Also had hair stuck to them. After my pedicure was done and it was time to dry my feet with a clean towel. The towel was removed and their was HAIR stuck to my foot. It was a uncomfortable experience. I spent 50$ on a deluxe pedicure. I would suggest going somewhere else. Not thrilled with the manicure I just left from. The pedi was good. I paid almost $80 for nails that are blotchy and misshaped. Also when cleaning the tools my tech only sprayed the equipment with alcohol. This place used to be my mom's go to spot, so I started going. Every single time I've made an appointment, I still show up and sit for 30-45 minutes waiting. I always make an appointment and specifically ask for Cindy... and I've only ended up actually getting her once. I got my mom a gift certificate for mothers day this year... and even after being a regular customer, she showed up today and had to wait for 55 minutes for the appointment she made a week ago. So, originally I was in love with salon, super close to home and great nail techs! On my first visit I had an amazing deluxe pedicure and the cutest toes ever, so of course I wanted to return for my birthday weekend for something fabulous.... This nail date wasn't the case... at all. For starters... I went to the lady who had done my toes originally with the help of Amanda for designs. FAIL. I wanted a pinky nude with glitter. She told me they didn't have any nudes like that and that the pink would come from my actual toes, Amanda came over and said the same thing... ( -_-) so she just did layers of glitter in shellac. She awkwardly started my deluxe Pedi ( the massage hot towels etc. ) AFTER painting my toes wrapping my ridiculously glittered toes in hot towels and trying not to ruin her paint job. When she was done she asked me if I liked them and I told her it's not what I asked for but its ok. After an hour of the shenanigans I had to wait on the owner Cindy to do my beautiful long real nails into a coffin shape. As she began I explained the pink situation and she said oh honey, I am not sure why she told you that it must be the lang. barrier next time ask me and I will translate. (yet when she was asked to come over she sent Amanda to help). She pulled out 4 shades of the exact color I was talking about and said that she will do my nails in that color. After stating my nails Cindy had cut the shape weird so we just decided to go with a set. Once applied and shaped I informed her that a few of the nails were lop-sided, she looked and said she sees and that she redo them in a little. She attempted to shape them to look less crooked but just shaped one side to make them all look as if they are running over to the left... (insert irritated emoji!). When I asked her about redoing them wrong the bent my hand back towards me and said that she feels like they are fine and where do I see them being crooked?! I then showed her how all of them had been extremely filled on the right side and she said that she doesn't see it. By now I am irritated as hell and ready to go. Now, I am not a super perfectionist nor am I a girl who gets her nails done often.. my real nails were perfect.. thank God they grow fast. Long story short I paid $100 and wasted 3 hours just to have freakin disco toes and nails that had a crappy glitter drip effect and looked as if the coffin was rolled on it's side. Went here to get a rebase and they took off my nails. So I just opted for a gel manicure. The girl was so very gentle. I am very grateful for that. It's about the only reason I gave a star. When I left they looked amazing. Too bad the next day they were all chipped and cracked. Yes a gel manicure cracking and chipping after one day. I had to go out of town that day so I had very very limited time to get them redone. I went back the next morning at 9 am when they are supposed to open. No one was there. I waited until 9:10. Still no sign of a human being. I went back at 10 and the owner was there. I let her see my nails and she said she couldn't do anything until 11:30. She told me sorry but she didn't seem to care at all. She said to go back and she would do them but honestly I didn't even care. I ended up going to the place by Albertsons. I've been coming here to get my nails done for over a year and they're fantastic. Friendly, fast, and they do great nails! I've had to get my nails done at a couple other places when traveling and they're not nearly the same quality as OP Nails III. I do gel overlay on my natural nail with the Gel/Shellac polish. Don't make an appointment because they never keep it. I had made an appointment for my lunch hour. I needed a simple service. A shellac change which should only take about a half hour. I made my appointment for 1pm and I sat there waiting for 40 minutes!!! I ended up just leaving because I wasted my entire lunch. It's extremely unprofessional. They shouldn't make appointments if they can't live up to the commitment. Honestly I would always come to this salon on my lunch break. They usually took care of me but I always had to wait long periods despite my appointment time. I stopped going, I decided to give them another chance because I was desperate. Recently my sister, niece, niece-in-law, and I visited the salon in prep for my nephews wedding. My nails were a mess as I garden and don't take ever get a manicure. Cindy, the owner, got after me a bit - letting me know that my nails looked terrible and that wasn't good and if I would go to the nail salon once in awhile my hands would look much nicer. Since I live in Nebraska it surely wasn't to get more business for herself that she was concerned. Anyway here it is 3 weeks later- my nails are growing and I am about to make an appointment to have them done again. I went to the nail salon to get a manicure and a worker had asked me what shape I had wanted, I said coffin and he proceeded to cut them super short without asking me how short I wanted them. Also, I asked him for a pastel blue set and he did my nails in a pink dip and proceeded to paint my nails in that pink dip. I do not recommend this nail salon if you want your nails to look good. I also do not recommend this nail salon if you are on a tight schedule because they took over two hours to do my mother's toenails and my manicure. read more

I found this OP Nails location by accident. I "walked in" to get a pedicure on the fly. I was greeted warmly and told there would be a short wait. They filled a tub for me and I was able to let my feet soak while I waited. The interior was a bit shabby and run down looking and just about every person in the shop was glued a movie playing on the tv. I was disappointed by the lack of magazine selection which in a nail shop, is a must.. I only waited about 10 minutes for someone to be free to work on my pedicure. A young girl (I am guessing high school) was my attendant. She was very friendly and very attentive. I normally hate when people try to chat me up in the nail shop.. I am there to relax and read my gossip magazines, but this young lady didn't bother me at all. She was friendly and chatty without being annoying. She did a good job on my feet and I was happy with the results. All in all, considering the low price for a pedi ($25), and the good service, I don't mind the shabby interior so much. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was there at 1pm on Monday. The place is dirty, unorganized, the plants are dead, the carpet in the waiting area looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a month, the glass table had smears all over it, the air wreaked of acetone (this is interesting since it was still early in the day and only 2 customers were presently being helped). The salon has poor ventilation and I'd guess they don't put lids on their acetone when not in use. After waiting a few minutes I decided my health is not worth it. If they can't take the time to water plants I bet they don't take the time to clean their nail tools. read more

They do quite a good job there but I make appointments because I don't have time to sit there all day. EVERY SINGLE TIME I wait 20 - 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Today I had to leave without without getting the treatment I had booked for - 20 mins after my appointment time. The treatment would taken 15 mins. This is not first time I have had to leave but it will most certainly be my last. If you don't have the time to fit me in - don't take my appointment. I understand you don't want to turn walk ins away but is it really additional revenue for you if your regulars with appointments, get up and leave? I will not be going back - complete lack of respect and consideration for other people's time. read more

I had a 3:00 set appointment I thought. But when I got there I was told they were running behind. I called from my car. I was 15 minutes early so they wouldn't have to wait on me. Ha! I had to go in and put my name on a list and wait for them to call me. Finally at 4:21 I was called in. Yes I could of just left but they were the 7th call I made on Friday and the only one that answered their phone. When I got to the work station I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told it was done with powder and would be $50.00. She said she could try to do it with polish. It was an ambre effect. I said let's do it with polish. Little did I know that that she would use her finger to lighten the polish. Never has any one ever done it that way! I asked for square tips and short. The length is all right if you don't pay attention to the fact they are uneven, on one side they are a little rounded and the other side will cut you like a knife. One was cut so it's crooked. My thumb nail isn't smooth but bumpy and thick, I think it's because of the glob of polish. You could tell she RUSHED thru it! I get it. It's the third day of them being open, but I expected a more professional job especially since I was charged $50 for something she could have done with powder for the same price. I will not be returning! Now I have to spend $35 at my regular shop to have them fixed what this shop did. read more

Went here on a very slow day for them. I was the only one there. The lady that did my nails was in such a rush. I asked for a mani with shellac. My nails looked so bad that it was five times worse then they looked when I went in. After I left there I had to go get them redone. I would never send any one here not even my dog! $35 wasted! I went here on 1*6*15. I asked for french tips. The owner had me take off my old polish and then she trimmed my nails. Then she filled them in with the gel and then told me she had another appointment coming in and someone else will finish my nails. A young lady came in which I think was her daughter. I told her I wanted french tips. She asked me if I wanted a color on the tips and I picked out a color. She put it on and nothing on the rest of the nails and you could see that I had them filled and I said something to her about it she put a pearl white on the back part of the nail and then had me put my hands in the nail dryers. $23.00 for this. They look really bad my husband said when I showed him. My granddaughter who is only 6 could have done a better job on polishing them. I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. read more

I walked into this business as a new customer. I asked for regular nails price 22.00. The owner Cindy did my nails. I let her know one nail was crooked and she let me know it will be fix when she is done filing. I let her know nail was still crooked and instead of apologizing she just was stumped on what to do...i let her know to give me a discount since it was too late to be removed . I paid 27.00 for that set ..why??? she told me she gave me gel nails instead of regular!!! then only gave me 2 dollars off for the crooked nail!!! at this point I was totally disappointed then to make it worse she painted my nails and put me under neon light **made for gel nails w/ gel polish** I had regular polish and my polish dried with bubbles!! OMG!!! so her daughter who works there told me to come back to have them re-painted/a day later I contacted Cindy and let her know how dissatisfied I was and asked she re-do the whole set. Cindy tried to deter me by saying it was 45 min to soak off and then another 30 to put on. I went in there yesterday 4.30.13 and had everything re-done it went great until she painted my nails again ...got home in the shower and my polish smeared off ...why???? she painted the coats to thick ..all i could do was shake my head..hope she learns to acknowledge errors and learn from them because I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! read more

Absolutely worst place ever to get your nails done. First off way to expensive, charging for things you didn't ask for or get done at the end. Obviously if they even went to school they don't know anything about nail polish or color or what goes with skin tones. I went in for shellac and a couple of colors in mind, ultimately the lady there ended up picking the color telling me it would be best for my skin tone... Wrong. It was practically see through and not even shellac, after the second coat I realized that this was not what I wanted and further asked for a different color... In response I was told simply no and if I wanted another color I would have to come back another day. This obviously made no sense since I would be paying for something I never wanted. Being me I was pretty upset by this point I tried explaining to them that I would rather not leave with this and I would really appreciate a change in color, once again I was denied by someone who couldn't even speak English and couldn't explain to me why I couldn't. Once I showed them that this wasn't okay and I wasn't going to pay any money until it was fixed they sat me down once more to pick another color after I picked my own color this time with a color I knew wouldn't turn out bad, the lady started to give me attitude and was treating me as if I was the biggest nuisance for wanting a job done correctly... Her attitude escalated quickly and turned sour enough that I wasn't even a customer anymore. In the end I demanded a refund and gladly left with stripped nails from their crappy product. Will NEVER visit again or any other store that may ever be affiliated with them. read more

If you get acrylic they fall off in less than two weeks. They have little choices of colors.The only color choices they have are the most ugliest colors. Just don't go to this place it's not worth it.The prices are ridiculed for such crappy work. They take for ever to do your nails. They give so much attitude. I'm surprised they even get customers! They don't even know how to shape nails. They never change their colors. They're always the same. The colors they have are tacky. They leave a complete mess!
