Thursday, 2-19-2026: I stopped by since I was in the area to get my eye pads on my glasses replaced since they were looking green & worn. It was nice to walk in, be warmly greeted, and directed to take a seat at one of the tables. I didn't wait long before a technician came, took my glasses, and I came away with brand new eye pads. No adjustments needed. The fit was comfortable and I was soon on my way very happy. Customer service here is always superb! read more

I am very glad to find the place. The best experience I had with my contact fitting the Dr's are great

The visit itself was fine, but they promised an online account that I could see my test imaging, results and visit documentation but there is nothing. But oh yes, they keep your email in their spam list and hit you back to book another appointment. The pace of life in the 21st century **demands** that we can reference our last visit history and docs, images and info. If you can't do that, I won't be back. read more

When I lost my glasses, I called Redhawk Vision Center to check options, since they provided the initial exam. Since I have moved, I wanted the specs on my glasses to give to new provider and avoid another exam and time, and money associated with that. They wouldn't do that. So, I re-ordered glasses at $118 and was told maybe a week or so. It's been almost two weeks and nothing. I called this morning and was told that the lab broke the frame and I would have to come in and do the process all over, including new pricey exam. When asked why no one contacted me for this information, I was told "Because it just happened". I demanded my refund, was told they'll have to check with Manager to get an ok on this refund. Bottom line, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't care about people, they care about money. Gonna give my money to someone who actually cares and believes in customer communication. They didn't tell me about the damaged glasses, wanted me to keep waiting, because they wanted the final sale to go through. Shady at best-----GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Showed up to the office on my appointment time. Had to rush to drop off my kids at school, and push meetings around. When I arrived, the doors were locked, people were just sitting around gabbing and laughing inside. They could see me, they did not move to open the door. They should update their office hours to be accurate, instead of wasting people's time. I refuse to allow unprofessionalism to profit, but also - If they can't open their doors on time when they are literally sitting there, what else do they fail at? read more

Pretty simple, they told me they had one specific brand I was looking for, in order to get appointment. Once there and done with exam, they inform me they don't carry the brand I am looking for and are "sorry" Typical sales tactics, it was not a mistake. Be ware. Sadly won't be back... Do not go here. I just left their office because they apparently did not have my appointment scheduled. I am a new patient, scheduled my appointment last Monday April 4 for April 11 @ 2:30pm, took the day off work to have my eye exam for both contacts and lenses. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me well there's nothing I can do. We don't have an available appointment. Okay we'll can you check who made my appointment because clearly a mistake was made. Instead, I get a nope not my mistake your going to have to reschedule. If your office makes a mistake, own up to it and schedule an appointment for me. Instead what I do get is lip and accused of not making my appointment. The receptionist blames me for the mistake when I only called 1 location for my appointment. Thank you Red Hawk Vision. I'm out 1 day of work because of your mistake. I was called back fairly quickly for exams the assistants do. However, I waited for 25 minutes for the optometrist to see me before I left.

This has been my office if choice for many years. The new office is spacious, the front office staff is friendly and professional. The whole place is sparkling clean! I always find lovely frames in a price range my insurance will cover. They have a huge selection. The drs are very friendly and really help you to keep your vision the best. They are always responsive to any more urgent care neded. read more

I went here today to look at eyeglass frames & the girl at the reception desk was extremely rude and said I could not look at the frames unless I gave her a copy of my drivers license. This was the sixth optometry place I had been to that were I'm my VSP vision insurance network, all of the other receptionist were extremely nice and let me look at the frames and try on whatever glasses I wanted to, and never asked me for an ID or if I had insurance. I ended up going to Bel Villaggio Eyecare, everyone there was extremely professional and gracious, they were able to get me an appt right away and had a great selection of frames. read more

The staff and Optometrist are very professional and welcoming. The office is very nice atmosphere and is modern. The less than perfect score takes into consideration their very high cost for glasses. I received a very basic no-name frame with prescriptive lenses. Our eye insurance provided $150 towards frames but I still paid around $250 for generic frames and prescriptive lenses. The next time I am due for an exam I most likely will return but, get my glasses at Costco. read more

Steer clear of this place. Dr. Donny Broyles gave me the wrong prescription. I ordered my glasses somewhere else and I couldn't see well through them. (He had my left eye jump up 3 levels!) Dr. Broyles' staff told me they wouldn't recheck my vision without charging. I got my vision rechecked with a different optometrist and my new glasses are perfect. (My left eye had only gone up 1 level). Dr. Broyles does not stand by his results/errors. They also push expensive progressive lenses very hard. This office is just in it for profit, not to help the patient. My family of 4 will never go back. read more

Location - On Hwy 79 not far from the 15 freeway. Its a new medical building area here in Temecula, and the inside is very modern, spacious, and bright. Parking - Plenty of parking around the building. Service - Called in the morning of the visit, and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment to have my eye looked at. Dr Browles is amazing and cool OD that came highly recommended from family and friends. He is professional, hip, cool, and nice that I would highly recommend him to others and would visit him in the future. Pricing - He was very reasonable on the pricing for my visit. Both my husband and I were in need of a vision test and new glasses. We chose this place and we were very happy we did. Everyone is very professional and pleasant to deal with from the moment you walk in. They are all very informative and patient with you the whole time. I have been coming here for 12 years. The doctors are fabulous. Love them and their time and attention. But... the wait times are ridiculous. This last time my appt was at 9:15. 9:15! How many people could possibly be before me to back things up. At 9:45 I was still sitting waiting to be seen. Was finally seen at . The new office is nice, but feels more overwhelming since it's much bigger. I also had an issue with a prescription and was given no help at all. I took the prescription in where they recommended ( first mistake. Should have stuck to my normal pharmacist). It came back as denied. I went home and called insurance and was told they just needed to put it through again (that one is in the pharmacy). Then it was a series of phone calls between myself, insurance, and the office. Jackie was if no help and kept telling me it was my problem to appeal, when that should have been on them. Every time I called my insurance. I write the previous review long ago, but never posted it. Today 5/27/20 I had an appt that I made weeks ago. I showed up on time ready to go. I was then told that the appt system they use is messing up and I did not have an appt and the gist appt is in July. It's now been over 14 years that I have been coming here. I still love the attention and care of the doctors, but unfortunately this is the last straw and I am leaving to find a new eye doctor. It's very sad that they can't get their office straight. I'm sure there are other personable and friendly doctors, hopefully that have their offices more in order. read more

Really nice people work here but unfortunately I wasn't educated how glasses work, but I left here thinking I wouldn't be able to afford $500 in glasses I was told I needed. I asked Costco if I could bring the proscription from the doctor and they pointed a few red flags right away. Well now I'm only paying $119.98 for new glasses and my prescription also scratch and glare proof. If you want designer and love throwing dollars down the drain then go here, but like to save your money try Costco. read more

I wasn't expecting much coming here...I mean it's the eye doctor? But everyone was so incredibly nice! I was shocked when I found out I "definitely needed glasses" because I thought I could see fine. After getting my eyes dilated the entire team was incredibly helpful with assisting me find a pair of frames that looked great. They also helped me text pictures of the options to my friends and family because I literally couldn't see a thing with my eyes dilated! Dr. Donny Broyels is the man! He was awesome and attentive. The receptionist was very friendly along with I think her name was Sheron who helped me with my glasses set up. This was my first eye appointment ever so I don't really have much to compare it to. They have a nice selection of eyewear designer and not. The office is beautiful. I found Redhawk Vision Center and was pleased with my initial appointment. The Dr was very personable. THEN THEY MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION. After dropping nearly $2,000.00 on eye glasses I was told if I ever needed them to be adjusted or receive warranty work swing by and they could take care of it and make the proper adjustments. My wife was told she couldn't drop them off because they needed to adjust them to my face. So as instructed I dropped in. After waiting 40 mins and watching staff mill about and customers come and go. I inquired about how long I would need to wait. I was told, you have to wait until there are no more patients. Possibly all afternoon.... laughable. REDHAWK VISION CENTER is there for its customers who have their wallets open. Taking care of repeat customers however seems not to be a priority. Shooting yourselves in the foot here guys. In the end I dropped my glasses off to wait for a call of when they would be adjusted and they would call me to pick them up. Really???? I won't be back, my kids and my wife will not be back. I will tell everyone I know, Redhawk Vision Center Center is more about the quick $ , than quality service and establishing repeat customers. Once your out the door, you had better pray you don't need adjustments or warranty work -or- be prepared to wait all day. Donny B's comment is half truth. I asked for the lenses to be replaced.... they were under warranty by the manufacturer. I have come to this vision center since I was a little girl. I've moved plenty of places out of the area and still will always get my vision done here. The staff has always been great but even greater this last time I came in. There were newer people then I remember and when I had a crisis with my last pair of contacts they rushed to get me some new ones. A few days later when I called and the contacts hadn't come in yet I spoke with Margarita on the phone. She was nice enough to check for a trial pair so I didn't have to wear my glasses for my graduation pictures. Would definitely recommend. read more

I don't even know what to say. We have been coming here for many years and the last few years have been a big disappointment. I'm not sure about the new front desk person, very friendly but spoke to me like I was 2. And I was told I need transition lenses. Picked out a pair of glasses there and the total was going to be almost 400. Of course I needed the expensive lenses, so 400 out of pocket for glasses, and that's with my insurance. I get a 2nd opinion on glasses because something just doesn't sit right with me. Guess what.....I don't need transition lenses, I always take my glasses off to read and I told them this many times. So, I get glasses for 130. I'm totally done with this place, totally done. read more

Okay, I still had a great experience with Dr. Iraheta. But, my husband had an unfortunate experience with the tech taking the order for his glasses. He specifically asked for Transition Lenses and the scratch resistant lens since it is included in our insurance. The tech apparently did not write that in the order. When my husband got his glasses he was very very very very disappointed to see that they weren't what he wanted. When he called to see if they could fix his glasses to the way that he specified. They said they couldn't because it wasn't in the order. He looked at the orders and realized that the tech did not put what he wanted. So now he is stuck with smudgy non-transition lens glasses. He gets bitter almost every time he wears them. Sadness. And his glasses were not cheap! As you can tell from my other reviews. read more

Absolutely horrible experience here. They made us wait for two hours even though we had appointments and then sent us to the lobby to wait even longer for dilation. Absolutely no consideration for the fact that we were there way past our scheduled time. Ended up having to leave even before we could conclude the exam and get our prescription because they had no end in sight for our appointment. They are very helpful, welcoming and Amanda is just the best! They have a very high end choices of frames that are at a fair price. The doctors are one of tye best. Had an appt on 9/24 and I wanted contacts. I wanted the near/far combination so I was put on Biofinity because I was using that product before. I went along with it. Good first visit but that was it. I was put on Biofinity Multifocal & Aquaclear contacts to try out. I had a call message after a week. Called left a message, they called back to see how they fit and the person told me that the doctor isn't in but will call me back when she is on schedule. Finally, they got a hold and spoke with Eva on 10/7 just before I was going on my vacation. I mentioned to Eva that I was having issues with the multi-focal contact not being clear close-up that caused it to be blurry and I work in my office using computers. I wanted to try something else. Eva told me that is the best contact for me and that was all and no follow-up visit. I was waiting for her to provide a follow-up with the doctor but nothing. She told me that my contacts were on a rebate and that would be good for me and since I'm leaving the country that I had to order them right away. Let me tell you, if I didn't have vision insurance I would not have purchased from them as they were over $100 box of 6. Not only did I feel like they just wanted to take my order and get my money but they forgot about their customer. I'll never go back and someone was asking me about that place so I told them how I felt and now I'm yelping about it. I gave you 2-star because you have potential. read more

I went there this morning and I have Dr. Cathy R. she was AMAZING. I loved her! She was very personable, kind and very straight with me. She took her time to make sure that she right fitted me with exactly what I wanted and needed! She also gave me a follow up date to just check in with her and see how they felt and if my contacts needed to be changed she'd do it free of charge. Office was clean and presentable. The staff was fine, the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because the blonde girl at the counter was ridiculously loud. She hurt my ears. She was nice, but she was so freaking loud I bet the whole parking lot could hear her. I will DEFINITELY be back. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Close to home, nice doctor and easy parking. Problem 1 They really forced me into Progressive lenses. High pressure sales! This was my first pair of glasses so I didn't know better. 3 weeks later I couldn't use them. I went back in to see what to do and the worker told me I should just buy another pair of glasses.??! Really, mine are new and I spent good money on them. I left but called back and another worker told me they would remake them. Still didn't help! Problem 2 We changed insurance and I was trying to see if they took the new one. Worker took down a TON of information and never called me back. I called a 2nd time and the 2nd worker admitted no one had made notes in my file. I was ignored. With these two issues we went to Temecula Creek! read more
