Kim is your girl. She is super sweet, detail oriented, and comes highly recommend! I was referred to her by my coworker at Beauty Store who has been going to Organic for a while. I get stiletto acrylic nails and I wanted to try the new "chrome" polish trend. Kim did an amazing job on my fill and the chrome polish as well as shape the stiletto shape nicely. The shop is clean, modern, and relaxing. The staff all seem very friendly and talented. Not bad pricing either. So this place was recommended to us and we are looking for a place that can do all the nails for the ladies in our wedding. We looked them up on Yelp and called ahead to make reservations so we could all be seen, they told me we were all set. So we arrive and told the we were here for our appointment and they didn't respond. Finally someone said go sit in the chairs number 8, 9, 10. We had one person who was only getting a manicure. That person was asked to sit at one of the manicure tables. The started on my fiancee pedicure and I waited for over 20 mins before anyone talked to me about what my choices were or even started to work on me. My mother was getting just her manicure and she waited for over 15 mins with no one talking to her at all. They kept seating new people next to my mother but still didn't talk to her or get started on her manicure. My mother was tired of waiting and being ignored she decided to leave. Once they finally started working on my feet the lady who was working on my feet and cut the toenail on my big toe she, she said on this one was long and proceeded to poke my skin on the top of my foot with the old nail. That was it for me that is pretty disgusting and I was about done right then and there. They then proceeded to ask where my mother was and seemed aloof and hardly apologetic. Sarah rescued my nails. I went to another nail salon in Round Rock and they absolutely destroyed my nails. The dremel they used to get the gel off took way too many layers of my nail off, leaving them fragile and painful! I wanted to grow them out, but they kept breaking and bending. I went to Organic, told them what had happened, and Sarah patiently and gently soaked my nails and gently chipped the old gel off. My nails look soooo healthy and they no longer hurt. I was not at all impressed with my experience here. I had a manicure and a pedicure, both of which I was very unhappy with. There was no massage at all on my hands for the manicure, and the massage I had on my feet was terrible. My toe nail police actually looks really terrible as well. They talked me into doing the SNS manicure which looks ridiculous and horrible. I actually bit it off after 5 days because I couldn't stand the way it looked. It ended up costing like $85 for both. I came here randomly to get my SNS + tips taken off, and gel put on my natural nails. when my friend and i came in, there was barely any wait. right after i got seated, the salons got packed. it seemed like all they wanted to do was rush customers through. i payed $40 for a gel "manicure" and nail removal - i didn't even get a manicure! my nail tech used the nail drill on my dry cuticles (didn't soak them at all or use any other tools to clean up my nails) and nipped one so badly that it started to bleed everywhere. she couldn't get it to stop bleeding throughout the entire time she did my nails. she kept applying some green liquid to try to soothe the cut and repeatedly let the tip of the brush touch my bloody cuticle and then put it back in the container. it was so unsanitary. my cuticle still wouldn't stop bleeding until she applied SUPERGLUE (yes, superglue) to my cuticle, which i now can't clean because it's hard from the glue. on top of this, she took away the palette of gel colors i had where i already had a color picked out, and then brought me back a different one for the SNS dip powder which i had specifically stated i didn't want again. i would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. i will not be coming back. read more

I came to Organic about a month ago and the job they did was slightly more than decent. The polish lasted well less some unsmooth edges which weren't very noticeable. I'm here again today with Ivy who did a fabulous job with the massage and took her time being sure that edges were clean and neat. What I dislike is the type of exfoliator that is used for the pedicure that looks like a cheese grater. I'm sure if asked, it can be swapped out. The positive about that is she pulled it from the back as though it was cleaned before being used again-- which should be expected. The salon itself is clean and they do offer you something to drink while enjoying the massage chairs. Not sure if most places offer the mirror polish effect, but this place definitely does. I will definitely be returning and it looks like I have a preferred tech to make my piggies look pretty and hopefully with the chrome finish next time. read more

Called the salon on a Thursday afternoon and they said about a 30 min wait. Get there, put my name down, and did some shopping next door. Went back about 30 min later and still a wait so I made an appointment for the next day. They couldn't have been more apologetic but that's what you get when trying to walk in. Went in Friday and immediately got started. Lee did my pedi and she was amazing. Have runners feet (let's just say a mess) and she really took her time. Nails looked better than I expected and feet were in great shape considering how they looked when I walked in. Walked in to get SNS nails done for the first time around 11:15am and was sat right away, it wasn't crowded which is so nice. My nails were all different lengths and looking pretty sad and Terry shaped them up beautifully and understood what I wanted right away! Terry was so professional and nice! I wouldn't recommend for pedicures or shellac manicures. I've been here twice & they are really lacking on attention to detail. Polish is routinely left on the skin around my nails, causing it to look sloppy. Also, my shellac manicure was horrible. I kept finding obvious issues wrong with the manicure. When I pointed them out to the nail tech, she wasn't enthusiastic to fix them at all. She even ignored some of them. read more

This place is great and incredibly clean. I love the selection in nail polishes, as most salons I've been to in Austin don't carry 5-free polishes. Not only do they have a wide selection, but they offer SNS as opposed to gel or shellac polishes. I've had my SNS manicure for nearly two weeks, and they've remained perfect. I do not put my hands under UV light (aging, hello?), so this is a great alternative. I also got a regular pedicure, which was great. We went as a group of 21 girls from a dental office as a treat from our boss. We had a very upsetting experience, most of us had a very quick and bad pedicure. Some of us had to ask for them to do what normal pedicures come with. The massages on our legs were very very short along with the hot towels. I've called ahead to make sure they had an opening and I still ended up waiting a half hour. They will stick you in a chair to soak for 30 minutes or until you complain. Very awkward and bad experience. The place itself is clean. The girl who did my french tip on my toes was really sweet and tried her best. Halfway through her painting them, one of the men there (I can only assume is a manager) comes to stand over her and hovered about as she did them. I am trying to communicate to her how I want them to look but there is definitely a language barrier, so the man translates for me (or so I think). They still do not end up coming out the way I like them to even though I tried hard to explain and even showed photos of my own toes from the past, so the man says that my toes are uneven from how they were cut. He assures me that once she files them down evenly in the end, they will come out good. After filing, they still did not look the way I wanted them to. He says "Sorry you should have said something before drying them under the light." WHAT? Then I say ok well can we fix them before I leave? He says no and that I am taking up too much of her time. Meanwhile, there was NOBODY there waiting. He knows he messed up with how he was acting towards me and I get up to leave and he says "since you aren't satisfied I will only charge you $30, these are normally $35." I told him money is not the issue and I just wanted to like the work I was getting. Once I said that, he tells the cashier at the front to go ahead and charge me the $35. When I told my bf about the experience, he told me I should not have paid at all, and I regret that I did. Greedy and does not care about their clients. Go somewhere else, take it from me! read more

This is a brand new space. Neat 'n nice. Complimentary drinks offered; kid pedicure chairs too. The girls tech are take time to get my pedicure and manicure done a step by step. It's look so professional as I knew, "no short cut here!" The services exceed my expectations... I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I decided to give this place a chance because it is by my house. I got there at 5:30 waited about 30 min before I was seen. I knew it was the end of the day and I was okay with waiting. When a girl got started on my nails she's was in a huge hurry because they closed at 7, however she still had a hour. Because she was in a hurry she keep messing up and then just kept dipping in the SNS powder and now My nails are clumpy and thick. I received one of the best mani / pedis ever. The facility was clean and new. Great massage chairs. Nina did my nails. Flawless. The only criticism I can make is that it took much longer than anticipated. Usually I have one doing my toes and another technician doing my hands but NIna did both. I do however appreciate her time spent and the quality I received. I got a normal gel manicure because I was unaware of this new "SNS" manicure that's supposed to be better for your nails.
