I had contacted Terminix first and got a price for my rat problem at a ridiculous price of $6900. I found 101 exterminators who came out the following day and gave me a price of $250 to patch up the rat hole and set traps. They will come out once a week for four times and check the traps. All for $250. Felipe, the man that gave me Service was very polite ,helpful ,on time and efficient, I couldn't recommend him enough. After my previous local exterminator misdiagnosed termites, Luis from 101 Exterminators correctly identified the problem and got rid of my termite problem. Also, when they went under the house to inspect and treat for rodents, they discovered that an electrical wire for my hot tub was incorrectly routed and was shorting out, creating a safety and fire hazard. They referred me to an electrician who came on a Saturday to fix the hazard. They show up when they say they will and they get the job done right. And my rodent problem is gone too!
