My newest discovery....been going to one of the big box glasses co for over 10 years. My wife found these guys. Dr Parker is very friendly and takes the time to discuss your eye health. Front office and all staff are very nice. Found my new frames check. Ordered my new lens check. Come back in two weeks for final fitting and pick up of my new windows for my eyes. Very happy and definitely reccomend Temecula Eye Center.

Apparently I was supposed to look for this denial email! I had no idea this was their "system". Not good customer service! At all

I was told I'd probably need readers, but, I don't! I understand that each persons results may vary, yr mine are experience is stellar! I'll be honest, I am so happy with it half way done, I can't believe what I've been missing. I really spent years "accepting" that I'm losing my vision because I'm getting "older". I can't wait for my other eye to be done and I can resume flying again. You folks gave me my vision again, I literally feel like I've opened my eyes for the very first time and saw the world. Lastly, I'm not a "review" kind of guy. I'm just not. But this is such a huge change in my life, I had to leave a review. So, if your considering Nvision to restore your vision, don't wait and wait like I did, don't be scared of this like I was, there was nothing to fear, and everything to gain. I can't believe it! I can see again!

First off the waiting room is tiny and usually cramped to the point you cant get a seat. If that…read morewas the only issue I wouldn't be writing this. I was referred to Pacific from Inland due to needing a Glaucoma specialist. Was told they accepted my insurance which both entities of my ins. are listed as accepted on their list. A month to get my first visit which is fine but after prescribing another eye drop and told surgery was not an option they made another app. for a full work up in three months which was in the first week of Oct. 2025. IMO i should have had a sooner follow up to check on my eye pressure situation but three months later...... After a full work up im told my pressure is not being maintained by the drops and now Dr. Yung is recommending surgery. Unfortunately he tells me now that my ins. does not cover that and "There is nothing more he can help me with". This leaves me forced to contact my primary care DR. and ask for another referral for a Glaucoma specialist. So I lost four months of time because they couldn't tell me at the get go my ins. did not cover any procedures. Another note: I and my insurance co. left messages multiple messages with the scheduling agent, Karen, to see if they could get it covered after getting the paperwork submitter and NEVER got a call back. This is the worst treatment i've ever encountered in my 59 years.
