She ruined a very expensive pair of glasses. When I told her I didn't want her to bend another pair of glasses at the bridge, she rudely told me I could go elsewhere, but everyone adjusts frames this way. However, it's now Monday during business hours, almost 1 PM, and after several attempts, I still only reach voicemail with no answer. I ended up having to make an appointment with a new optometrist. This disappointing compared to how the office was before. I hope for the optometrist's sake, it improves. There should be no reason during business hours multiple phone calls are not answered.

The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I drove all the way from Menifee because of how much I used to like this place. I arrived just 10 minutes late, and with an empty waiting room, I was told they couldn't help me and I had to reschedule. Overall, it's been a really frustrating experience. I have astigmatism and needed a special pair of polarized glasses for fishing, since my regular glasses just don't allow me to see past the glare on the water. My normal lenses (made somewhere else before I knew about Woods Optical) are a progressive design which work ok for my daily needs but are far from ideal. They have very little peripheral view without blur, so I always have to turn my head to look at anything. Since they have three different prescriptions in them I also have to look down to see close or look up to see far without moving my head. I needed something for bass fishing with a wider field of view that would allow me to quickly glance around in the water to better spot fish or underwater structure to target. I was referred to Woods Optical by a mutual friend and quite frankly I'm amazed at the results! I'm not sure how he did it, but Dana was able to make a pair of glasses that let me see up close enough to tie my fishing knots, but also see far enough to spot birds and breaking fish, but here's the real kicker--I also have peripheral vision as if I'm not wearing glasses! He started to explain the special machine he has access to that can make advanced lenses other shops and optometrists cannot, but frankly it was too technical and these amazing glasses speak for themselves! Suffice it to say, Woods Optical can do things for you other places simply cannot, and you won't understand what you were missing until you have them make a pair for you. As far as how well these custom fishing glasses are working, I'm having one of the best bass fishing seasons of my life, and a good part of that is due to being able to see in ways I never could before. I wanted to give a big thank you to Woods Optical as I simply couldn't be happier!

The staff was great and I was appointed to Payton. She was very helpful on assisting me with the right pair of glasses. No pressure at all and she also assisted me on how to maximize my benefits.
