and down the central coast. Anthony and his partner made time to come by and quickly got to work checking out under the house for a possible rodent issue which they discovered the entry point quickly (thanks Comcast) and secured as well as adding concrete to the basement entry and at the garage door. We developed a treatment plan using some traps he supplied and will use them for spider spraying as well. Very fair pricing. I'm glad I found West Coast Pest and will definitely use them moving forward. If you are in need of pest services, I would definitely give them a call. read more

Anthony came to our home when he said he would, sprayed the inside and outside to eliminate pesky ants and he will be coming every two months to keep the treatments working. We are happy to recommend him and his company. read more

Came to our house the next working day. Was professional and quick. Pests disappeared immediately. Great work.

Hired Anthony to rid two houses on same property of roof rats. He was quick to respond, arrived on time, examined both houses while explaining to me in detail what steps he would take, informed me every time he would be on the property working and what the results were.... all at a very fair price. I highly recommend this service. read more

First, Anthony responded to a service request almost immediately, whereas other larger companies, you'd have to chase after just to get a return call. He was totally professional and went above and beyond to exclude (we had rodents) and kept up on his end if the deal to return to check traps regularly. He even added extra barriers that he wasn't obligated to, just because he felt it was the right thing to do. I would highly recommend him. You want businesses like Anthony's to not only succeed but thrive. He's also just a really good, trustworthy human being. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! West Coast has been my pest control company for a couple of years. The service is excellent, and Anthony is always on time. He is accommodating if I need him to come on specific days. Anthony has also given me a couple of recommendations (spray for car to deter rodents, even something for home improvement not related to pests). He has closed all the entry holes under the house, and put some traps in my attic. The price is excellent for the service I receive. read more

The local pest control did not get back to me after 2 days so I went elsewhere. Thank goodness I contacted West Coast! Within hours of my inquiry here on Yelp I had an appointment set up for Friday. Flat service rate 175.00 for yellow jacket removal. I was going to try and DIY getting rid of them but decided against it based on the number of yellow jackets that came out during the night when it was cold to fend me off. Anthony was easy to check in with and came within the time frame he has promised. Who knew 3000 yellow jackets were under my water meter! Also as promised, the invoice came in a timely manner. There is 30 day guarantee if we see the yellow jackets start to return the company will come out and take care of it. Thank you again Anthony! read more

So I'm another happy customer as well. When we first moved to our house, there were no rats under the house. Of course a month later there were rats under the crawl space. Rats!! Anthony was of course the first to answer the call and was willing to come out the soonest. He offered me 2 choices, fairly affordable rat trapping with 3 visits, or full exclusion work to keep the rats out of the crawl space and trapping which at the time sounded pricey. As I learned in the 10 plus visits he made to the house, to trap rats, do exclusion, and clean up the rat mess, I got a good deal. He came over quite a bit and took his time to make sure there was no way the rats could come back. I'm happy, it's been a couple months no and no rats yet anyway, and if so his warranty will cover it for free! I'm happy to have peace of mind about the rats and I recommend Anthony for sure! read more

I've never been so happy to leave a review. Anthony is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient. Very good service. Someone was able to come here the morning I contacted the company. He was quick and efficient, very polite. I'd used the service before, and it kept me ant-free for 15 months. This time was mostly preventative. After a few small incursions of ants in the bathroom, I didn't want them coming back in force. read more

I called and had West Coast come out. Anthony looked at my house and suggested what they could do to keep rats from my garage and under the house. His suggestions have paid off, we have caught two rats in two days and I hope, with his suggestions, we can stop this problem all together. Thanks Anthony! I really appreciate your help. read more

Anthony and West Coast Pest control initially came to our house for a spider problem. He was very professional, courteous and thorough! He listened to what we needed and came up with a mitigation plan. His prices are very reasonable and he goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied, We recently had him out again for an Asian Lady Beetle infestation. Again he did an amazing job, even going out our second floor windows to spray them. I can't recommend him enough for your pest control issues! read more

Highly recommend! Had an ant problem and Anthony came out quick and did the treatment on the spot. Unfortunately for me it didn't get all the ants the first time, but FORTUNATELY he offered to come out again and make another pass to make sure the job got done right. Super nice guy, knows his stuff. Gave me some advice on other potential pest issues to watch out for. Very helpful. Will use them again as necessary. read more

Very good experience! Came to check our rodent problem within a day and on time. Immediately identified the source of the problem (a small gap in our crawl space door) and quickly resolved it. Prices were fair and reasonable, arrived on time each and every time and was very polite and professional. Simply a nice and descent person to work with. Highly recommended!!! read more
