The customer service at this bustling burger mill yesterday was outstanding. I walked into this In-N-Out resolved on buying a Neapolitan shake & hoping against hope that I would not have to wait eons for it. Most In-N-Outs buzz with customers now, & the ambience here was no exception. I got in line, & I noticed the line thinned out quickly due to the promptness & tactfulness of the cashier. Once I made the front of the line, I noticed the cashier smiling courteously at the preceding customers as they took their receipt. Then she directed her attention to me with the same most professional & highly polished demeanor. Her name-tag read: Serena. She is one of the few employees I've seen at In-N-Out who can maintain the upbeat persona required at In-N-Out without seeming fake or trying way too hard. Serena asked for my order with the same genteel smile on her face. I ordered a Neapolitan shake. Serena congenially chimed that she would have the shake ready quickly. A good cashier/staff at a fast food place will find a way to identify smaller orders and get them out expediently. Serena did just that. I waited less than a minute, & Serena went out of her way to hand me the shake directly rather than have me wait to hear it called out on the PA system. An employee who exhibits tact, intelligence, & a sound work ethic deserves promotion &/or recognition. In-N-Out might do well to consider how to recognize Serena's management potential.

The store is clean and the staff are very nice. The staff are always busy taking orders, making food or cleaning. On rainy days, this store offers free hot cocoa for kids. The food is fresh made to orders. They are in Rodeo 39 center so there is a lot of parking. We usually eat here then go shopping and grab drinks in the plaza after :)

Went to this location on a Thursday Night, drive thru was not so busy. The person taking my order was nice and the service here was pretty quick. Ordering and getting the food took 10 mins. I got the double double with fries which was about $10. The burger was really good and juicy, It tasted amazing with the whole grilled onions. The fries were good and even better when their special sauce, "spread". Great Price, Service was Quick, Very clean from the outside. Always a go to spot and can never be rated under a 4 star.

Restroom available inside but not clean and no toilet paper or handsome. French fries are fresh and hot and delicious. Rootbeer soda is popping and so refreshing today. The coffee is hot and fresh even at 6:15 pm on Thursday night. Tyler and staff are working hard here just need to clean the restroom and replenish the handsome and toilet paper because this location in Stanton is very busy here. Good night. Plenty of parking here too. Thank you guys.

Stopped by today after dropping off UPS returns. The staff are really nice! I'm happy with my crispy fries, burger and cheese burger

Always a warm welcome into the drive-thru or in-person ordering counter at this Stanton burger joint, and the quality and freshness of the burgers and veggies are no exception when it comes to this location of this popular franchise. Due to adjacent neighborhood there may be some questionable characters lingering but doesn't hurt to buy them some food to help the drugs wear off. The lines can be long, but there is a long dedicated driveway and the adjacent parking lot is managed well to work well with nearby businesses. The ambiance is bright and service speed is prompt. My go-to is a mustard fry bun with a whole grilled onion and grilled chopped onions, and chopped chilies with spread on the side. Milkshakes are okay but fries are to avoid. Great late night spot open until approximately midnight daily!

5/5 Stars! Went to a new In N' Out today where I met the kindest worker named Celina. She helped recommend different burgers and modifications for my whole family of picky eaters and was very accommodating, answering all of our questions about their menu. Will definetly be coming back again. Special thank you to her if you see this.

Can't tell from this photo but they're out of ketchup and no napkins.

First time coming to this location and it does not meet the In n Out standards I was expecting. They were out of the regular lemonade, out of ketchup, no napkins and the stations for the drinks and condiments were unkept. The food was as expected but the upkeep of the dining area was a disappointment.

I love IN-N-OUT the BEST burgers HANDS DOWN. I have been to this location a few times and other in n out locations as well. I went here with my boyfriend today and he got the double-double, grilled onions, and animal style fries along with a side of 7-up. I got a hamburger with fries but I didn't get a beverage and if I did I would get 7up. The burger was delicious, pack with flavor, and the buns are soft and smooth. The fries I tried one of them was soft and other was hard. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking but it can be difficult to find because rodeo 39 is crowded. This can be a good for lunch, dinner, or any occasion in general. I would definitely come back here for their delicious burgers and fries.

This in n out spot is looking better with security and less sketchy individuals hanging out in front. I love the in n out service because the staff is usually inviting and have friendly smiles. Today I had a good experience with the homie that served me. My guy was patient and gave me his time with my order, I appreciate that. The food is always consistent. Love the consistency! Shoutout to RYDER for the welcoming experience! Until next time

Outside area. Great place to eat if you bring a dog.

This place is such a hidden gem!…read more I was craving chicken teriyaki one day and passed by and smelled the grill. I knew I had to bookmark and read mind myself to pass through one day, So today was the day. I got the double chicken bowl which means more protein. This bowl was hearty? Enough for two servings. There's vegi's underneath! $15 and they have awesome sauces on the side. The original doesn't come with anything extra saucy so I liked it because you can be intentional about how much you want on it. Teriyaki could be sometimes overwhelming. The space is simple and the people were really friendly. Steady stream of customers. They also give us stamp cards, so don't forget to ask for that! I will be back.

I wasn't asked white or brown rice!…read more Gnat a problem. The rice is too clumpy! Gnat a problem. The chicken is too tough! Gnat a problem. There are way too many gnats! Gnat a problem. I went a little out of my way to stop by this Flame Broiler in Garden Grove since I was also planning to get a drink nearby. To celebrate the start of the college football season, Flame Broiler was offering 40% off plates, excluding the Korean BBQ Short Rib plate. Between bowls and plates, I prefer getting plates because they also come with a small cabbage salad as well as a half orange whereas bowls do not. This Flame Broiler in Garden Grove is located in Chiana Plaza on the southeast corner of Valley View and Chapman. It's the westernmost business in that plaza closest to Carl's Jr, which has its own lot. Soon after I came inside, there was a customer placing his order, which gave me time to think of what to get. Amongst the plates, I noticed that the Chicken was the cheapest at $12.15. The Tofu plate was 60 cents more, which I found odd because at the two locations closest to me, it's at most 30 cents more. However, they're also more expensive than this location by almost $2, so at least there's a good reason to drive further for this Flame Broiler lol. While I was waiting to order, I pulled out my calculator to determine that between the Chicken and Tofu plates, I'd still earn the same number of points after the 40% off, so I settled for the Chicken Plate. When it was my turn to order, I showed the 40% off a plate offer on my phone to the female employee at the front (Julie?), but she mentioned that particular deal would only work online despite the "Redeem in store" button on my phone. That confused me, but she also mentioned another customer was having trouble with a similar offer. At the locations closer to me, I'd usually provide my phone number, so I gave her my phone number to see if the 40% would come off. Sure enough, it did. I quickly paid, hoping that the register wouldn't reverse course, and asked how long I'd have to wait; Julie estimated about 5 minutes. I think it was more like 3 minutes, but during the short wait, I noticed the receipt had said "white rice" when I would have much preferred brown rice, which is way healthier than white rice. There were several customers who followed me inside, so I really didn't want to be that one customer to hold up the line. When Julie called my order number, I brought to her attention that I wanted brown rice instead of white rice. I almost thought she'd say "too late", but she was able to send my order back and tell the female chef in the kitchen to remake my plate using brown rice instead. I thought it would have been as simple as scooping brown rice onto another plate and emptying the contents from the first plate onto the second, but surprisingly, it was a longer wait than for the first plate! When Julie announced my number again, she asked which sauces I'd like, and I went with the usual one of each except for the Seoul Scorcher, which I must forewarn is not for the faint of heart. I also asked for a water cup. I took the plate to the table in the near corner, but once I removed the lid, I saw a gnat on the edge of the plate! I really didn't want them to remake my plate a third time, and I didn't see the gnat on the food, so I just kept it as is. The cabbage salad already had the sesame dressing on the salad as opposed to the dressing on the side like I usually see. However, the cabbage was finely chopped as if to look like very thin rice noodles. I felt there was less salad here than what I usually get. The half orange was cut up into thirds, which I'm not sure why they had to go through the trouble of that, but at least it did make peeling the orange a little easier? The brown rice, chicken, and steamed vegetables tasted fine for Flame Broiler's standards, but I didn't like how the brown rice was so clumpy. I have a feeling Julie assuming I wanted white rice instead of brown rice may have played a factor in this. I don't think I had ever seen brown rice this clumpy at any Flame Broiler location, and the oddity continued with some pieces of chicken being tough to chew, almost as if there were soft bones randomly in the chicken. But the worst part? The abundance of gnats inside. It was a pretty warm Saturday, and I saw a couple of ceiling fans spinning pretty fast. I had to keep an eye on the gnats and shoo them away pretty frequently while I was enjoying my Chicken plate. Needless to say, it got annoying. There was a steady flow of customers placing their orders, and I didn't recall Julie asking even one of them white rice or brown rice, so I suppose the norm here is that you have to specify "brown rice"; otherwise, it defaults to "white rice". Also, most of them ordered to go as there are only about five tables inside. Overall, I'd only consider a return visit for the lower prices. And I hope they realize that gnats aren't gnat a problem.

There's casual seating with shade, which is nice for a laid-back burger stop. We ordered the Double Smashburger with chili on the side, Bacon Cheeseburger, Western Bacon Slider, and tater tots. The beef had a really good texture and didn't have that overly processed or filler-filled feel. The Double Smashburger especially had those crispy edges that make a good smashburger so satisfying. And the chili?! I cannot stop thinking about it. It was so flavorful that I wanted to dip every single tater tot in it. Food came out fast, and the customer service was awesome too.
