All of the staff was friendly and they even went over my benefits with me to make sure I understood everything. I appreciated that. .y appointment was quick and very thorough. We drove about 40-45 minutes to visit Solace Optometry in Murrieta, and it was absolutely worth the trip. My husband originally found them on Yelp, and while the near five-star reviews caught our attention, what really sold us was their designer frame selection. They did not disappoint. The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I ended up with stunning Gucci frames, and my husband picked out matte black Spy glasses that are nerdy in the best way but still totally manly. Perfect upgrade for him. We had such a great experience at this optometrist's office. From the moment we walked in, the front staff were so sweet and welcoming with my family and my two little ones. Although the appointment was initially only for one of my kids, we ended up scheduling an appointment for the entire family that same day because we were so pleased with the level of care, service and their expertise! They really went out of their way to make our first visit feel fun instead of scary, which made a huge difference. Every single person we interacted with, including Dr. Saleh, was friendly and engaging. Been coming here for years. Always excellent. Today was very different though. I was picking up my new glasses, and the girl who helped me was not friendly and rushed me out. I put on my new glasses and she asked me if I wanted to wear them out. I said yes, but they don't fit. As soon as I put my head down, they practically fell off. She went to the back and adjusted them - I tried them on again and they were better, but I don't know if they are correct. Anytime I've ever gotten new glasses, they have you look right at them to make sure they're straight. They feel the arms behind your ears to make sure they fit properly. None of that happened. I bet I was there 3 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I also just noticed there is some type of printing on the edges of my lenses. I've tried cleaning them and it won't come off. * Response to Owner: I purchased the same exact lenses last year and they didn't have these markings. I paid for premium lenses. The markings are in my peripheral and makes it somewhat fuzzy/cloudy depending on which way I look. The marks are also visible to those looking at me. It's not acceptable. read more

Dr. Fatin was incredible with me! I've been dealing with migraines for so long, plus my old prescription was way over due. Not only did she hear my concerns, but also helped me realized dilation is key for my prescription, cause without it I give a false prescription which were what my last glasses were! Had an appointment at this place today. It's been 17 years since I've had prescription glasses. I've gotten away with readers all this time. But now I have to have them for driving and most especially for reading. From the time I called to make the appointment (which was so great because they squeezed me in today) when they informed me they had just had a cancellation would I like it? Of course I jumped on it. But their entire staff has such an upbeat, great attitude. They're super nice. It was great experience from start to finish. I actually felt bad because I came in early and they took me early for my appointment and then at the very end I had to try to rush because I needed to get home to relieve my son-in-law so he could go to work. They even had a great sense of humor about that and got me out of there just in the nick of time I got home and he made it to work on time. But to that entire staff, kudos I mean they're just amazing and I can't sing enough praises! The attention and care provided at Solace is truly unmatched! I brought my elderly mom in for an eye exam and to get her progressives. The doctor was so patient and explained things to her in simple enough terms where I didn't need to help translate for the most part. My mom usually freaks out and needs my help for everything but I could tell she felt really comfortable here with the doctor and all the staff assisting her that she didn't even need me! They were good when I went for pervious appointments. Now, they don't take Tricare insurance anymore which is a big deal since we have such a large military community here. As for anyone that doesn't use Tricare, they were pretty good except for the high price of their glasses. read more

They helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond with assisting us with little questions and requests. Doctor was extremely helpful. I came in for my annual eye appointment and to get some new glasses and fell in love. The check in process was super easy, just filling out some forms about my insurance and health background, and was seen by the doctor within minutes. The doctor was super nice and thorough with my exam, but the best part was my experience picking new frames. Priya, the one to check me in, was so helpful in grabbing different frames to try on and explaining the various options for lens types after I picked the frames. Sometimes it's difficult to find words that adequately describe a five-star rating. That would be this situation. The newer doctor here is off the chart amazing! Dr. Saleh is knowledgeable, communicative, patient with her patients, and very present in your time with her. Her follow up is something I've never experienced in this area. It caught me by surprise, but this is what care used to look like. In this office, it's back! The staff is kind, attentive, extremely professional, and always responding to my questions with compassion. I've never experienced a wait longer than a few very short minutes. We were looking for a new optometrist. This one was recommended by our insurance so we took a chance. The front staff and doctor were all very friendly. I really appreciated the doctor explaining things as she went along. They have a good selection of glasses. I would say the only downside is the frames are very expensive there. LOVED our doctor in San Diego, but had to find a new one since he moved. Solace Optometry had good reviews, so I gave them a shot. Located in a shopping center, they are right off the freeway and have sufficient parking. The waiting area is clean and offers a small to moderate selection of eyewear to choose from. The ladies in the front are kind. Dr. Saleh was very professional and caring. She took her time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and she was satisfied with the final prescription. I was digging in my yard and a piece of rock and some dirt flew into my eyes. I flushed my eyes out immediately after, but there was some stinging a few weeks later and I started to become concerned thinking I may have caused some actual damage to my eye. I called to make an appointment and Dr. Krewer was able to see me immediately. The staff was all very nice and so was Dr. Krewer. The doctor did a thorough evaluation and assured me that there was no debris left in my eye after this unfortunate accident, but there was some inflammation on my inner eyelids that he addressed with some prescription eyedrops. My eyes are now as good as new and I am happy that I was able to find top notch eye care in the area. I called to schedule an appointment for myself and two toddlers since this page states they service as young as 6 months old. My children are over the age of 1 year old. When I called, the individual who answered said they don't take children younger than 5. I had my first appointment with Solace Optometry this week. I was drawn to this office because of the positive reviews. Front office staff- attentive, friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and comfortable offering mini stylish options for eyewear. Optometry tech - she was so kind and knowledgeable utilizing state of the art equipment they offer to assess your eyes. Dr. Saleh- she has a wonderful bedside manner, was patient with all of my questions, offered advice and presented as passionate about what she does. Pryrah- I spent the most time with her discussing insurance options, trying on the glasses and ultimately ordered several pairs with her expertise on getting the most for my money with insurance to minimize out of pocket costs.
