The doctor Michelle is nice and helpful. The staff at the front desk are rude and have attitude. Their glasses are a bit over priced. I asked for my prescription to order them else where, and thats when the attitude started. While I was waiting for my documents , Gabby the receptionist was rude to other patients that were trying to schedule an appointment on the phone. The service is okay. The screws came off two days after I picked up my glasses. Returned them to get them fixed and I had to wait something to do again with the screws and wrong frame. They finally made it right, but it took them weeks. Which is fine things happen. I just thought it was a comedy of errors. The sad thing about this place, is that they are not open every Saturday. I work during the week and can only make it on the weekends. I initially went here because they are close to where I live. After my first visit last year I realized that after 12 year of wearing glasses this was the absolute best exam I ever had. Not only was the exam great and different it resulted in the best prescription I ever had as well. I got a new job and the insurance they offered would not allow me to go here so I changed insurance so that I can go to Dr. Buu. When I got to the office there was some serious confusion with my new insurance, that had nothing to do with them. The staff (all of them) rallied to help me get it straightened out. The made phone calls on my behalf and ultimately it was all taken care of but it was totally because of their efforts, kindness and customer service. Ordered a pair of glasses, and a pair of prescription sunglasses. $400+ and 2 weeks later I find out they ordered a different set of frames than the ones that ordered. I called the same day I picked them up and they said that it wasn't their fault. These sunglasses do not fit my face. They they are nothing close to what I ordered. They refuse to accept their mistake or take any responsibility for it. STAY AWAY!!! *UPDATE* after 4 visits, over a month of waiting, and $200 later they still cant get the order right. we have been through 3 sets of frames, and they have taken our money and given us nothing but frustration! read more

I've been going here since I was in 6th grade, I'm 21 years old now. Dr. Buu is one of the best eye doctors and will really go out of her way to get you seeing clear, i was diagnosed with Kerataconus and ever since, she has been helping me see clear through any complications. Right now I am wearing Scleral lenses that she had me fitted, and they're really comfortable and it gives me great vision. I went here for the first time on a referral from my doctor. I've never had such a great experience at an optometrists, Dr. Buu is so pleasant and thorough. She treated me as if she had all the time in the world and did so many tests and answered all my concerns. The front staff was extremely helpful and the dispensing optician worked with me to pick out a frame that suited me.
