Best place to go for all you can eat sushi AND sashimi! Very reasonably priced for all the options you get when choosing from the all you can eat menu. They also have a big menu for the non sushi friends you bring. They have more than just the standard teriyaki and rice bowls. Myself and a group of my husband's friends gathered here for a dinner and we decided to opt for the all you can eat option. The food was all delicious, presented nicely, well prepared--perhaps the only exception was the Las Vegas roll, there seemed to be a mysterious aspect of the meat in this one. Service wise, we all really enjoyed the service from our waitress. She was very accommodating, patient with the group, and gave great suggestions. We'll definitely be back! read more

The food has gone downhill in the last year or so but the biggest Complaint is there is a server who works there a woman, every time she's assigned as our waitress it makes us want to leave. She is rude and unfriendly. She didn't fill my water and it was empty for thirty minutes. Terrible service. We also have gotten sick the last few visits. Stomach issues after eating here. Decent food, terrible service. We've been here several times and they are usually very consistent. 1. You will definitely wait to be seated. When we arrived, the place was empty. The hostess took about five phone orders before she went to seat us. By the time that happened, there was a line of probably 15 people. 2. The order at which you were sat is irrelevant to who's order will be taken. 3. You will not be given everything you ordered and there is a slight chance you will end up with someone else's food. 4. The food is pretty good. It's not the best, but it is really good for the price. 5. If you ask to pay and you have literally two pieces of sushi left, she will keep saying you have a lot of food left and that you're still working on it. If you ask to pay again, she will have the same answer but with a much angrier tone. The only thing different about this time was the waitress literally started yelling at us because she was unhappy with her 12% tip. Which I feel is pretty standard for terrible service. read more

Soooo good. All you can eat sushi for under $26 per person and soda with free refill under $2. We loved every sushi roll we tasted. The orient roll was our favorite. The seaweed salad and chicken lettuce cups were also very good. read more

Wow this place did not disappoint! Unfortunately the wait was a little over an hour due to COVID and our party of 12, but they did exceed to meet our expectations!! Not only did they get us our beverages out quickly, but the food came out so quick, the food was YUMMY, the kids loved one of the sweet ladies that brought them coloring sheets, one of our kids were crying and the host brought a candy to help with that. They also cut our cake that we brought to a bday. We enjoyed our night so much and we are so happy with our visit! Thank you guys!! read more

The sashimi boat will not disappoint! Very large slices and if you have an athlete son like I do it is worth it. I finally found a place that will feed him until he's full and I'm not paying a triple digit bill. I always get a large hot and sour soup or two to go because surprisingly it is very good. Highly recommend the mixed tempura as well. They have an all you can eat option we are anxiously waiting to try. read more

This place has the best food. It's a drive but we'll worth it. We have done all you can eat twice and feel the cost is worth it because the sushi and other options are excellent. You can't go wrong with the vegetable chow mein, sweet and sour chicken and mixed vegetable tempura. read more

Love this sushi place! They have both Ayce and regular menu. Ayce menu is great because for 29.95 you get Ayce Sashami! First place I have been to that does this and it's amazing ! If you love fresh sushi, this is it. Come in on the days they get it delivered, I believe Monday, Wednesday and Friday's for the super fresh taste. I am picky and do call beforehand to make sure it came in that day, I feel like it just tastes better. With Ayce you get all the Sashami you want and no fillers. Be careful when ordering anything else as they tend to be large. Do not order the kitchen dishes like Mongolian beef off the Sashami Ayce unless you're a large party as it's a full size meal! If you know how Ayce works, you pay for left over food, so order slowly what you can eat. Tried almost all their different types of Sashami and they're all super yummy. My personal favorite is the Salmon and the yellowtail. Their butter fried calamity was scrumptious ! Pro tip : for 2$ order Fresh wasabi .. so much better tasting than the horseradish stuff. Hands down the best sushi place in Phoenix. Trust me we've been to like all of them and always were disappointed. I do like sushi station too but this is different level. read more

Sushi is always on point and service is very fast for an all you can eat. Waitresses are very attentive.

Foods good, but they don't have soup on the AYE menu, the ambiance is alright, and it's way more expensive than what I'm used too. Service was great but seemed rushed as well. Only my opinion! I'm a regular at Crazy Tuna where I literally have no complaints. Do experience this place if you'd like to though it's not bad. Just not my vibe. read more

My go-to spot in Gilbert to get my Sushi grub on! My wife and I usually do "all you can eat" here, and we go a step higher and upgrade to the "all you can eat sashimi"! It is SOOO worth it to do this!!! The difference between all you can eat and the sashimi version is $24 vs $30!!! BUT, this is OUR preference so it may not be yours. The reason my wife and I do this is because we LOVE salmon and tuna! And without eating rice, we NEVER get full without getting our moneys worth, in fact TWICE our moneys worth! We will seriously wipe out a whole slab of salmon before we've decided to switch to another fish or other item on the menu. A negative though to this sashimi all you can eat, is we experienced getting some still-frozen salmon sashimi when it was really busy and when we order a ton of it. We get it, they probably didn't have enough to accommodate our huge order, PLUS it was super busy, so they didn't have time to thaw a lot of the frozen salmon slabs. To pay $6 more to avoid that excessive amount of rice you eat when you try to stuff your face with all these sushi rolls is definitely worth it. I feel like I can order a lot more rounds of sushi, and it's actually quite healthy if you're only eating fish, maybe some rolls if you're feeling the urge for a little rice. This place is probably the best sushi place near Gilbert but trust me when I say, we're not the only ones that knows about this place! They are many loyal customers that will come here often with their kids, their families, and their friends so here are some helpful tips: 1) Best things to order are: sashimi salmon, sashimi tuna, baked salmon and scallop roll (THE BEST roll ), crunchy California rolls with eel sauce, eel sashimi, spicy scallop, and more salmon! Lol 2) you HAVE to go at less busy times, or else the wait is pretty long, AND your "all you can eat" experience will be hindered since they have to accommodate to so many people. So I was in today around 1:35 pm. A little stinky but hey it's a sushi place. The greeter sat me with no greeting. I sat and waited about 10 minutes before he came back and asked was I ready. I ordered a plum wine that came back in a filthy glass which I sent back. I ordered a lunch special with soup. Waiter brought back everything at once and proceeded to tell me they close at 2:30. By 2:35 I was being pressured to leave by the waiter who has already been paid and is now himself sitting down to eat. Who knew this place closed like they serve breakfast and brunch?! Place has REALLY gone downhill in the past couple months. Usually there is a wait no matter what, today the restaurant was mostly empty, that should have been a sign. I've been here many times and had great food and service but today will definitely be the last time... ordered 6 rolls plus a couple "pairs" for 2 of us. The cheap sushi rolls came out first and we had to wait over an hour for the better rolls after being asked a few times if we still wanted them. After waiting over an hour we were full from digesting the previous rolls. By the time the "good" sushi came we ate all but 1 piece. When we asked for the check they made a big deal about us not finishing 1 piece and was told they would have to ask the manager to avoid a $5 charge. Absolutely ridiculous! This has been one of our favorite spots for years! Always fresh and always good. The service is fasy and friendly whether you dine in, pick up or order delivery. The kids order a california roll. Hubby lives the norway roll...spicy salmon roll with fresh avocado and salmon on top. I am partial to the salmon, tuna and yellowtail nigiri. Not a sushi fan? Don't worry, they also have awesome hot dishes. Try the mongollian beef, kung pao chicken, chow mein noodles or a hot noodle soup. You wont be disappointed with any option. read more

The best all you can eat sushi in Arizona. They even have a sashimi option! Very fresh, made to order sushi + other dishes, that will leave you happy and full. They even have an amazing sake bomb deal for $6! I have taken many family and friends here and every single one of them have been thoroughly impressed. My father couldn't even believe they could stay in business with how quality it was for the price. I go probably once a week and will continue to go for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you have a sushi craving and you won't be disappointed. We came here on a Sunday night around 7PM and the entire place was packed and with a 20 minute wait. We asked to sit at the sushi bar and got seated right away. We ordered some salmon sashimi, the Gilbert roll, the spider roll and a chicken Thai curry. The salmon sashimi and rolls were a solid good. The chicken Thai curry was average. The chicken slices tasted like soggy fish and I felt like it was either overcooked or old. We were hesitant to take any of it home. I recommend coming here only for the sushi or sashimi. read more

One thing about Orient Sushi and Grill is that you will always be full and satisfied when you leave their restaurant. The food is amazing as it is full of flavor and has a good portion. For example, whenever I order walnut shrimp or katsu chicken, the box always arrives super full and almost bursting. Love this and love their presentation they provide with their food!!! All the sashimi and sushi are super colorful and they look and taste amazing. They have a ton of diversity in their sushi/sashimi selection, which is great!!! I especially love the hawaii roll and shrimp tempura. Not only is their food superb, but their staff is also amazing especially their host, Patrick. I love the way they create communication with their customers and always create friendly conversation. It makes the stay even better. They are also super understand and kind towards the customers and will be able to take care of any problem swiftly and carefully. Also, to top it off, I really adore the decorations and vibe this restaurant gives off. I love the plants and greenery they provide. Also they play a lot of music which makes the stay delightful. The all you can eat sushi here is awesome! I've been here about half a dozen times and each time was great! It's so rare to find a place like this, where I cannot think of anything that could be done better. The fish has always been fresh and really tasty and the service was on point each time as well. Being able to order all you can eat sashimi alone is a huge selling point, but there are so many other options available on the all you can eat menu. I had some of the kitchen food as well and each of those dishes were great too. I feel like the price for the all you can eat is legit too. In Tucson I think you can get all you can eat sushi but it never includes sashimi and costs the same amount. If I'm ever in Phoenix and can't find the time to stop here, I always feel like I missed out. If you can put away some sushi and want some quality cuts, this place was made for you! read more

I've been to quite a bit of sushi places. I will day this one was not very impressive. Very nice staff. I ordered the all you can eat sushi menu. Most places anything on the list is included. I ordered edamame and was charged for it because they are literal "all you can eat sushi". Okay, whatever. Every roll I ordered was packed with a lot of rice... got to fill me up on rice apparently. I got a roll that was not good. I took one bit and could not eat it. The lady wanted to charge me for the roll. I said "it's not a matter I can't finish it, it's that it doesn't taste good". She didn't charge me for it. I felt like most of the rolls all taste the same. The soft shell crab was Deeeep fried. Like fried to the core. It was okay. Personally, I don't know that I would go back. Paying $50 for two people, feeling very under satisfied and not having an enjoyment just not something I would want to deal with again. read more

Came tonight because my friend recommended I check this place out, and seeing as how I was in the area, I decided to go with my family. Don't mind the '4:30 - 10' sticker; it seems to be open prior to that time as well, but we were a little nervous that we'd have to wait around, having gotten there at 4:20PM. Great place though! The sushi's at a good price, it's fresh, the atmosphere's good, the staff are both polite and helpful. I love the Eel Roll, so I got that, and it did not disappoint. We also grabbed two of the tempura rolls, a couple of nigiri orders, and in the end nine orders totaled around $50, which was pretty mind-blowing. I have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the all you can eat with my husband. When we take our 3 and 9 year old we always order them a dish from the kids menu... they have a strict no sharing policy even if your kid is only a toddler. So when I got my California role the waiter practically yelled at me and my daughter "no sharing" when my little girl took a piece off my plate. Mind you I order my kid her own meal. I had to get the manager involved and explain to them that I ordered and am paying for her separate meal, if she wants to try something I have it is unacceptable for them to monitor us and have their staff tell my child no. I get that they don't want kids eating off their parents buffet, but my experience was overkill. Mind you our waiter was rood from the onset and the entire rest of the meal experience was terrible. He was rood to the point where we actually had to stop our meal and tell him we would appreciate it if he treated us with same courtesy as the rest of the patrons. Bad experience. read more

This place was just awful. We ordered 2 rainbow rolls, their Elliot roll, and fresh wasabi. Our wasabi was not fresh, it was FROZEN and the fish on the rainbow rolls were discolored and smelt rancid. We went to meet family there for dinner, but unfortunately had to leave right when we got our sushi because our infant daughter being really fussy. When we got home and attempted to eat it, we were extremely disappointed. We LOVE sushi, and eat it frequently enough to know there's no way any of our sushi was made to order. I called and spoke to the owner, he took zero accountability and completely denied everything. He admitted to the fact that they freeze their "fresh wasabi" and said it was impossible their sushi was not good and didn't taste fresh. It was like talking to one of the owners from Gordon Ramsey's, "Kitchen Nightmares" show. Delusional! Worst $36 I've ever spent in my life. This was an interesting little restaurant. The food was delicious and came out fast. Nothing bad to say about the food. It seems to be family run and there were a lot of random people walking in and out of the kitchen as well as kids running around. This also might be due to their midday closing. If you want to go to an all you can eat place that has better option, don't go here. There are no soup option, sashimi is not included in the menu. Or you can have sashimi but the price will jump from $23-$35 if you want sashimi. Some orders are gonna be forgotten. We were trying to eat slow waiting for the rest of our order, only to find out that our order was forgetten. We got full from waiting. We got annoyed, asked for the bill and server asked us to finish food or we'll get charged for it. AND WE GOT CHARGED $7 FOR THE LEFT OVER (half a sushi and 2 seaweed salad) BECAUSE WE WERE TRYING TO WAIT FOR THE FORGOTTEN ORDERS. Rip off. Go some place else. read more

First sushi place I've tried here in Arizona. The food was great. Sushi was fresh and tasty. We ordered our son chicken teriyaki combo. Chicken was excellent and so was the sauce! I really appreciated that they served the sauce on the side for our son since he just likes plain chicken. Reasons why four stars and not five are: 1: Didn't allow us to order teriyaki chicken ( plain chicken) for our son in the kids menu. Had to spend $9 for his meal which feeds 2-3 people. ( Yes I know that's a great price but it's way too much food for a child). They only offered sweet and sour chicken, shrimp, or noodles. Wish they had a little more options for kids. 2: Although the food was great, I wasn't very impressed with the shrimp. I'm not sure if it was just me but, it felt rubbery. Everything else was great! 3: Service and food was great! However, the wall in the booth we sat in ( right behind the register) had like soy sauce all over . Also, menus were kinda sticky. read more
