This place would totally have received a 5-star if the customer service was better. We just recently found out that our two year old daughter needed glasses which is very new for us. We were recommended to this place by our insurance. We walked in and were greeted which was nice however we were not assisted in picking glasses out until we asked for help. Leslie just looked at us like we were annoying her and just pointed in the general direction where the toddler glasses were. We have no clue how this works and ended up feeling like no one cared about us. Finally another employee (most likely a manager) ended up helping us which was appreciated. I hope Leslie has a better day. read more

I was referred to this place by my work as we use 3M safety glasses and they sell those here. So I went here two years in a row for an eye exam and and glasses. They are amazing! My Mom was having trouble finding a good place and I recommended this place to her. She loved it, not only did she buy a new pair of glasses but she had an old pair re-lensed because she liked the new lenses and prescription so much. She even liked Dr. Jury he is very patient, that's the other reason I like going there, he takes his time to make sure your prescription is spot on, you feel like a person here instead of a number. They even had a good selection of frames here too, that's not too important to me, I get the same frames every time, my Mom however spent forever trying on everything! read more

I had 2 pairs of glasses I bought over the past few years at this location, that needed adjustments... I stopped in and Andrew came out from the back and "detailed" my old glasses back to perfect shape for me in under 15 minutes. He was a character and a perfectionist! Made me laugh while waiting. If there were a sixth Star, I would give that freely... I give this business ... 10 Stars. They exceeded my expectations more than any other Optometrist/Eyewear experience in my life. And, this is NOT an exaggeration. Needing a pair of Prescription Sunglasses, I went in on Friday, I went in without an appointment (eyes had recently been checked by Dr. Jury). We settled on 2 really nice pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses. Well, I was expecting the usual 2 week waiting period. However, on the following Wednesday, they called to notify me that the glasses were there and ready to go. (That's right... ordered on Friday - Picked up on the following Wednesday). I know!!! Right?? Who does that?? These are not only the nicest Sunglasses I have ever been able to wear, they came in record time. To say i am pleased is simply not enough. Every person that works here gave a smile and a kind word!! They are the sweetest, nicest, fun people. I do not think i will ever have to go elsewhere for my Vision needs again. I have been a patient of Dr. Jury for over 15 years, and over that time I have started a family and all 3 of my children have needed glasses and contacts from a very young age. Over the years, the care we have received from Dr. Jury and his staff has always been exceptional! What prompted me to write this review was something that happened just recently. My husband is a Firefighter and contracted the Corona Virus while at work. Unfortunately, the virus was spread throughout our household. So here we are, fighting the Corona Virus, when my 19 year old son wakes up one morning with severe pain in his eye and unable to open it. We were obviously under quarantine in our home and did not know what to do. We called Dr Jury, explained the situation, and never expected him to get into his car and come to our house to evaluate and treat our son curbside in front of our house. He shows up in full PPE and treats our son and it was such a relief during this time of crisis for our family! We would never expect anyone to go above and beyond to that level to help us at at a time when we were needing it the most! We are so thankful and cannot say enough about an individual who goes to that level to care for his patients! read more

First time here was very happy staff was super friendly, they have a great selection of glasses definitely coming back.

I'd like to start off saying the staff was very nice and helpful. Even the exam went well. The problem was my prescribed glasses. I knew something was wrong the minute I wore them. I felt like my right eye was straining. I called the office and told them about this and was told I needed to get used to them. I wore them for two months. I was constantly getting headaches. I went in and spoke to the man who does the adjusting. He took my glasses checked them out and proceeded to tell me that the lab had switch the lenses. He sent the glasses back to be corrected. I wore these glasses for a year, still feeling something was wrong. I decided to go to another Optometrist. He informed me that the lenses in my glasses were incorrect. It was the same problem. I know that it could possibly be the labs fault but I feel the eye care place should check to make sure the prescription is correct before they are given to the customer. And by the way my husband had the same problem with his glasses. Is it the incompidence of the Optometrist, the staff or the lab? I will not go back to find out. read more

i really had a great experience at vision experience. i had been going to another optometrist in temecula but the front desk staff always seemed to mess up my order, it took weeks to get my glasses right. i tried vision experience bases on the reviews and was pleased to find a awesome staff, really liked dr. jury and i had my new frames and glasses back in about a week. they were perfect....about two months later i had a mountain bike accident and smashed my glasses and scratched the lenses. i took them in to see what i could do to replace them and vince fixed my frames and replaced my lenses under warranty. thank you vince, i think you went above and beyond and i really appreciate it...regards, art read more

Dr. Parker is amazing. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with regards to personal eye care. He had answers to all of my questions and didn't rush me on out of there like so many other doctors do because they have other patients. The front staff seemed friendly enough. Their machinery/equipment is new and clean. The price for a general eye exam was $87 (I don't know if thats expensive or not; I don't shop around for bargains when it comes to health) but then they tacked on an extra 30 for a "fitting". I guess that is for the trial pair of contacts they give you. I didn't mind paying a little extra though because I left in a good mood and with a bag full of goodies! :) read more

I don't usually take this much time but I really did have a good experience with these folks. I was very concerned about a particular problem and they got me in within two days but offered an immediate look if I thought it was necessary. The equipment was top notch and everyone was very nice. Knowing my concern Dr. Jury dispelled my fears before the exam was even over. I did need a referral and he wrote me a letter to speed it up with my primary Dr. after I gave him the contact information which saved me a trip up there and a co-pay.
