I went today and noticed the walk up window was open so for those of you who don't want a drive thru backup to make you more hangry for that delicious Tommy's chili and fries. I would avoid this location, the cashier overcharged me an extra $1.40 on my card after verifying my card transaction. At the time, I asked the lady if she charged me two transactions when I saw her running my card two times with two receipts. All she told me is no and only charge me for what I order. A great little location with excellent food quality and service. Unfortunately, there's no indoor seating, just an outside patio which was fine for me. But, it could be an issue for others. Especially, when it's raining. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience with this location. Breakfast sandwich was pretty good, chili was a bit bland imo and we found a long hair in our chili fries.

I don't know what's up with this location they got a newer manager quite a while ago and it's been disappointing ever since. Place my order asked for no pickles extra extra chili. Comes out no pickles no onions of chili on top of the burger nothing inside. Same scenario Happened a bit ago and I took it back to get a corrected and still wrong. I had sent a comment directly to Tommy's and I see nothing has changed at this location. I would suggest going to another location even if it's a longer drive even if you orders wrong the manager doesn't seem to have any interest in making it right. The fact that this location has a breakfast menu is laughable. Their menu says they serve breakfast until 11am. (They don't even open until 10am, so one whopping hour... gee, don't hurt yourselves.) However, when I went here a couple of weeks ago and tried to order a hash brown at 10:40am, I was told breakfast had ended at 10:30. When I pointed out that the sign said that breakfast was served until 11, I was told the sign was wrong. Located at the corner of Westminster blvd and Goldenwest offering outdoor only style eating, serving burger and fries with mandatory chilli on top of everything they serve up. The beast wanted to eat here, after a short discussion of where to eat he said no burgers. But then said Tommy's, isnt burgers, its Tommy's with a huge smile on his face. Me, I tried to be happy for him, but deep down inside I was hoping they were closed. Tommy's is not my favorite place, but he loves the chilli. And since he had his fix, we won't need to go back for a few months. Ive been coming here for years and have always had friendly service. Order at the window, pay them cash or card then grab a table and wait. Pay attention to the time because they do not usually call names or numbers. The burgers are a thin beef patty cooked on the flat grill topped with a generous portion if chilli that is oozing out once you open it and take a bite. You may notice a lot of grease spilling onto the paper or a strange red coloring dripping out, that stains the napkins too.The chilli is beefy, zero beans and mixes well with sliced cheese. Is it good? Well they sell it by the pint, so it must be. Some say its a form of crack. And my husband loves it. But, I am not a huge chilli fan, so usually I say easy chilli. In fact only recently have I been tolerating chilli. I used to tell them to hold the chilli. Slowly I began eating chilli fries, and after about 10 years, I finally gave in. Did you know you have to try a food 7 times before you can actually like it? The hotdogs are hit or miss. My last hotdog was better than last nights hotdog. Last night my weiner was all dried up. It tasted like a beef stick you'd get at 7 11. It was salty, very dry, a red processed color and unsatisfying. But it was after midnight and maybe the lonesome weiner had a hard night on the cooker. The chilli on top was greasy and left behind a red coloring. I ate it because I was hungry but most likely will never order the hotdog again. Drinks offered are basic fountain drinks with free refills. We had rasberry tea and water. Parking is okay. Lot has about 10 spots. Yes, I give it 5 stars. It's my late night guilty pleasure and I insist on having it every time I come to visit my cousin. So there's no fooling here: this stuff has got to be horrible for you. I got the Sriracha with spicy peppers and spicy jack cheese and it melted in my mouth and was an incredible experience... I also got their wonderful steak fries with the chili and cheese on the side so it's not to break the consistency of the french fries got extra pickles, extra peppers whatever you need free of charge... you don't have to pay for extra packets they give you whatever you want!!! and in this day, that's pretty rare!!! read more

I wanted to try Tommy's for a long time so I went and grabbed myself a double cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. The burger meat patty has no beef taste; it is very plain. Luckily the condiments and the chili are the star of the burger. The chili is a very thick slurry similar to a bolognese. The chili cheese fries is way better than burger and I would recommend getting the fries instead of the burger. The chili felt like it was primarily beans with no meat chunks.
