We had the best lunch at Oreno Ramen! We happened to stumble in to check out the food court and glad we checked out all the stalls before ultimately deciding on the ramen. Highly recommend the tonkatsu ramen and curry chicken. Worth the drive from ITP!

This place is located in the food court inside H-Mart. The ambience is very homey feeling with all the food stalls near each other. Seating can feel a little cramped, but I think it adds to the environment. My chicken bowl I say portion wise was a little bit on the smaller side but taste is there. The lady was very nice and you get a free water cup I say the meal was just about $11 so for that size I wouldn't say it's the best, but it's decent.

New restaurant that just opened up inside hmart where the Harue used to be. FOOD: there is simple yet delicious menu. You can choose from their options and substitute meat for pork, chicken or tofu. There are also a lot of add ins but the basic order comes with green onions, Brussels sprouts, kirage, egg and seaweed. The price is around $11-14 AMBIANCE: being inside hmart plaza, it is not the cleanest. All the times I have been present, I have never seen anyone physically come and clean any of the tables. Everything is self service and quick.

俺のラーメン (ORENO RAMEN) has excellent food and service. From the bulgogi beef to its rich broth I've fallen in love with their spicy tonkatsu ramen. It's the perfect meal to warm up with on a cold day or just to eat while you shop for groceries at the HMart. If you're in the area I can't recommend it enough

The only thing I like is the seasoned egg . I ordered to go and The portion is too small even for a kid . Okay I normally cook my bulgolgi rice at home .and I thought it's a pretty easy dish but I'm shocked by how dark the meat is ( look like over fried or from last week or something ) and how sweet and burnt the beef tastes . As you can see from the picture the beef bulgogi is all dark and over fried and way too sweet . And the pork looks like it's poisonous or something ....... I'd rather spent 30 dollars to buy grocery and cook at home or eat somewhere else . I also mange a restaurant by myself but the good quality is very important and I always keep in mind to get fresh food for customers and I'm really disappointed today .the food quality is poor here

We decided to try Slurpin' Ramen Bar first. I had read that they originally started in California so I had a good feeling about it and I'm so glad we went! Their tonkotsu broth was probably the best I've had in the US. It was rich and full of flavor without feeling overly heavy. It was so good that we didn't want to leave any behind so we actually took the leftover broth with us for the 5-hour drive home (thankfully we had a cooler bag!). I immediately had to tell my son who's currently living in LA for college so he can visit one there too. This place is definitely going on our must-visit restaurant list from now on.

First, when you walk into the restaurant, it is very cute, has a bar for solo diners and booths incase you are in a group. The location is very cozy and the employees were great! Our server was very patient and had no problem explaining, re-explaining, and confirming with the chef if he wasn't 100% on an answer. I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to explain the menu and make recommendations, which makes the experience even better. I ordered the Cha-shu Japanese Bun and the Cha-shu Ramen, and wow--both were outstanding. You can truly taste that everything is homemade, just like my adopted grandma made this at home with love, patience, and tradition. The cha-shu pork was perfectly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The bun was soft, fresh, and paired beautifully with the rich, savory pork. The ramen itself was next level. The broth was deep, rich, and comforting, clearly simmered with care and attention. The noodles had the perfect texture, and adding all the toppings just took it over the top--each ingredient felt thoughtfully prepared and balanced. This is the kind of place where you can tell the food is made with passion, not shortcuts. Amazing food, great portions, welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier service. If you're looking for authentic, comforting, and delicious ramen, Ramen Spot is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back again and again!

Just not a fancy place if that is what you're looking for. We don't care as long as the food is good. There lots lots of selections, the service was fine, the place felt like it needed to be cleaned... or just get new stuff... but the food was good. Maybe not as good as our fave spot but we liked it. Ramen needs to be flavorful.. it is basically noodles and broth so the additions count, the flavor is a must, and the cook on the noodle has to be just right. They deliver... it was good.

Aji Katsu in Suwanee, GA Japanese Tonkatsu & Ramen Spot…read more I am just not a big fan of the sweet flavor in Japanese cuisine. Aji Katsu does have some similar flavors in Japan. Shrimp Curry Udon - Classic Japanese curry: slightly sweet, super rich, and bold. Sauce coats every udon perfectly. Shrimp tempura a bit over-fried, slightly chewy, but tonkatsu-style breadcrumbs gave it a nice crunch. 8.5/10 Yakisoba - Generous portion for the price! Sauce has that tangy, fruity flavor I remember from Tokyo. Beef lightly seasoned. Personally, tangy noodles aren't my favorite, but Tokyo street-style lovers will enjoy. 8/10 Hibachi (Hambāgu) - Grilled Japanese hamburger steak, fried rice, sautéed veggies. Meat tender, veggies had a hint of truffle seasoning. Sweet teriyaki glaze not my favorite. 7/10 Bingsu - Red beans + condensed milk. Small size perfect for 2. Sweet, creamy, refreshing. 9/10

Initially, entering the store was a bit off. The hostess didn't speak to me for about two minutes; she'd made the assumption I was with another party getting a pick up order. But after that was resolved, I was seated quickly. The store layout was nice; big booths with tall sides for privacy. I'm not sure if I liked how all their chopsticks were in a container you pulled from the table but overall a small detail. I did really like getting ice cold water and the metal carafe they provided kept the ice out of the drink. I went for their Aji Ramen and got the $10 3 handroll add on. My choices were unagi, toro, and spicy tuna. Shockingly they didn't have any spicy tuna do I chose a salmon instead. The hand rolls came out first and a pair of scissors were also provided if I wanted to cut them myself. Here are my thoughts: Toro - surprisingly bland. There wasn't the feeling of rich fatness that I expect with it though to be fair I am comparing this to a far higher end omakase experience. Needless to say, I wouldn't chose this again. Salmon - surprisingly good. This ended up being my favorite of the three. The salmon was nice and fresh and the soy sauce and wasabi made for tasty savor bites. Unagi - also good. I'm a sucker for eel. Because of the ponzu sauce, there's no need for soy sauce. I made a mistake of dipping a piece that I cut from the handroll and it was way too salty. Eaten as is, it was just what I expected Aji Ramen - a solid bowl of ramen. I was very pleased with the full egg and also the chashu pork. I don't know if I recall the bean sprouts but at $14, this was kind of a steal in terms of bang for buck. Plenty of food even by itself. All in all, I liked Aji-Katsu. I don't think I'd travel for it but if I was in the area and in the mood I would stop in again.
