Very awkward and bad experience. The place itself is clean. The girl who did my french tip on my toes was really sweet and tried her best. Halfway through her painting them, one of the men there (I can only assume is a manager) comes to stand over her and hovered about as she did them. I am trying to communicate to her how I want them to look but there is definitely a language barrier, so the man translates for me (or so I think). They still do not end up coming out the way I like them to even though I tried hard to explain and even showed photos of my own toes from the past, so the man says that my toes are uneven from how they were cut. He assures me that once she files them down evenly in the end, they will come out good. After filing, they still did not look the way I wanted them to. He says "Sorry you should have said something before drying them under the light." WHAT? Then I say ok well can we fix them before I leave? He says no and that I am taking up too much of her time. Meanwhile, there was NOBODY there waiting. He knows he messed up with how he was acting towards me and I get up to leave and he says "since you aren't satisfied I will only charge you $30, these are normally $35." I told him money is not the issue and I just wanted to like the work I was getting. Once I said that, he tells the cashier at the front to go ahead and charge me the $35. When I told my bf about the experience, he told me I should not have paid at all, and I regret that I did. Greedy and does not care about their clients. Go somewhere else, take it from me! read more

Received a Pedicure from Kim; she is very nice, caring and did a great paint job on my toe nails! She offered polite suggestions about foot care, but was no way pushy with product or other services. I'd try them again. The place is clean and very relaxed. read more

I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I decided to give this place a chance because it is by my house. I got there at 5:30 waited about 30 min before I was seen. I knew it was the end of the day and I was okay with waiting. When a girl got started on my nails she's was in a huge hurry because they closed at 7, however she still had a hour. Because she was in a hurry she keep messing up and then just kept dipping in the SNS powder and now My nails are clumpy and thick. And I wasn't even given the manicure treatment as far as cleaning up the cuticles. I'm horribly disappointed and will never go back. read more

I will never go back again. The staff is unfriendly, the station was unsanitary and the polish was old. I sat down got settled and was ready for my manicure when it was decided that I would be with someone else without an explanation. I asked why but got no response. I should have left the place but didn't. When I arrived I originally said I wanted clear polish then changed my mind and asked for color. Apparently, that's a no-no at this salon because they had a conversation about my decision in another language so beware. No matter how innocent the conversation might have been, it's never pleasant knowing the conversation is about you just because I changed my mind about having color. The manicure itself is mediocre at best. The hand massage is a joke, there is some polish around a couple of nails and a couple of my nails are a little rough around the edges. Once the manicure was finished and after a closer inspection, i found a couple of mistakes and wanted to ask her if she could correct them but I couldn't because the woman just disappeared so I left. It's not about making a connection with the customer, it's about the money. The woman seemed bored and her job has become rote. I didn't even get a thank you for coming to the salon. read more

Not the best but not the worst. I got shellac on my hands and toes. They didn't clean up the polish well on my fingers and the shellac chipped very soon after. Great atmosphere, the nail techs are very nice but the work is decent and sloppy. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed here yesterday and they are way thinner than I wanted and I now have a rash. Mani and pedi were fine but not the best. read more

Always go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy. The margs are yummy and they always have cold water. Got both a gel and powder dip manicure there, both times the technicians listened to my wants and they both came out awesome. They do get busy so if you go, probably expect to wait a little. A little pricey but obvi willing to spend more on a better manicure. read more

Solid pedi/mani place. Friendly quick service, appeared relatively clean and organized. Everything you want in a quick nail salon in a nice location. I'll be back! read more

Got my first set of SNS nails done here. I rarely get my nails done so I usually don't know what to expect. Aside from getting my skin FILED to the point where it bled and a little lopsided shaping it was a decent job. Still kinda pissed that I have a little gash right by my cuticle and it burns when I wash my hands. I would recommend looking into other places. read more

I finally tried this place after seeing it every time I go to Central Market. It was alright, everyone was very nice and they did a pretty good job on my nails. But there's nothing organic about it except they offer one or two lines of the less toxic polish, but so do a lot of other salons. All of the products they use, like lotions, are definitely not natural or organic. It's the same cheap paraben, SLS, etc filled stuff that other nail places use. So if you're looking for a truly natural nail salon, keep looking! read more

I absolutely love this place everyone is so nice and and friendly I came here to take off some really bad acrylics I got somewhere else and he listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I came back for a pedicure and Hong was amazing she's so cheerful and pleasant and so sweet and she did a great job on my pedicure! read more

This was my first time coming here and I loved it! Diana did my nails and they came out beautifully. She removed my acrylics and did SNS with clear nails. Everyone was so nice. I came in as a walk in but you can book appointments too. Definitely coming back. read more

I used to love this place but they were sold a few months ago and have gone way downhill. The new owners also own Nails of America in Hancock Center. They do not care about pleasing customers. When I recently went in the flooring was uneven (they were adding a new floor and it was partially done. During the hour that I had my nails done I watched four different people trip or stumble on the uneven floor and some of the employees laughed and held people responsible for tripping. There was no warning sign. One of the owners is abusive to female staff, walks by and pinches the younger ones, and I have seen them condone (and joke with) a male employee watching pornography on his laptop so that it is visible to customers. Some of the employees are nice and competent but it is not worth dealing with the awful ownership. read more

These ladies are FABULOUS. Best calf/foot massage I've ever had with a pedicure. For my hands, I wanted some crazy fabulous coffin acrylics, and I told them to do whatever they wanted for the design. There was a team of three people working on my nails at one point, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Great place, great service, great work. read more

Yes, it is a new location but the service is TERRIBLE!!!! I had upgraded my pedi...worst mistake ever! I did not receive the full pedi as was paid for (she did not lotion my feet only my legs). Then she just walked off....I assumed she went to get something from the back until I started to smell food and heard a "ding" from the microwave. She never returned, just left me sitting in the chair with my pants leg rolled up and w/o placing my shoes back on. I simply rolled down my pants and put my own shoes on and left (never said "Thank you" or anything). I will NEVER return back and already started telling my friends not to go (and anyone else for the matter). Just goes to show that being in an "nice area" doesn't guarantee good service. read more

I'm in Austin for work, and wanted to get a pedi because I'm going on vacation this weekend. Before Organic I went to two salons, one that was appointment only and didn't realize it until I got there, and the second accepted walk-ins but they were busy until about 7pm..... Organic got me in right away, and Terry was friendly and his work was great! read more

I've enjoyed all of my experiences at Organic Nails Spa - I've found everyone to be very friendly and the quality of the services to be excellent - but since finding Kim, I've been even more thrilled with the results. I've been to her twice now for SNS and my nails are longer and stronger than ever. Her attention to detail is incredible and it shows in the quality. It also has lasted longer than any other manicure I've had (3+ weeks). Can't recommend her enough! read more

Just returned from my first trip to Organic Nail Spa. My experience was great. The salon is very clean, with comfy chairs and a relaxing ambience. I got SNS nails done by Kim and I am over the moon with the results. She worked with such precision, made sure I was happy with each stage of the manicure and was chatty & bubbly. Will definitely be returning for a manicure with Kim! read more

Amazing, friendly staff. Wonderful service. Brought some guy friends in here and they were made extremely comfortable by the friendly ladies. Wine and other beverages were provided, the wax treatment was fantastic, and overall our polish is perfect. We liked it so much we stayed for a manicure also! Guys included! We will absolutely be coming back. read more

The ladies at Organic Nails and spa were amazing and beyond hospitable for my husband and I. We both got the Nuskin pedicure and it was way better than many other pedicures that I have gotten in Austin. The salon is very clean and they have great products. Hannah took great care in making sure I was happy with everything and gave me a wonderful manicure. They have only been open for 5 months and I will definitely return. read more

I love this place. I will travel all the way from Marble Falls to go here. And this is the only salon that does not smell of chemicals. They always do a fantastic job and I love the foot and leg massage. read more

Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Just a note, if you get SNS nails, you won't actually get a manicure. They'll just trim your cuticles a little and paint your nails, that is all. read more

Best visit yet! Thank you Leo!! I've been coming to this place regularly for nearly six months in an effort to beat the habit of biting my nails. These guys turned me on to gel nails and I haven't looked back! Their services are great for both hands and feet. And, their color selection seems endless. Tonight I came in with a chipped fingernail and Leo fixed me right up! I was surrounded by customers asking for pretty particular outcomes and the staff took it all in easy stride. This is a friendly and professional environment, for sure. Make sure you've got time when you come in. It's generally busy and for walk-ins the wait tends to be between 10-30 minutes. Worth it! read more

Overall, the service was quick, courteous and just ok. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a Friday afternoon, and when I arrived, the place was very crowded. They were able to get me with someone pretty much right away, and were polite enough, I just felt a little rushed. The atmosphere was a little loud and chaotic, but my technician did my gel manicure fairly quickly. I was probably in and out in 30-45 mins. The gel manicure is supposed to last for 2-3 weeks, but mine barely lasted a week before it started to peel off, and I am not hard on my nails at all. I'll be looking for an alternative salon. read more

I had a mani pedi and pedi with Anne! She did an amazing job and payed attention to detail. The pedicure chairs are nice and clean with massagers in them. They use separate liners for pedicures and are extremely sanitary. I know all the tdrl laws for cosmetology sanitation and this place is on top of it. I will be back. read more

This is my number one spot in Austin for a manicure. Everyone is super friendly and efficient.

Worst pedicure experience ever - Technician was super rushed. I told her to slow down and she cut my foot. I walked out. So upsetting .

Ombré nails...yea this lady told me she's done ombré before, I confirmed the price beforehand and the lady who did them gave me the exact same price in the beginning and in the end said her manager told her to charge me 5 dollars more. So total was 55$. For this? It not blended well, like she just slapped the powder on, they really don't care. It's obvious they don't have trained professionals to do the best, so I'm not taking no chances with any other tech there. She couldn't look me in my eye when she told me that so I felt she was lying. No they do not keep their word and not honest with their services and prices. Will not be coming back. read more

Came here for the first time, will certainly come back. Overall an excellent experience. Also I'm a dude and hate pedicures. But man. They give you wine and make jokes! How can you go wrong? You can't. Just come here and get yourself treated right. read more

Has new owners now and I'm really not impressed! I will not come back here...learn to treat your staff and customers better.

AHHH! They were a great salon, but without warning they just changed owners (Sept. 2016). Gone is the warmth of the former employees. So is the quality. This time, my manicure was not quite as nice, and it is SNS nails, so it's not cheap! I had been going here for a while and loved the place. Where did Ellen, Kim, and Tree go?! They always gave me such great quality manicures and pedicures, and I would gladly follow them to wherever they go. The new employees were friendly enough, but it just wasn't quite the same. read more

I moved to Austin 2 years ago and despite living southwest, i still travel here for the simple fact that the staff are amazing, it's very clean, my shellac manicures last sooo long and they offer frozen margs! Im now past 2 weeks with a shellac manicure on that has one tiny chip. Also, they're very attentive to detail when taking care of each nail. In a rush, I've gone other places that my manicure lasts half as long and won't be doing that again. Recommend fully. read more

Nina is the best. She did an amazing job on my raggedy cuticles. I wash my hands A LOT so my cuticles are very dry and peel. Nina cleaned them up and did the most perfect shellac manicure I've ever had. I thought the price was very fair for shellac. I've had less expensive but the quality of work definitely reflected what I paid. The other ladies were super nice and they had tons of colors to choose from. I can't wait to go back. read more

My polish is perfect! Thank you to Ryan for doing a fabulous job and for the probable manager for being so warm!

This place is great! I've been looking for a less-toxic version for my pedicures and they were able to fit me in even though they were quite busy, everything was super clean and disposable (including the tub liners) and the woman who helped me gave me great advice on options for a nail I have that doesn't grow anymore. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back. read more

Friendly staff and they do a great job of cleaning the supplies used. Always look forward to coming back.

Went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Great service, attentive, and clean. Good selection of polishes and new, fresh bottles. Good quality for both the manicure and pedicure. Kim was very attentive and careful. I didn't feel rushed, but they also were very efficient. read more

Kim is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her for any service. She is a sweetheart. She treats the business as if it were hers. Great person, great work ethic. read more

I was getting my eye brows waxed after work. The lady told me "it would be a few minutes" in a thick accent. I asked her to repeat it and I understood the second time, but after that she started to mock me by repeating what I had asked her and laughing...needless to say I won't be getting my eye brows waxed there anymore. read more
