I arrived on a Saturday, and the owner Raul gave me a run down on the next steps. He was very cordial and explained to me the process with insurance and repair. We got the vehicle back approximately 2 weeks after drop-off. It was a bit long but from my understanding Progressive insurance took a couple days to have an adjuster come down and inspect the vehicle therefore causing the delay. Otherwise, once the insurance was settled, our vehicle was worked on immediately. We're extremely happy with the repair. Raul's team did a fantastic job with the repairs. Raul has been in business for 4 or 5 decades now so it's comforting to have a shop like Raul's with a long reputation and experience. The free repair was so good, a scratch that apparently couldn't be repaired for free did show up more clearly, but the associated dents were gone....Raul gave me a discount on repairing the long scratch (takes two days), but I haven't pulled the trigger on a yes yet.
