After calling the store back they said it's not their fault and they have no idea where the food is or what the drivers number is. I paid ahead of time and never received any of my food. Iv been going to this place for the last three years and will never be returning and I would recommend anyone looking for late night food to find someplace better. Cheese Steak was bland, cold hoagie roll, no seasoning for the steak. Wings hot, fresh, and delicious. Raspberry iced tea nowhere near par. Customer service a little lacking; we were not greeted with enthusiasm as to be expected. Will not be returning as the prices were too high, $10 for a footlong sandwich. I come here all the time. The pizza is amazing, but they have terrible terrible customer service. It's reminded me of the show seinfield where they had a soup natzi. She seemed genuine and sincere so if I'm being honest, I'm inclined to give the delivery team a second (or so) chance hahaha. Ate here for the first time today. Waited a long time for a cheesesteak and an order of loaded fries that my daughter and I were going to share. After finally getting the food the fries were cold, they only gave us one fork, NO NAPKINS at all and they didn't even cut the cheesesteak or provide a knife! Even though we specified we would be sharing the food. To be honest, the cheesesteak was very good! Too bad that was the only positive eating at this establishment! Just discovered this place even though it's right down the street. The pizza is AMAZING. Get the Cajun crust omg. The staff is really funny and they look like they have fun at work which is important. I have become a regular (probably not a good thing because of the calories) but damn, so good. The gluten free pizza isn't bad and the wings are great. Just wish you got a full dozen. read more

We have been to Geno's over 100 times and because of the worst customer service by the lady upfront yesterday (5/8/19) this may have been our last visit!!! Walked in and were told in a very bitchy tone that it would take 25-30 minutes to get our order. When asked if this applied to just a sandwhich, she said again in a Bitchy tone, Yes for all Orders!!! We still decided to order and deal with wait, but then when ordering drink she stated they are out of ice. We placed an order for delivery for a Steak Fajita Salad, Loaded Fries, Garden Salad, and a Hoagie Philly Cheesesteak. The loaded fries were my favorite. They made me a happy couch potato that evening. *Drools* The sandwich was not the best or the worst I have tried. The meat was plentiful but not as much cheese was on the sandwich. The salads were sadly disappointing. They seemed wilted and did not have much flavor. The delivery charge was around $5 I believe which overall does not make this a place I will likely order for delivery again. Driver for the delivery was very polite and called prior to arriving to confirm the address since I ordered through the app and she knew the area tends to provide the wrong address. Pizza was spot on! Thin crust and great toppings all over the pizza. The boneless buffalo wings were the standard fair with ample sauce. The cheesesteak was delicious! My boyfriend and I go here about once a week or every other week. Their service can be sketchy if they are really busy from time to time but we will always go back since they are right across the street. They have delivery but we usually do the curbside pickup since it's convenience. The slice and a drink is a great deal. We like their pizza, wings and their cheesesteaks are great! We have had many things including some of the sides here and almost all of it is good. However, I wish their salads were better than just iceberg lettuce. read more

Stopped in for a late (9pm) dinner and as I walked in, loud music from local radio assaulted me before I even saw any staff or the order counter. I ordered one of the "famous Philly's". It was delivered to the table fairly quickly and it was hot. I sampled the meat and it was tasty if not a bit salty. The sauce on it tastes a bit mushroomy, but I liked it. I asked a staff member if they could turn the radio down Abit. She she checked and came and told me "the owner did not want the volume changed". What ever. It is loud enough one would have to speak louder than normal to carry on a conversation at your table. With so many other places in Tempe and the surrounding area to try, I will not be back to Gino's. They will be ok though, the college students are back in town and they will eat just a out anything it seems. read more

This is the very first review I am writing and I am doing so from my car. I placed a take out order for two philly cheese fries with extra onion and mushroom. I picked up my order and drove off to the movies. I get there and open the container. The first one was fine, the second has basically no cheese, one little sliver of onion and one tiny piece of mushroom. I just paid $16.00 for fries!!! and this is what I get? I call and am told I can return it now and wait for a replacement or I can return it after my movie and they would replace it then. As a weekly regular, I have only gotten their pizza & fries. I haven't tried any of their subs or burgers. The food itself tastes good, and the prices are fair. They have a foot long slice for $2.50, and you can get a flavored crust. They are open til 5am every day, so you can count on Geno's for a midnight snack. They just remodeled the inside of the restaurant a few months ago, but I normally get takeout. Their service is fast, not taking more than 15mins to get my takeout. Geno's also provides delivery through Yelp or Uber Eats. I currently also get 10% back in Uber credits every time I eat at Geno's, due to some Visa Local Rewards program I signed up through the default Uber app. read more

Visited Geno's today with my grandson and wife to take advantage of a Local Flavor I had purchased this morning and to try out a different restaurant. After ordering, when I presented the waitress with my Local Flavor certificate for $20.00, the waitress informed me that she could not accept the certificate for the face value but would give us $10.00 credit toward our bill. When we questioned further, she stated that they were having issues with Local Flavor issuing more certificates than they should have and hence, she would not honor them. No amount of testing logic would change her mind and we either left the establishment or took the $10.00 credit for a $20.00 certificate. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Even asked if maybe she would give us a couple soda's for our trouble but not even that compromise was acceptable to her. read more

I've eaten here a few times, first at the old Tempe location where I was a bit underwhelmed with the cheesesteak. When they moved, I gave it another shot, as it is just literally around the corner from work. That was a much better cheesesteak. Then I tried a pizza - very good. Today, got a burger and loaded fries delivered - quickly so everything was hot. I am a bit of a burger snob and rate this one was just plain kickass. The loaded fries were also excellent.
