Fun experience. The organist was talented and you can place requests. They have self serve water, decently priced ice cream scoop bar, and lots of picnic tables to sit at. Pizza was 6/10. Not much flavor but tons of veggies.

Good evening, well tonight's dinner was planned around grandkids as they were in town and Jen & I wanted to treat them to Pizza, Organ Stop Pizza, kids were excited as well as Jen & I I think many others had the same idea for dinner as it was a full house we did find seating upstairs, I got the order for what everyone wanted and headed down stairs to order, while in line people coming & going and all of a sudden the power went out, it came back on then off several times that the Manager decided to close the place down, bummer as I was looking forward to some great pizza & salad. Things happen so we will try again when our grandkids are here again.

This place is unique and famous for their Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ. It is absolutely beautiful and majestic. The performances are nightly and is essentially a one man orchestra. The organist also plays a lot of requests. I love the beautiful and powerful sound and it just takes you to another time. You order at the counter for your food and they give you a number to pick it up when it's ready. We ordered a medium specialty pizza- combination that had everything. The toppings were plentiful and it was pretty tasty. They also offer pasta, appetizers, a salad bar, beer/wine, and ice cream. The atmosphere is very casual and family friendly. The organ performance is the main event here and totally worth a visit.

Place had a line out the door waiting to get in at 3:30 pm on a Saturday when they open. To wait in the Arizona heat like that means they're doing something right. Mostly families with young kids but the place is just as fun as I remember it back in the 80's. Pizza was awesome with lots of toppings and they were not stingy at all. For an ice cream Float you can pick your soda and ice cream. The organ music comes complete with dancing cats, quacking duck, and even bubbles ... it doesn't get much better than that. The organ player takes requests. Lots of Disney songs and some must have classics like Bohemian Rhapsody, Yellow Submarine and Phantom of the Opera.

5 stars because this place is my childhood. I went here all the time growing up and it was such a great experience that I now bring my children here. Finding a family friendly restaurant in Arizona is hard but this one is perfect. There 2 stories and when the organ is going, it's loud and so fun, just a great show to watch and very unique! The food is just average, it not fantastic but it's your typical pizza parlor food. They also have a very small arcade and prize center for the kiddos as well. I love this place so much, I hope you guys try it!

This is a unique place with a huge Wurlitzer organ for entertainment. Be warned, it's loud but definitely fun! The pizza here is pretty good with fresh ingredients and a good dough. It's tasty and satisfying. The only complaint would be a small salad bar, but the fixin's are fresh and with some variety (salad bar, you only get one trip, so load up what you want first pass) and you can get individual drinks or pitchers for the table. Seating is picnic table communal seating so it's perfect for big get togethers. They have in house made ice cream and and choice of cones and bowls with toppings. The counter service staff is helpful and friendly, and even pay attention to the little customers The main reason to come here is the organist entertainment. The set up can take to back to the days of organists in ball parks and theaters in days gone by. There's also a small arcade to win tickets and small prizes. This is a great family place, with wonderful entertainment, friendly service, pretty good food, in a family friendly atmosphere!

Oh my gosh! We had such a great visit here-- and it brought back so many memories! 34 1/2 years ago, my husband and and I had our first date at the Organ Grinder in Portland, OR. The pipes for the organ here came from the one in Portland after it closed in 1996, so it was kind of cool to know that! The atmosphere is fun-- loud, as is to be expected, yet fun and cool lighting to go along with the organ. The organ rising and lowering is also really cool! Watching the player navigate all of the different parts of the organ is amazing! The pizza was awesome! Crunchy cornmeal crust, not burned, lots of toppings. We asked for no onion, received one WITH onion. They let us keep that one to munch on if we wanted while they made us a new one! THAT is great customer service! Can't wait to come back when our kids come to visit!

I felt like I was walking straight into a Chuck E. Cheese from the early 2000s. But MORE. It feels like a restaurant that belongs in the House on the Rock at Wisconsin. A place that feels whimsical and magical. I almost started crying when I saw the organ coming out and the lights and little dancers. What a feeling of nostalgia. Please don't change a thing, Organ Stop Pizza. From the smell of the air, the intricate details on the walls, and the menu in the front- everything felt so nostalgic. I wish I had been here when I was a kid! I absolutely loved it. There's a huge dining area on the first floor that can definitely accommodate for a large party of people and a beautiful view on the second floor. I'm really glad I found this gem. There are also gluten free options which I appreciate and a salad bar on the side.

Liberace meets Chuck E Cheese! Birthday gurl dinner out, I wanted something different. Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa is a delightfully odd experience. The world's second largest pipe organ in a pizza and beer hall. The ambiance was nice, the music was fantastic, and the pizza wasn't bad. The organist takes requests, and looks as though he tries to play them all. I can't imagine the talent it takes to play hundreds of songs, from memory, while organizing dozens of request cards, and playing that monster of an organ with both hands and both feet. We got Christmas music, Phantom of the Opera, Elton John, Billy Joel, Prince, Brittany Spears, Frozen, Pirates of the Caribbean, a huge variety. Highly recommend.

What I got: All day IPA Fried mushrooms Onion rings Small Pizza (several toppings) I haven't been here since I was a kid in elementary school for a choir trip and I had thought this place closed down till I recently found out that it was still open so I made a 40 minute drive with some friends and we had the best time it was just as great as I remembered as a kid the music was amazing the feel and theme inside gives you a Oktoberfest vibe , they have a small arcade area with a prize area and upstairs area as well to eat and watch the fried mushrooms were pretty standard as well as the onion rings, though my mushrooms were oddly sized and I think it could've used a bit more pieces, the pizza tasted like Peter Piper pizza honestly but that pizza is pretty good to me. The crust was pretty thin and I hear that you make their dough in house and I thought the dough tasted great. The toppings on top tasted good didn't taste like canned stuff My beer was a bit warm though, and they serve them in those reusable plastic cups. They are all like scratched up and stuff. I usually have sensitive skin so I react on like these bacterial cups a lot which I did a bit on my lips. I plan to come here more times in the future really great time just simple standard bar food. I would say don't expect the best food you're here for the organ player not the food so they aren't focused on making top notch food you know and what I really like. Is that there there's no tipping here like no option to do so on the machines and in the world we literally everything makes you tip. It feels nice to have a break from that. But definitely tip your organ player they have a big jar in front

The literal book definition of a dinner and show! This place is fun for all ages we saw everyone from kids to the elderly. I took my musician husband here for a date and since we both love music, it felt like such a cool way to incorporate it into our day. The pizza is priced surprisingly about the same as any restaurant pizza so why not enjoy live music along with a great meal? The place was packed. So just a heads up you might end up sharing a table, but we didn't mind at all.

My last visit here was about 15 years ago and I cant believe I had sadly forgotten about this place. I brought my cousin who is visiting form out of town and we had a great time. We were quickly greeted by the gift shop attendant as we walked in and she was SOOO nice. She gave us the 411 and gave me a refresher on how everything worked. We were a group of 5 so we ordered two large specialty pizzas, garlic bread with cheese, and a combo basket that included - mozzarella sticks, zucchinis, and fried mushrooms. We also got 4 drinks and one water. We sat down upstairs and we had a great view of the organ and show. Our food didn't take too long and we picked it up when ready. Everything was good. The pizzas were hot, loaded with toppings, and had a nice crisp. The garlic bread and basket were good as well. The workers we interacted with friendly and welcoming. Loved the music that was played!

Cool experience! Definitely stimulating when you first walk in! I recommend finding a seat and getting situated before ordering. You order at the counter (multiple counters if you want a drink or dessert) l, then you go pick up your order when your number shows up. I've been wanting to see this place for years and glad I came but probably wouldn't come back, certainly not as a single person. Too hard to coordinate seating, going back and forth for multiple items, and leaving my items unattended to go grab a drink. I do wish they would have someone w a long thru the dining area at least taking drink orders or allow people to pay for drinks at the first food counter then pick up before seating. The register is also very outdated but that was fine. The organ player was great and overall energy good. I did like the community table feel and asked my neighbor to watch my food while grabbed lunch but that still wasn't ideal because she had to grab her food while I was away. Not the best system for hygiene and convenience. I can see this establishment being great for families and kids. I was a bit nervous too about fall hazards for senior patrons who had canes and walking limitations with so many folks running around and in multiple lines. The salad bar options were generous and fresh. The garlic bread well prepared. Didn't love the flavor of the marinara sauce. A bit bland and sweet for my taste. Also no refills on sodas so everything adds up pretty quickly at the different stations. I went ahead and gave it a 4 since everyone seemed to be having a great time and the music ands atmosphere were great.

Ask the Community - Organ Stop Pizza

Is it still cash/check only?

They take cards now.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes. I definitely think it is. The entrance is flat and you can enter into the dining room from the lobby.

Is the organ played during all hours the restaurant is opened?

The past several times I have gone usually the first 30mins to 45 mins there is no organ playing. They then get going and have intermissions in between. Not sure about at the end of the night.

We requested a party of 20 but two people can't come will they still except our party?

No problem.

What time Does the organist play?

All day with a few breaks minimal

What time and day seems to be least busy?

Not sure what times are not busy. Maybe if you go mid-week it may not be as bad or go right when they open.…

Who is the BEST organist to go see perform since Charlie Balogh has passed, in your opinion?

Charlie's replacement is really good! He did a lot of 80's songs this evening (and some kids songs).

Why you don't take debit cards?

Because they don't have a card reader, nor a proper "vendor" agreement in-place with a credit/debit card processing service. There's an ATM in the lobby, however.

Is the pizza dough vegan?

Hi, yes the crust is vegan and they also offer a gluten-free pizza crust too. If you want vegan cheese on your pizza feel free to bring some in and we'll add it to your pizza! Questions? jack@organstoppizza.com

So I decided to Google search Paramount Theatre in Casa Grande (pronounced "grand" apparently) to see what I was getting myself into. After exploring the website I was able to see that the Paramount Theatre is a non-profit theater that host a variety of "acts" and shows from country western to big band. Located in a what seems to be a throw back to the 60's downtown area, the lights of the theater illuminate the dark dessert Arizona skies beautifully. This historic theater seemed small and quaint enough for me to purchase two tickets to see my favorite band. Even though the drive was 6+ hours for me from California, the experience at Paramount Theatre was well worth every mile. The Paramount is tiny! I've seen bigger auditoriums in middle schools! That being said the restoration/maintenance is very well done. Once you enter the front doors there is a small area to gather before entering the main theater doors. Bathrooms located on both sides of the waiting area were small but clean and well maintained. As you enter the main theater you will see that the decor is Egyptian themed. I'm not sure why but after taking it all in I'd say it actually worked. The stage itself is tiny and probably not elevated more than 4-5 feet about the crowd. There is also no permanent seating in the theater (online you can see tables and chair set up for certain shows) so we were able to the front of the stage for the concert which made the experience that much better! I've been to some really small venues before (Ventura Majestic Theater) but this one easily takes the cake. With that being said the employees at the theater were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The fans (which I assume many were locals) were very cool and relaxed which only enhanced my experience at the concert. I am so grateful I was able to not only watch my favorite band again (5th time) but I was able to see them at this awesome theater. Thanks to the wonderful people of Casa Grande and employees at the Paramount for a memorable experience!
